Claims (16)

  1. A hand tool (1), in particular for cutting through a metal clip (5) in a masonry structure (4), with a housing (12) attached to the hand tool (1) containing a cutting disk (11) which is located in a drivable connection with a drive motor (8) of the hand tool (1) via an input flange (9), with an outlet opening (15) for the cutting disk (11) provided in the end of the housing (12) facing the metal clip (5), from which outlet opening (15) the cutting disk (11) projects or can project at least partially, with an outlet duct (16) provided on the housing, in a preferred embodiment opposite the outlet opening (15), and with the outer wall of the housing (12) opposite the input flange (9) formed as a guide element,
    characterized in that,
    the outer wall of the housing (12) opposite the input flange (9) is flat, that a contact plate (31) is attached to the housing (12), the distance of which from the cutting disk (11) can be adjusted and which also possesses a guide element (23), that a countersunk hole (17) is worked into the center of the cutting disk (11), that a threaded hole (18) is arranged in the center of the input flange (9) and that the cutting disk (11) is attached to the input flange (9) by means of a male threaded countersunk screw (19) which engages in the threaded hole (18).
  2. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 1,
    characterized in that
    a support web (21) is attached in the area of the outlet opening (15) on the housing (12) and possesses a contact surface (22) running perpendicular in relation to the outlet opening.
  3. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 2,
    characterized in that
    the contact plate (31) possesses two retaining legs (32) arranged laterally next to the housing (12) and running perpendicular to the contact plate (31), and that each of the retaining legs (32) is supported against the housing (12) of the hand tool (1) in a movable connection by means of a fastening element (33).
  4. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 2 or 3,
    characterized in that
    the contact plate (31) is held on two threaded spindles (34) mounted in the housing (12), and that the two threaded spindles (34) are positively connected together and act on one another via a connecting pin (35).
  5. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 4,
    characterized in that
    a setscrew (36) projecting from the housing (12) is arranged on one of the two threaded spindles (34) in order to adjust the height of the contact plate (31) which is mounted in the housing (12) of the hand tool (1).
  6. The hand tool in accordance with one of the aforementioned claims,
    characterized in that
    the input flange (9) is provided with at least two holes on the side next to the threaded hole (18), and that at least two shear pins (20) are attached to the cutting disk (11) which engage in the hole in the input flange (9).
  7. The hand tool in accordance with one of the aforementioned claims,
    characterized in that
    the housing (12) can be adjusted relative to the cutting disk (11).
  8. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 7,
    characterized in that
    the housing (12) is made in two sections, that the first housing section (13) is in a fixed connection with the hand tool (1), and that the second housing section (14) is adjustably supported on the first housing section (13).
  9. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 8,
    characterized in that
    at least two guide sections (26) are provided in the first housing section (13) and they run in the adjusting direction of the second housing section (14), and that a pin (27) attached to the second housing section (14) is movably arranged in each of the guide sections (26).
  10. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 8 or 9,
    characterized in that
    at least one spring (29) is inserted between the two housing sections (13, 14).
  11. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 8, 9 or 10,
    characterized in that
    the second housing section (14) is formed by an upper plate (24) holding the pins (27) and a lower plate (25), and that both plates (24, 25) are connected together in a releasable connection.
  12. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 11,
    characterized in that
    the upper plate (24) is formed in two sections, and that both the ends of the pins (27) are attached to the two upper plate sections (24', 24") by means of screws.
  13. The hand tool in accordance with Claim 12,
    characterized in that
    the parting plane of the two upper plate sections (24', 24") runs in the area of the input flange (9) of the hand tool (1).
  14. The hand tool in accordance with one of Claims 11 to 13,
    characterized in that
    several spacers are inserted between the top plate (24) and the bottom plate (25).
  15. The hand tool in accordance with one of the aforementioned claims,
    characterized in that
    the longitudinal axis (7) of the hand tool (1) runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (10) of the input flange (9).
  16. The hand tool in accordance with one of the aforementioned claims,
    characterized in that
    the outlet duct (16) of the housing (12) is connected to a collecting chamber.
