Claims (13)
- Sicherungseinrichtung für Rolläden oder dergleichen, bei denen eine zu einer Rotationsbewegung antreibbare Wickelwelle (1) und ein auf die Wickelwelle (1) aufwickelbarer bzw. von der Wickelwelle (1) abwickelbarer, in Einbaulage in einer zur Wickelwelle (1) beabstandeten Rolladenebene (7) geführter Rolladenpanzer (4) vorhanden sind, wobei der Rolladenpanzer (4) und die Wickelwelle (1) über mindestens ein streifenförmiges, aus blattfederartigem Material bestehendes Sicherungselement (6) miteinander verbunden sind, das in Einbaulage bei abgewickeltem Rolladenpanzer (4) im wesentlichen tangential von der Wickelwelle (1) absteht und mit dem Rolladenpanzer (4) einen stumpfen Winkel bildet, so daß der Rolladenpanzer (4) im Abstand zur Wickelwelle (1) gegen eine der Rolladenebene (7) benachbarte Anlagefläche (16) gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (6) einen rinnenartig ausgebauchten, sich beim Aufwickeln elastisch in eine Flachgestalt verformenden Querschnitt aufweist, derart, daß das Sicherungselement (6) bei abgewickeltem Rolladenpanzer (4) ein den Rolladenpanzer (4) gegen ein Hochschieben sicherndes, zwischen der Anlagefläche (16) und der Wickelwelle (1) wirksames Sprießelement bildet.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (6) in Richtung von der Wickelwelle (1) weg ausgebaucht ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (6) rolladenseitig und/oder wellenseitig mit einem seine Verformung zwischen der ausgebauchten Gestalt und der Flachgestalt zulassenden Bewegungsspiel befestigt ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (6) mittels beidseitig seiner halben Breite angeordneten Lagerbolzen (18, 19) an einem die Verbindung zum Rolladenpanzer (4) herstellenden Verbindungsglied (11) und/oder an der Wickelwelle befestigt ist, wobei die Lagerbolzen (18, 19) mit Spiel am Verbindungsglied (11) bzw. an der Wickelwelle gelagert sind und/oder das Sicherungselement (6) mit Spiel an den dem Verbindungsglied (11) bzw. der Wickelwelle zugeordneten Lagerbolzen (18, 19) sitzt.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (6) rolladenseitig und/oder wellenseitig an einer komplementär zur ausgebauchten Gestalt des Sicherungselements (6) geformten Stützfläche (44) aufliegt und fest mit dieser verbunden ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Wickelwelle (1) ein das Sicherungselement (6) an seiner der Wickelwelle (1) abgewandten Außenseite überquerendes und beim Auftreten einer in Längsrichtung des Sicherungselements einwirkenden Druckkraft gegen ein Ausknicken von der Wickelwelle (1) weg sicherndes Niederhalteteil (26) angeordnet ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalteteil (26) an seiner dem Sicherungselement (6) zugewandten Innenseite zumindest im Bereich des Austritts (28) des Sicherungselements (6) zum Rolladenpanzer (4) hin der ausgebauchten Gestalt des Sicherungselements (6) entsprechend gewölbt ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalteteil (26) von einem von der Wickelwelle (1) durchgriffenen Hülsenelement (29) gebildet wird, das an seinem Umfang eine Durchtrittsöffnung (30) für das Sicherungselement aufweist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchtrittsöffnung (30) in Umfangsrichtung eine beim Aufwickeln das Sicherungselement (6) aufnehmende Länge aufweist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalteteil (26) bzw. das Hülsenelement (29) in Umfangsrichtung verstellbar an der Wikkelwelle (1) positioniert ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalteteil (26) bzw. das Hülsenelement (29) in jeder eingestellten Position um einen bestimmten Winkelbereich verdrehbar an der Wickelwelle (1) angeordnet ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalteteil (26) bzw. das Hülsenelement (29) verdrehbar an der Wickelwelle (1) gelagert und in dem Abwickeln des Rolladenpanzers (4) entsprechender Drehrichtung (41) federbelastet ist, so daß bei abgewickeltem Rolladenpanzer (4) das Niederhalteteil (26) bzw. das Hülsenelement (29) an der Außenseite des Sicherungselements (6) anliegt.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (29) im wesentlichen flach gegen den Umfang der Wickelwelle (1) geschraubt ist.
