Claims (10)
- Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgeräte, welches an einem oder in der Nähe eines Körperteils (5) getragen oder befestigt werden kann und hierfür ein ein- oder mehrteiliges Band (4) aufweist, das mit dem Gerätegehäuse (1) verbunden ist, wobei das Telekommunikations-Endgerät eine Antenne aufweist, die als flächen- oder stabförmiger Strahler (2) ausgebildet und an der Oberseite am oder im Gehäuse (1) vom Körperteil (5) weg erstreckend fixiert ist, das Band in Gebrauchsrichtung unterhalb des Strahlers (2) am Gehäuse (1) befestigt ist und der Strahler (2) sich seitlich in Richtung des Bandes (4) erstreckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter dem Strahler (2) am gehäuseseitigen Ende des Bandes (4) eine metallische Fläche (8) als Antennen-Gegengewicht und zur Verminderung des Eindringens hochfrequenter Strahlung in das Körperteil (5) vorhanden ist. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse ein Oberteil (7) und ein Unterteil (6) aufweist,
wobei die Antenne vom Oberteil (7) ausgehend sich seitlich in Richtung des Bandes (4) erstreckt und das Band (4) am Gehäuseunterteil (6) befestigt ist. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Strahler (2) und metallischer Fläche (8) des Bandes (4) ein mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbundener oder ein ein Gehäuseteil umfassender Antennenanpassungs-Abschnitt vorgesehen ist, wobei die elektrische Kontaktierung des Antennen-Gegengewichts über ein leitfähiges Stiftgelenk zum Befestigen des Bandes (4) am Gehäuse (1) erfolgt. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach Art einer Armbanduhr ausgeführt ist, wobei mindestens ein Strahler (2) sich oberhalb des Armbands (4), vom Arm (5) des Trägers beabstandet und mit dem Uhrengehäuse (1) verbunden erstreckt. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Strahler (2) baulich in das Uhrengehäuse (1), insbesondere Uhrengehäuse-Oberteil (7) integriert sind oder ein Teil desselben darstellen. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahler (2) der Antenne im wesentlichen gegenüberliegend am Uhrengehäuse (1) angeordnet und unterhalb der Strahler (2) Befestigungsmittel (3) für das Armband (4) am Gehäuse (1) vorgesehen sind. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Vergrößerung des Strahlerabstands zum Arm (5) des Trägers der oder die Strahler (2) gelenkig und verschwenkbar am Uhrengehäuse (1) befestigt sind. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am befestigungsmittelseitigen Ende des Armbands (4) die metallische Fläche (8) zur Bildung eines Gegengewichts und zur Schirmung vorgesehen und zwischen Strahler (2) und Schirm der Anpassungsabschnitt ausgebildet ist. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen Strahler (2) und der metallischen Fläche (8) des Bandes (4) im wesentlichen λ/20 beträgt. - Mobiles Telekommunikations-Endgerät nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrische Kontaktierung der metallischen Fläche im Bereich des Strahler-Fußpunkts und im wesentlichen zur Strahler-Längsachse orientiert erfolgt.
