Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular for glass and facade surfaces, with a cleaning head with at least one cleaning chamber, the cleaning liquid from a container is supplied by a vacuum device is suctioned off again.
- the cleaning device can be designed fully automatically and e.g. for cleaning the window and facade surfaces of Skyscrapers are used.
- the cleaning head for example on a gondola hanging on ropes be attached and by a control device on the cleaning surfaces.
- the associated components of the cleaning system such as Water tanks, energy generator, drive device for the cleaning head, Lines etc.
- the nacelle can be hung on a crane be movable on rails that are on the Roof of the housing is located, the nacelle being lifted by the crane Window to window can be moved to one at a time Carry out cleaning process.
- a slide that can be moved on rails can also be provided, which carries the components of the cleaning device.
- the cleaning device does not have to be fully automatic , but it can also be a semi-automatic Act device in which e.g. the cleaning head by an operator on the surfaces to be cleaned is performed while the cleaning function of the cleaning head expires automatically.
- the cleaning head the cleaning liquid is supplied by a pump and that the cleaning agents provided in the cleaning head work independently, these cleaning agents for example in order to rotate against the surface to be cleaned
- Can act means that are driven by a motor.
- nozzles can also be used as cleaning agents be provided, from which the cleaning liquid with high Pressure is applied to the surface to be cleaned, or an ultrasonic pulse generator, the on the cleaning head completely filling cleaning liquid transmits ultrasonic vibrations, through the dirt particles quickly and thoroughly from the surface to be cleaned.
- the invention is on no particular detergents restricted in the cleaning head, but in general on any cleaning heads applicable.
- the cleaning device can also be a relatively small one Be a handheld device with the cleaning head on a long Pipe or the like, with the help of the cleaning head by an operator, for example via high, otherwise difficult to reach window areas or is led over the roof of a winter garden.
- the surfaces to be cleaned can basically be vertical, sloping or also lie horizontally, with the cleaning device also for example can be used to remove dirt from the underside of a glass roof.
- a steam cleaning head is known in which steam is supplied to several vapor pressure chambers open at the end.
- the steam dissolves the Schmtz from a pane to be cleaned and flows over boundary webs away in the suction area of the cleaning head, from where that Steam / water / dirt mixture is extracted.
- DE-A-2 121 500 discloses a cleaning device with a cleaning head with two cleaning chambers, to which cleaning liquid is supplied, which is under a frame-shaped slide shoe gets into a vacuum area, from where it is sucked off.
- DE-A-18 17 917 discloses a cleaning head with several support feet, from which liquid emerges on which the cleaning head moves when moving over the surface to be cleaned slides.
- the fed to the cleaning head Cleaning liquid sometimes from outlet openings at the bottom of a so-called Bell off and also reaches the individual through branch lines Support feet that form hydrostatic position devices. This has the consequence that the liquid from the bearing feet always with the same operating pressure Cleaning liquid escapes.
- the present invention has for its object a cleaning device of the type under consideration, in which a smooth movement of the Cleaning head over the surface to be cleaned with a relatively small Force is allowed.
- the cleaning head contains several hydrostatic bearing devices from which liquid emerges on which the cleaning head glides over the surface to be cleaned when moving.
- the liquid forms between the end faces of the cleaning head and the one to be cleaned Surface a liquid film that prevents the cleaning head from being in direct Comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned.
- the sliding on the liquid film takes place practically smoothly, so that to guide the cleaning head over cleaning surface requires only very little effort.
- An adjustable throttle valve is arranged in the manifold or in that to the adjustable throttle valves arranged in hydrostatic bearings with which the pressure of the supplied liquid can be changed. So that the thickness of the liquid film can be adapted to the respective application be adjusted. It should be useful in the case of a particularly rough or uneven surface to increase the thickness of the liquid layer accordingly.
- the hydrostatic bearing devices also ensure that the cleaning surface before damage by the cleaning head, for example before a scratch, is protected and that the cleaning head because of the distance can slide smoothly from the surface over the contaminants on the surface.
