Claims (16)
- Verschleißauskleidung, insbesondere Verschleißfutter, für Rohr- und/oder Kugelmühlen (1), wobei aus verschleißfesten Werkstoffen, insbesondere verschleißfestem Gußstahl, gefertigte Auskleidungselemente (4, 6) am Mühlenmantel (2) der Mahltrommel lösbar festgelegt sind, wobei wenigstens eine Halteleiste (3) über im Mühlenmantel vorgesehene Bohrungen am Mühlenmantel (2) lösbar festgelegt ist und an der Halteleiste (3) teilweise die Verschleißauskleidung bildende Auskleidungselemente (4) lösbar festgelegt sind, wobei die die Verschleißauskleidung bildenden Auskleidungselemente (4, 6) in axialer Richtung und in Umfangsrichtung der Mahltrommel geteilt ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens teilweise zwischen benachbarten Auskleidungselementen (4, 6) an den zueinander gewandten Stirnflächen (9, 10) derselben jeweils wenigstens ein variierbares Verspannelement (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verspannelement (8) in jeweils einer Ausnehmung (11, 13) der Stirnfläche wenigstens teilweise aufgenommen ist und in seiner wirksamen Länge veränderbar bzw. einstellbar ist.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verspannelement von einem Schraub-bzw. Gewindebolzen (8) gebildet ist, welcher mit einem Ende in ein in einer Stirnfläche (9) eines Auskleidungselementes (6) aufgenommenes, ein Gewinde aufweisendes Element (12) einschraubbar ist, während das andere Ende (15) an der Stirnfläche (10) des benachbarten Auskleidungselements (6) anliegt.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ein Gewinde aufweisende Element von einer in einer Ausnehmung (11) in der Stirnfläche (10) verdrehsicher aufgenommenen Schraubenmutter (12) gebildet ist, wobei abgewandt von der Stirnfläche des Auskleidungselementes (6) die Ausnehmung (11) zur Aufnahme der Schraubenmutter (12) durch eine konzentrische Bohrung bzw. ein Sackloch (13) fortgesetzt ist, deren (dessen) lichte Weite die Außenabmessungen des Schraub- oder Gewindebolzens (8) übersteigt.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Verspannelementen (8), insbesondere Schraub- oder Gewindebolzen, nebeneinander an der Stirnfläche (9, 10) eines Auskleidungselementes (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verspannelemente (8) zwischen in radialer Umfangsrichtung benachbart liegenden Stirnflächen (9, 10) von Auskleidungselementen (6) angeordnet sind.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über den gesamten Umfang in radialer Richtung an wenigstens einer Position, insbesondere im wesentlichen gleich verteilt an vier Positionen, jeweils wenigstens ein Verspannelement (8) zwischen benachbarten Auskleidungselementen (4, 6) vorgesehen ist.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verschleißauskleidung zusätzlich wenigstens teilweise zwischen benachbarten Auskleidungselementen (4, 6) zu den Stirnflächen (9, 10) der Auskleidungselemente (4, 6) im wesentlichen komplementär geformte Distanz- und/oder Futterbleche (7) vorgesehen sind.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auskleidungselemente (4, 6) an ihren Stirnflächen (9, 10) mit vorzugsweise durchgehenden, rillenförmigen Ausnehmungen (19, 21) ausgebildet sind, in welchen komplementäre Vorsprünge (18) bzw. Erhebungen (20) von zwischengeschalteten Distanz- und/oder Futterblechen (7) aufnehmbar sind.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (19, 21) an den Stirnflächen (9, 10) der Auskleidungselemente (4, 6) eine bombierte bzw. im wesentlichen kreisbogenförmige Außenkontur aufweisen, wobei der Radius eines Vorsprunges (20) vorzugsweise geringer ist als der Radius der zugehörigen Ausnehmung.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (20) und Ausnehmungen (19, 21) in einem Abstand von der zum Mühlenmantel (2) gerichteten, äußeren Oberfläche der Auskleidungselemente (4, 6) angeordnet sind, welcher 2 bis 30 %, vorzugsweise wenigstens 3 bis 15 %, der gesamten Höhe der Stirnflächen der Auskleidungselemente (4, 6) beträgt.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den freien Enden der Verspannelemente (8), insbesondere der Schraub- oder Gewindebolzen, ein Adapterblech (16) zusammenwirkt, welches mit Vertiefungen bzw. Durchbrechungen (17) zur Aufnahme der freien Enden (15) der Gewindebolzen (8) ausgebildet ist und an seiner zweiten Seitenfläche an der Stirnfläche (10) eines benachbarten Auskleidungselements (4) anliegt.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißauskleidung aus an der (den) Halteleiste(n) (3) festgelegten Auskleidungselementen (4) und in Drehrichtung der Mahltrommel zwischen der (den) Halteleiste(n) (3) aus sich gegeneinander zu einem Kreissegment abstützenden weiteren Auskleidungselementen (6) gebildet ist.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Halteleiste (3) einen vom Mühlenmantel (2) vorragenden, sich verbreiternden Kopf zur Festlegung der Auskleidungselemente aufweist, welcher Kopf im wesentlichen trapezförmig, insbesondere schwalbenschwanzförmig, ausgebildet ist, wobei die kürzere der beiden parallelen Seiten am Mühlenmantel (2) anliegt.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an den Halteleisten (3) festlegbaren Auskleidungselemente (4) an ihren dem Mühlenmantel zugewandten Seiten zur Form der Halteleiste (3) komplementäre Ausnehmungen (5) aufweisen.
- Verschleißauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Mühlenmantel (2) im wesentlichen in Trommellängsrichtung angeordnete(n) Halteleiste(n) (3) in axialer Richtung mehrteilig ausgebildet ist (sind), wobei in Umfangsrichtung der Mahltrommel wenigstens zwei, insbesondere vier, Halteleisten am Mühlenmantel (2) angeordnet sind.
