Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning head for a cleaning device for window and facade surfaces, with the cleaning head preferably a generally trough-shaped open end Cleaning chamber has an annular, revolving Suction channel is surrounded.
- the cleaning head can be, for example Ultrasonic cleaning head act with a resonator plate is provided, which forms the bottom of the cleaning chamber.
- the Resonator plate is connected to a piezo oscillator, which causes the ultrasonic vibrations from the resonator plate transferred to the wash water in the cleaning chamber be the cleaning chamber when operating the cleaning head fills.
- the cavitation caused by the ultrasonic energy triggers the Dirt particles on the surface to be cleaned quickly and effectively.
- the fed into the cleaning chamber with overpressure Cleaning liquid causes a gap between the end edges of the peripheral wall of the cleaning chamber and the surface to be cleaned, the cleaning liquid / dirt mixture through this gap into the cleaning chamber surrounding suction channel occurs, for example as a cross-sectional rectangular groove in the edge of the circumferential Wall can be formed and via a discharge channel is connected to a vacuum source.
- the cleaning liquid / dirt mixture is mixed with air in the Suction channel sucked in.
- the invention preferably relates to a cleaning head, in whose cleaning chamber detergents such as Brushes arranged that rotate during the cleaning process.
- the cleaning liquid can from the brush holders against the surface to be cleaned is sprayed.
- Suction channel preferably in a ring shape, can be provided by a be surrounded by another annular channel into which a Compressed air source is introduced from the outside into the air Suction channel is sucked in.
- the cleaning head works with other means, for example with water vapor can be provided with suitable additives and to be cleaned Surface is directed.
- DE-A-21 21 500 discloses a cleaning head of a cleaning device, which one Sliding shoe in the form of a peripheral frame, under which during the cleaning process Wash water flows through that formed on the edge of the cleaning head Suction channels is suctioned off. These suction channels are external from one circumferential Surround the contact strip that lies against the window during the cleaning process and prevents outside air from being sucked into the cleaning head. When the cleaning process is completed, the slide shoe is withdrawn. It is not a means provided to remove residual washing liquid remaining on the disc.
- US-A-3,999,442 discloses a brush cleaning head that rolls on the cleaning disc expires, between the peripheral wall of the cleaning head and a small open gap remains on the disc.
- the cleaning liquid is replaced by a Suction device sucked out of the cleaning chamber, which in the rear end wall opens into the cleaning chamber.
- the present invention has for its object to design a cleaning head so that after the cleaning process is complete, all of the liquid that remains located in the area of the cleaning head, are automatically removed from the disc can.
- the invention provides that towards the end of the cleaning process when the water supply is set down to the cleaning head, punctiform depositing devices that preferably in the form of pins or plungers, over the end plane of the cleaning head be extended and a gap of predetermined width between the cleaning head and cause and maintain the surface to be cleaned.
- punctiform depositing devices that preferably in the form of pins or plungers, over the end plane of the cleaning head be extended and a gap of predetermined width between the cleaning head and cause and maintain the surface to be cleaned. This can extremely effective air is sucked in from outside into the area of the cleaning head and can be sucked through the suction channel, leaving all the remaining liquid under the cleaning head is removed.
- Tappets, pins or the like are preferably provided as contact elements, which between a withdrawn starting position and the advanced one Settling position in which they rest on the surface to be cleaned, are movable.
- the plunger or the like of the settling device are advantageous by a spring device in the withdrawn Preloaded, in which it is aligned with the frontal plane of the Close the cleaning head flush or withdrawn a little are.
- the plunger or the like extended or advanced to the desired Gap between the cleaning head and the surface to be cleaned to manufacture or maintain. Can be used to advance the plunger Wash water of the cleaning device can be used.
- the cleaning head is in the area of the short edges the most rectangular cleaning chamber for example two each other has opposite pairs of plungers, these pairs each be attached to a common latch that is slidable arranged in the rear area of the cleaning head is.
- An expandable container can be provided behind this latch be, for example, an expandable at the ends closed hose or the like made of a rubber-like Material that can be connected to a water source and that Water supply advances the bolt until it stops, which causes the plungers to travel a predetermined distance of about 0.2 to 0.5 mm, preferably about 0.3 mm, over the end plane of the cleaning head advance.
- the cleaning head with several hydrostatic Storage facilities may be provided, which is particularly preferred is when it is a cleaning head with rotating Detergents.
- the cleaning head can, for example four opposing pairs of hydrostatic Have location facilities, with two pairs in the Corner areas of the cleaning head and two pairs in each middle area. In between, the above described two pairs of depositing devices provided his.
- the hydrostatic bearing devices according to the invention also for cleaning heads without a tappet can be provided.
- the hydrostatic bearing devices each have an end wall that is in the end plane of the Cleaning head, i.e. arranged flush with the peripheral walls are the cleaning chamber and the circumferential suction channel as well as a compressed air supply duct surrounding the latter limit.
- a trough-shaped depression is formed, which is elongated runs centrally in the end wall and into which a channel flows out via a pipe system with the cleaning liquid source is connectable. If the hydrostatic bearing facilities liquid when operating the cleaning head is supplied, then that which emerges from the channel is distributed Water first in the trough-shaped depression and from there evenly over the remaining bulkhead to this way a predetermined size gap between the cleaning head and the surface to be cleaned. On this hydrostatic Storage slides the cleaning head while ensuring the Distance to the cleaning surface, so that the feed of the cleaning head practically no counteracting frictional forces and one Damage to the surface and the cleaning head reliably is avoided.
- Fig. 1 shows an end view of a cleaning head 1, the one Contains cleaning chamber 2 by an annular circumferential Suction channel 3 is surrounded. There are 5 in the cleaning chamber 2 Brushes 4 arranged, which rotate during the cleaning process. there cleaning fluid escapes from openings, which is the result of the rotation of the brushes distributed in a circle (reference number 5) and is sprayed against the window to be cleaned.
- the Bristles 6 of the rotating brushes 4 lie on the one to be cleaned Surface and carry out an effective cleaning process.
- the suction channel 3 is separated from one another by two on the base body designated overall by reference number 7 of the cleaning head 1 attached walls 8, 9 formed, the preferably consist of sheet metal.
- the suction channel 3 opens into the rear area of the cleaning head 1 in a circumferential Ring channel 10, the through holes 11 of a transverse wall 13 is connected to a collecting space 14 from which the aspirated liquid / dirt / air mixture through a line 15 is suctioned off, which is connected to a vacuum source.
- the cleaning head contains 8 hydrostatic bearing devices 16, which face each other in pairs and in which the face 17 facing cleaning surface each one elongated trough-shaped depression is formed in the opens a channel 19 through which water can be supplied, the under the face 17 a thin layer of water as a hydrostatic Bearing of the cleaning head during the cleaning process formed.