- the hydrostatic bearings are preferred with the cleaning liquid container connected, from which by means of a pump Cleaning liquid is fed to the cleaning head.
- a pump Cleaning liquid is fed to the cleaning head.
- it is water, the suitable cleaning additives can be attached.
- the cleaning liquid becomes the cleaning chamber and the liquid of the hydrostatic bearing devices by a vacuum device, for example a Suction fan, sucked into the cleaning liquid container, from which the cleaning liquid is preferably in a closed Circuit is returned to the cleaning chamber. before the dirty water is provided by a suitable place Filter device cleaned.
- a vacuum device for example a Suction fan
- the cleaning head contains no wiper in the form of a sealing lip or the like, but all the liquid is in the ring channel sucked in without liquid beyond this to the outside exit. Without a scraper, the cleaning head is in every direction freely movable, whereby - as mentioned above - the sliding on a thin layer of water in the area of the hydrostatic storage facilities smooth and practically without frictional resistance goes. This also applies to the case that the cleaning surface is not smooth, but is rough.
- the liquid through the hydrostatic bearings Pump is supplied, which also supplies the cleaning chamber with liquid preferably a device for reducing the pressure is provided, the Water pressure at the hydrostatic bearings can be different than the pressure of the the washing chamber introduced washing water.
- the hydrostatic bearings are expediently designed so that the front Wall sections of the cleaning head openings for the liquid to exit exhibit.
- These can be circular holes that form the Extend the exit level conically or, for example, in a flat trough shape.
- the liquid flows out of the holes or depressions over the end wall sections into the cleaning chamber and partly directly into the rotating one Suction.
- hydrostatic bearings there are several along the edge of the cleaning chamber spaced apart hydrostatic bearings. If the Cleaning head has a rectangular shape - but the invention does not is restricted - at least in the corner areas of the cleaning chamber one hydrostatic each Bearings may be arranged, with additional hydrostatic Bearings, for example in the middle of the long sides, can be provided.
- the cleaning head 1 shown in the figures contains one central cleaning chamber 2, the one rotating from the outside Suction channel 3 is surrounded.
- the suction channel 3 is radially inside a peripheral web 4 separated from the cleaning chamber 2 and also bounded on the outside by a peripheral web 5.
- the bridges 4 and 5 end on the side facing a cleaning surface 6 of the cleaning head 1 in a common end plane.
- the cleaning head 1 has a rectangular shape. In the four corners and in the middle of the long sides are hydrostatic Bearing 7 formed, which contain end wall portions 8, which are in the same plane as the front edges the webs 4 and 5.
- the front wall sections 8 also contain outlet openings 9 for the cleaning liquid, which when operating the cleaning device between the Wall sections 8 and the surface 6 to be cleaned a liquid layer for hydrostatic storage of the cleaning head forms.
- the outlet openings 9 are cleaning liquid through channels 10 (see Figure 2), the circumferential web 4 in the area of the hydrostatic bearing accordingly has greater wall thickness.
- the cleaning device contains separate from the cleaning head 1 a cleaning liquid tank 11, which is via a line 12 is connected to a pump 13 and a filter 14, from where the line 12 opens into the cleaning chamber 2 to to supply them with cleaning fluid.
- Line 12 is provided with an adjustable throttle valve 15 with which the Pressure of the cleaning liquid introduced into the cleaning chamber 2 is adjustable.
- Line 16 From line 12 branches in the direction of flow upstream of the throttle valve 15 a line 16 with a further adjustable throttle valve 17 from.
- Line 16 becomes adjustable pressure Cleaning liquid the channels 10 and thus the hydrostatic Bearings 7 supplied.
- the water cycle closes in that through a pipe 18 an air / water / dirt mixture from the rotating Suction channel 3 is suctioned off and introduced into the tank 11, for what this is connected in its upper region to a suction fan 19 is.
- the cleaning head 1 slides on a liquid film over the surface 6 to be cleaned, i.e. at a short distance from surface 6.
- the actual cleaning process can be done by all suitable means arranged in the cleaning chamber 2 are caused.
