- a hair clipper of the type mentioned at the outset is known from US Pat. No. 2,741,026.
- the cutting head is at the fork ends of the fork-shaped housing head rigidly attached.
- the arcuate design of the two rows of cutting teeth Cutting comb allows the hair clipper to swivel movement limited to 9 ° and the cutting comb attached to it, while the relatively wide distance of the row of cutting teeth of the cutting head used to the largest Diameter of the housing of the hair clipper the use of the two Rows of cutting teeth should allow for trimming
- a hair clipper with one for shaving is known from US Pat. No. 1,997,096 and for trimming in corresponding positions of the swivel-mounted cutting head, consisting of a support element pivoted in a cam control and a cutting comb with only one row of cutting teeth and a cutting blade which by means of a spring leaf resting on the support element in contact with the cutting comb is held.
- a drive element protruding from the upper side of the housing transmits the drive movement on the cutting blade.
- In the support element is one of a spring element acted upon friction element arranged such that this for contact with the upper housing shell of the housing of the hair clipper comes to by means of a provided friction to keep the shaving head in any pivot position.
- An adjustability of the shaving head is only possible by overcoming the predetermined frictional force feasible. This can lead to undesirable changes in position during use of the device lead, especially since frictional forces in the course of using the Reduce hair clipper.
- GB - A - 2 294 230 is a hair clipper with one in any direction pivotally mounted cutting head known, the pivotability via a ball joint from the housing to the cutting head is guaranteed.
- the one from a support element and a cutting head composed of a housing cover has a cutting comb and a cutting blade each provided with two parallel to each other Rows of cutting teeth, but which are arranged in the cutting head such that only one of the interacting rows of cutting teeth from cutting comb and cutting blade from this Housing protrudes.
- the Cutting head are opened so that the cutting comb and cutting blade within the Cutting head can be rotated by 180 °.
- a cutting head for a hair clipper is known from PCT - WO 98/47673, consisting of a support element, a cutting comb attached to it and one Cutting blade, which is arranged under the action of an oscillating driver held on the support element supporting spring element in contact with the cutting comb becomes.
- On the driver is a coupling element for the transmission of motion provided by the drive of the hair clipper on the cutting blade.
- To the friction to reduce between cutting comb and cutting blade is between the Cutting tooth row facing ends of the cutting comb and cutting blade on the back and forth vibrating cutting blade attached a component for reducing friction, the thus being injured in swinging motion.
- the support element of the cutting head is closed Purposes of cleaning and replacement on the housing using a clip connection fixable.
- the invention has for its object a hair clipper of the aforementioned Type of sliding ability of the reciprocating cutting blade on the cutting comb to improve.

- This has to start with Consequence that the sliding surface and consequently also the underlying sliding surface of the Cutting blade on the cutting comb is reduced to a minimum.
- the sliding friction of the cutting blade on the counter bearing formed by the film reduced to a minimum.
- that the film is attached to the cutting comb and consequently immovable in Cutting head is arranged.
- An embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the film by means of a Chassis is attached to the cutting comb.
- a major advantage of the invention results from the fact that the bearing surface is applied the cutting blade on the film an inclination of the cutting blade to the Row of cutting teeth can be produced. Through this measure, the superimposed plan areas resulting surface liability through the resulting reduction of surfaces sliding against each other is reduced to a minimum.
- At least one side of the film is provided with a surface structure having depressions.
- the depressions as holes penetrating the film are formed.
- An alternative embodiment of the The invention is characterized in that the depressions are designed as blind holes are.
- the depressions are through Webs formed.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the Wells are formed by holes and webs.
- a lubricant is arranged in the recesses. The wells in the film form lubrication deposits with a long-term effect.
- the surface structure of the film is galvanoplastic produced. This can be done, for example, in connection with a galvanoplastic production the film as such. According to another embodiment of the invention the surface structure can be produced by means of an embossing process. Another embodiment The invention is characterized in that the film made of a plastic material is formed. According to an alternative embodiment it is provided that the film a metal is formed.
