Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for separating a in spinning cans discarded sliver when changing cans according to the preamble of claim 1, and a method for performing the separation process.
- a device is known from CH-673 483.
- a separator proposed with means for clamping and cutting, which when changing the can is shifted from a rest position into a working position.
- the lever (26) is with With the help of a pneumatic cylinder (30) pivotable.
- the disadvantage of this solution is that both arms have to be adjusted to perform the separation process.
- One version is from the own generic application EP-846 795 described a band separation, wherein means for separating the sliver a pivotable arm are arranged.
- An embodiment (Fig. 9 - 11) shown, the separating element being mounted so as to be vertically displaceable and by a slit can enter the top of the tape holder to separate the tape perform.
- this requires a complex construction and, on the other hand, can damage it the band structure of the band loops resting on the top of the jug, if this when moving the jug on the slot in the top of the Strip the tape holder across.
- the invention now has the task of carrying out the To further develop EP-846 795 and to propose a device for band separation, which is a simple and safe tape separation without damaging the Strap structure of the strap loops lying on top of the jug allows for a short time.
- This device makes it possible to feed the sliver through the toothed partition immediately record in that position and separate it safely and quickly.
- the partition plate during the separation process is held against the underside of the turret plate by means of spring elements. This ensures safe and exact guidance of the tooth tips for complete detection the fibers of the sliver on the underside of the turret plate guaranteed.
- the divider off-center between the two clamping edges arrange ensures that between the two clamping edges only a sliver separation takes place at the point where the divider in a smaller distance from the clamping edge is arranged.
- the pressure angle ⁇ Reduce the front tooth flank of the teeth down to the tooth base.
- the partition plate be made via guide means in this way is guided so that the tooth tips of the partition plate during its displacement be moved from a rest position towards the bottom of the turret plate.
- the guide means at least a guide pin fixed to the swivel arm is formed, which in at least engages a link guide of the divider.
- guide pin is to be understood generally and not only on a cylindrical one Pin aligned. Other cross-sectional shapes and designs of the guide pin are also to be understood by this.
- the partition plate be curved with at least one trained slot is provided, in which the guide pin engages.
- this adjusting means on the partition plate articulated for longitudinal displacement, this adjusting means from a in the swivel arm mounted cylinder can be formed.
- Clamping the sliver is proposed to be about a pivot axis mounted swivel arm via a multi-link gearbox with one mounted on the frame Actuator, e.g. a cylinder.
- the force is preferably applied to the swivel arm approximately centrally in the longitudinal direction seen the swivel arm. This ensures a uniform contact pressure Clamping edges achieved on the turret plate.
- the articulation, or storage of the The pivot lever can be designed so that the pivot lever in Length can be tilted to a limited extent.
- the swivel arm be provided with a switching element is interrupting by the movement of the switching arm in the control line for the adjusting means of the partition plate engages. This ensures that the trip the sliding movement of the divider can only take place if the two clamping edges with a corresponding contact pressure on the underside of the Place the turret plate on top. This version also covers the necessary safety precautions from.
- the material of the surface of the turret plate formed more abrasion-resistant than the material of the tooth tips of the partition plate is.
- the spring-loaded contact of the tooth tips of the separating plate creates a natural abrasion (wear) of the material.
- the Swivel axis of the swivel arm in the area of the axis of rotation of a rotary can changer is appropriate. So that a compact attachment of the swivel arm in Area of the turnstile. It also ensures that the drive parts of the swivel arm outside the normal of the operator accessible area.
- the invention is not application-specific a rotary changer and can also be used on a linear changer Application come.
- the swivel range of the swivel arm is advantageously above the Turnstile turnstile.
- a method for carrying out the separating process is also proposed, with the start of the changing process of the full can against an empty can which is on standby then taking place at a reduced rotational speed of the funnel wheel when the outlet opening of the funnel wheel has reached a certain position.
- This position is sensed using suitable sensors.
- the aim of this is to ensure that as little fiber material as possible is deposited in the free space between the filled can and the following empty can during the changing process while the sliver supply is running and throttled. This makes it possible for the separation device to have the smallest possible sliver loop for reliable detection for the separation process.
- the suitable position of the outlet opening of the funnel wheel for starting the changing process depends on the reduced speed of the funnel wheel and the changing speed of the can changer and must be adjusted accordingly.
- the partition plate being moved back and forth at least once after the separation process has been completed and during the downward movement of the separation device. This movement ensures that the separated strip ends, which under certain circumstances can still clamp in the area between the clamping edge and the separating plate on the separating device, are safely released and released by the separating device. This prevents sliver loops from being pulled down from the can when the separating arm moves downward due to the clamped sliver end. However, this event occurs relatively rarely.
- FIG. 1 shows a top view of a can rotation changer 1 known per se, the cans K1-K3 via a turnstile 2 within the rotation changer 1 in Arrow direction to be moved.
- the jug is K1 around an empty jug, which is kept in reserve position.
