Claims (13)
- Halterung für Befestigungszapfen eines Fenster-, Tür- oder Möbelscharniers, wobei wenigstens ein Befestigungszapfen zumindest in dessen Einsatzstellung form- und/oder kraftschlüssig mit einem Verstellteil in Wirkverbindung bringbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen Befestigungszapfen (1), welcher wenigstens auf einem Teilabschnitt bezogen auf dessen axiale Länge mit einem Gewinde (4) ausgebildet ist und welcher in einem an einen Scharnierkopf (17) anschließenden Bereich mit nach oben und unten vorstehenden Erweiterungen (18) versehen und dadurch als ein flacher Abschnitt ausgebildet ist, der in eine Ausnehmung mit korrespondierender Querschnittsform eingreifen kann, eine mit einem Innengewinde versehene, mutterartige Scheibe (5), in welche der Befestigungszapfen (1) eindrehbar bzw. eingedreht ist, und durch einen zumindest annähernd achsparallel zum Befestigungszapfen (1) ausgerichteten Verstellteil (3), wobei die mit einem Innengewinde versehene Scheibe (5) zumindest mit einem Teilabschnitt bezogen auf die axiale Länge des Verstellteils (3) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig in direkter Wirkverbindung steht, und wobei die Scheibe (5) und der Verstellteil (3) verdrehbar, jedoch gegen axiale Verschiebung gesichert gehalten sind.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (5) und der Verstellteil (3) mit einer korrespondierenden Verzahnung (7, 6) versehen sind.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (5) nach Art eines Zahnrades mit einer mittigen Gewindebohrung (8) ausgeführt ist.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellteil (3) nur im unmittelbaren Eingriffsbereich der Scheibe (5) mit einer Verzahnung (6) versehen ist.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (5) und der Verstellteil (3) an den miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehenden Bereichen mit einer Aufrauhung, einer Rändelung oder dergleichen versehen sind.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (5) in Montagelage in einen Ringraum eingesetzt ist.
- Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungszapfen (1) an seinem freien Endbereich oder zumindest in einem etwas zurückversetzten Bereich das Gewinde (4) aufweist, dessen Außendurchmesser gleich oder kleiner ist als der daran anschließende gewindefreie flache Abschnitt des Befestigungszapfens (1).
- Halterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Aufnahme des Befestigungszapfens (1) und des zugeordneten Verstellteils (3) an einem Rahmen oder einem Fenster oder einer Tür (10) zwei Bohrungen (9, 11) ausgebildet sind, wobei die den Befestigungszapfen (1) aufnehmende Bohrung (11) die Ausnehmung mit korrespondierender Querschnittsform aufweist, in welche der flache Abschnitt eingreifen kann.
- Halterung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungszapfen (1) und der zugeordnete Verstellteil (3) und somit auch die Bohrungen (11, 9) zur Aufnahme derselben achsparallel ausgerichtet sind.
- Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen (11, 9) für den Befestigungszapfen (1) und für den Verstellteil (3) und der Ringraum für die Scheibe (5) in einem eigenen Montageteil (16) ausgebildet sind, und daß dieser Montageteil (16) in eine in einem Rahmen oder einem Fenster oder einer Tür(10) vorbereitete Bohrung (13) fixierbar einsetzbar bzw. fixiert eingesetzt ist.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellteil (3) und die Scheibe (5) in dem Montageteil (16) vormontiert sind und der Montageteil (12, 16) fertigungsseitig in den Rahmen oder das Fenster oder die Tür (10) eingesetzt ist.
- Halterung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Montageteil (16) zum Einschieben und zur anschließenden verschiebesicheren Halterung der Scheibe (5) eine seitliche Öffnung zum Ringraum aufweist.
- Halterung nach den Ansprüchen 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellteil (3) und die Scheibe (5) zur Gänze im Montageteil (16) integriert sind und die Bohrung (11) für den Befestigungszapfen (1) eine wenigstens annähernd der Länge des Gewindes (4) am Befestigungszapfen (1) entsprechende Länge aufweist, in den zylindrischen Außenmantel (25) des Montageteiles (16) eindringt und gegen die innere Endfläche (26) desselben gerichtet ist.
