- la Figure 1 montre un emballage connu du genre décrit dans le document GB-A-1096058 ;
- les Figures 2a, 2b et 2c représentent en section transversale les phases successives de l'emballage de l'article à l'aide d'un film selon la Figure 1 ;
- la Figure 4 est une vue en plan d'un film d'emballage selon la présente invention ;
- les Figures 5a, 5b, 5c et 5d sont les séquences successives d'emballage de l'article à l'aide d'un film selon la présente invention ;
- les Figures 6a, 6b et 6c représentent des vues en perspective des différentes séquences d'emballage de l'article avec le film selon la présente invention ;
- la Figure 7 représente l'article emballé après la formation des deux papillotes et
- les Figures 8 et 9 représentent le scellage et le pliage de l'emballage selon la présente invention dans la direction parallèle à l'axe passant par les papillotes.
Claims (5)
- Enveloppe d'emballage constituée d'un film (20) destiné à être fermé par au moins une papillote (22), comprenant, du côté intérieur par rapport à l'article à emballer (16), un enduit de scellage à froid disposé suivant deux bandes longitudinales parallèles (12, 14) de part et d'autre de l'article à emballer (16), caractérisée en ce que le film (20) possède au moins une bande supplémentaire transversale (24), (26) d'enduit de scellage à froid disposée le long d'un bord du film (20) perpendiculairement aux dites bandes longitudinales (12, 14) d'enduit de scellage de manière à permettre, après toronnage de l'enveloppe, de fermer celle-ci suivant une direction parallèle à l'axe passant par les papillotes (22).
- Enveloppe d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le film (20) possède deux bandes transversales (24, 26) d'enduit de scellage à froid s'étendant perpendiculairement entre les bandes longitudinales (12, 14) le long des bords opposés.
- Enveloppe d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la face du film (20) opposée à celle portant les bandes d'enduit de scellage à froid est revêtue d'un enduit anti-adhésif.
- Procédé d'emballage d'un article (16) dans un film (20) comprenant deux bandes longitudinales (12, 14) d'enduit de scellage à froid et au moins une bande transversale (24, 26) d'enduit de scellage à froid s'étendant le long d'un bord perpendiculairement entre les bandes longitudinales (12, 14) selon lequel on dépose l'article sur le film (20) du côté desdites bandes, on relève substantiellement verticalement les deux pans qui sont perpendiculaires aux bandes longitudinales, on rapproche au-dessus de l'article (16) les deux pans et on scelle leurs bords l'un à l'autre par pression, on rabat les deux bords ainsi scellés sur l'article et on toronne les projections du film dépassant de part et d'autre de l'article pour former deux papillotes au niveau des bandes longitudinales (12, 14).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'opération de pliage et de scellage des bords des pans au-dessus de l'article se fait en une seule opération entre les mâchoires d'une presse.
