Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von verdichtetem Garn, bei welchem nach Verziehen einer Faserlunte (1) diese mittels Saugluftströmung (S) verdichtet und anschließend verdreht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugluftströmung (S) an mindestens einer Saugstelle überwacht und bei Unterschreiten eines Schwellenwertes eine Meldung abgegeben wird, welche ein Fehler- und/oder Abstellsignal auslöst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugluftströmung in der saugseitigen Ableitung einer Verdichtungsvorrichtung überwacht und bei überzufälliger Abweichung von einem Sollwert die Meldung abgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die Saugluftströmung (S) an mehreren Saugstellen erzeugt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Saugstelle der Luftdurchsatz des Saugluftströmunges (S) überwacht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwellenwert einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der statische Druck, der Staudruck oder die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit der Luft gemessen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von verdichtetem Garn, mit mindestens einem Streckwerk (2, 3, 8, 10) zum Verziehen der Faserlunte (1), mit mindestens einer Saugvorrichtung (12, 12') zum Verdichten der Faserlunte (1) mittels Saugluftströmung (S) und mit mindestens einer Verdreheinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Saugvorrichtungen (12, 12') mit einer Einrichtung (25) zum Erfassen der Saugluftströmung (S) versehen ist, welche über eine Vergleichseinheit (30) mit einer Auswerteeinheit (40) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (25) zum Erfassen der Saugluftströmung (S) in der Saugleitung (22) der jeweiligen Saugvorrichtung (12, 12') angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerteeinheit (40) als Alarm- und/oder als Abstelleinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerteeinheit (40) als Anzeigevorrichtung ausgebildet ist.
