Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Entfernen von Einheiten (2) aus Laminatbahnen (1), die eine Vielzahl von in Bahnrichtung benachbart zueinander angeordneten Einheiten (2, 2a, 2b) aufweisen, die an quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung angeordneten Solltrennstellen (3, 3a, 3b) voneinander trennbar sind, und Wiederherstellen von durchgehenden Laminatbahnen (1), wobei die Laminatbahnen (1) eine Trägerschicht (4) und auf der Oberseite derselben eine Vielzahl von ihr ablösbarer Etiketten, Anhänger oder Zutrittskontrollscheinen (5) aufweist, die zusammen mit der Trägerschicht (4) eine Einheit (2) bilden und die Trägerschicht (4) mindestens eine in Bahnlaufrichtung gegen die Solltrennstellen (3, 3a, 3b) der Laminatbahnen (1) versetzte, zusätzliche quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung angeordnete vorbereitete Trennlinie (6) aufweist, durch(i) Durchtrennen der Trägerschicht (4) einer zu entfernenden Einheit (2) entlang der zusätzlichen, versetzt angeordneten Trennlinie (6) und Ablösen des mit der ersten benachbarten Einheit (2a) verbundenen Endes der Trägerschicht (4) von dem Etikett, Anhänger oder Zutrittskontrollschein (5) bis zur Solltrennstelle (3a) zwischen der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) und der ersten benachbarten Einheit (2a),(ii) Durchtrennen der Trägerschicht (4) entlang der versetzt angeordneten zusätzlichen Trennlinie (6) der am anderen Ende der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) zweiten benachbarten Einheit (2b) und Ablösen des mit der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) verbundenen Endes der Trägerschicht (4) von dem Etikett, Anhänger oder Zutrittskontrollschein (5) der zweiten benachbarten Einheit (2b) bis zur Solltrennstelle (3b) zwischen der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) und der zweiten benachbarten Einheit (2b), wobei die Schritte (i) und (ii) auch in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ausgeführt werden können,(iii) Abtrennen der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) von der Laminatbahn (1) an der Solltrennstelle (3a) zwischen der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) und der ersten benachbarten Einheit (2a), so daß die Trägerschicht (4) über das Ende der ersten benachbarten Einheit (2a) hinausragt,(iv) Abtrennen der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) von der Laminatbahn (1) an der Solltrennstelle (3b) zwischen der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) und der zweiten benachbarten Einheit (2b), so daß das Etikett, der Anhänger oder Zutrittskontrollschein (5) der zweiten benachbarten Einheit (2b) über das Ende der Trägerschicht (4) hinausragt,
wobei die Schritte (iii) und (iv) auch in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ausgeführt werden können, oder das Abtrennen der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) von der jeweils benachbarten Einheit an der Solltrennstelle zwischen der zu entfernenden Einheit (2) und der jeweils benachbarten Einheit auch bereits nach dem jeweiligen Ablösen des Endes der Trägerschicht (4) gemäß (i) oder (ii) erfolgen kann,(v) Zusammenfügen der Oberseite des über das Ende der ersten benachbarten Einheit (2a) hinausragenden Stückes der Trägerschicht (4) mit der der Trägerschicht (4) zugewandten Seite des über das Ende der Trägerschicht (4) hinausragenden Stückes des Etikettes, Anhängers oder Zutrittskontrollschein (5) der zweiten benachbarten Einheit (2b) um aus den getrennten Teilen wieder eine durchgehende Laminatbahn (1) auszubilden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etiketten, Anhänger oder Zutrittskontrollscheine (5) auf der Trägerschicht (4) in Bahnlaufrichtung vereinzelt angeordnet sind, so daß benachbarte Etiketten, Anhänger oder Zutrittskontrollscheine (5) einen Abstand voneinander aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorbereitete, versetzt angeordnete Trennlinie (6) als eine Perforierung oder nicht durchgehender Schnitt in der Trägerschicht (4) ausgebildet ist oder wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Etikett, den Anhänger oder Zutrittskontrollschein (5) ein durch Kontakt oder kontaktlos mit zu speichernden und wieder abrufbaren Daten zu versehendes magnetisches oder elektronisches Speicherelement integriert ist oder wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu entfernenden Einheiten (2) mit Fehlern behaftet sind und das Entfernen der fehlerhaften Einheiten (2) vor oder während der Endkonfektionierung der endlosen Laminatbahnen (1) zu marktfähigen Längen und Formen erfolgt, so daß die marktfähigen Formen 3 % oder weniger, vorzugsweise 1 % oder weniger mit Fehlern behaftete Einheiten (2) enthalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die marktfähigen Formen der Laminatbahnen (1) Rollen oder Stapel mit Zick-Zackfaltung sind.
- Laminatbahn (1), erhältlich nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
- Laminatbahnen (1), die eine Vielzahl von in Bahnlaufrichtung benachbart zueinander angeordneten Einheiten (2, 2a, 2b) aufweisen, die an quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung angeordneten Solltrennstellen (3, 3a, 3b) voneinander trennbar sind, und Wiederherstellen von durchgehenden Laminatbahnen (1), wobei die Laminatbahnen (1) eine Trägerschicht (4) und auf der Oberseite derselben eine Vielzahl von ihr ablösbarer Etiketten oder Zutrittskontrollscheinen (5) aufweist, die zusammen mit der Trägerschicht (4) eine Einheit (2) bilden und die Trägerschicht (4) mindestens eine in Bahnlaufrichtung gegen die Solltrennstellen (3) der Laminatbahnen (1) versetzte, zusätzliche quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung angeordnete vorbereitete Trennlinie (6) aufweist.
