Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Banderolieren einer Packguteinheit (3) mit einer Schrumpffolienbanderole, mit einem ein Tor (8) bildenden Gestell (9), mit einem sich durch das Tor (8) erstreckenden Förderer (1) für die Packguteinheit (3), mit antreibbaren Schrumpffolienrollen (11), deren Folienbahnen (12) an ihren Enden miteinander verbunden sind und im Tor (8) einen Schrumpffolienvorhang bilden sowie mit beidseits des Tors (8) angeordneten, gegeneinander beweglichen Doppelschweißbalken (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen der Schrumpffolienrollen (11) sich horizontal erstrecken und dass Umlenkeinrichtungen (15) für die von den Schrumpffolienrollen (11) zum Schrumpffolienvorhang lautenden Folienbahnen (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein weiteres Paar antreibbarer Schrumpffolienrollen (11a) vorgesehen ist, deren Folienbahnen (12a) an ihren Enden miteinander verbunden sind und im Tor (8) einen weiteren Schrumpffolienvorhang bilden, wobei die Achsen dieser Schrumpffolienrollen (11a) sich horizontal erstrecken und Umlenkeinrichtungen (15a) für die von den Schrumpffolienrollen (11a) zum Schrumpffolienvorhang laufenden Folienbahnen (12a) vorgesehen sind und die jeweiligen Umlenkeinrichtungen (15, 15a) von zumindest einem Paar antreibbarer Schrumpffolienrollen (11, 11a) zum Aufwärtsbewegen der Folienbahnen (12a) und des weiteren Schrumpffolienvorhangs höhenverstellbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein weiteres Paar antreibbarer Schrumpffolienrollen (11a) vorgesehen ist, deren Folienbahnen (12a) an ihren Enden miteinander verbunden sind und im Tor (8) einen weiteren Schrumpffolienvorhang bilden, wobei die Achsen dieser Schrumpffolienrollen (11a) sich horizontal erstrecken und Umlenkeinrichtungen (15a) für die von den Schrumpffolienrollen (11a) zum Schrumpffohlenvorhang laufenden Folienbahnen (12a) vorgesehen sind und die jeweiligen Umlenkeinrichtungen (15, 15a) von zumindest einem Paar antreibbarer Schrumpffolienrollen (11, 11a) zum Aufwärtsschwenken der Folienbahnen (12a) und des weiteren Schrumpffolienvorhangs um eine orthogonal zur Achse der Umlenkeinrichtung (15a) ausgerichtete Befestigungsachse verschwenkbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außen am Gestell (9) Lager (10, 10a) für die Achsen der Schrumpffolienrollen (11, 11a) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf zumindest einer Seite des Gestells (9) mehrere Schrumpffolienrollen (11, 11a) übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Schrumpffolienrolle (11, 11a) ein an ihrem Umfang angreifender Reibradantrieb (17, 17a) zugeordnet ist und dass Folienspeicher (13, 13a) für die Folienbahnen (12, 12a) auf ihrem Weg zum jeweiligen Schrumpffolienvorhang vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Folienspeicher (13, 13a) wenigstens eine Tänzerwalze (14, 14a) aufweist.
