Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Heizkörpern (8), wobei mehrere Heizrohre (4) an ihren Enden jeweils mit einer zumindest annähernd ebenen Seitenfläche (3) eines Verteilers (1) verschweißt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß in die Seitenfläche (3) des Verteilers (1) mehrere Ausnehmungen (5) eingebracht werden, deren Abmessungen in der Ebene der Seitenfläche (3) zumindest im wesentlichen dem Querschnitt der jeweiligen Heizrohre (4) entsprechen,daß in den Boden der Ausnehmungen (5) jeweils mindestens eine Öffnung (6) eingebracht wird,daß die Heizrohre (4) mit ihren Enden in jeweils eine Ausnehmung (5) eingefügt werden,und daß die Heizrohre (4) danach an den Verteilern (1) verschweißt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Heizrohre (4) mittels Laserschweißen an den Verteilern (1) verschweißt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Schweißvorgangs über die Heizrohre (4) ein Druck auf den Verteiler (1) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizrohre (4) über ihren gesamten Umfang an den Verteilern (1) verschweißt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (5) über die gesamte Breite (B) der Seitenfläche (3) des Verteilers (1) eingebracht werden.
- Verfähren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteiler (1) durch Rohre mit einem im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt gebildet werden, deren Längskanten (2) mit einem Radius (R) abgerundet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizrohre (4) durch Rohre mit einem im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt gebildet werden, deren Breite der Breite (B) der Seitenfläche (3) des Verteilers (1) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe (T) der eingebrachten Ausnehmung (5) zumindest annähernd dem Radius (R) der Kanten (2) der Seitenfläche (3) des Verteilers (1) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (5) durch Fräsen in die Seitenfläche (3) des Verteilers (1) eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizrohre (4) an beiden Enden gleichzeitig mit den Verteilern (1) verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizrohre (4) einzeln nacheinander mit den Verteilern (1) verschweißt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizrohre (4) vor oder nach dem Verschweißen mit den Verteilern (1) gebogen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizrohre (4) und/oder die Verteiler (1) aus Aluminium oder aus Stahl, insbesondere aus nichtrostendem Stahl, oder aus einer Legierung mit Aluminium und/oder Stahl gefertigt werden.
- Heizkörper (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß er nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 hergestellt ist.
