- Known pouch packaging have an opening mechanism in the Shape of a tear notch. Bags are reclosed, for example using a sealed zipper or one of the packaging attached adhesive label.
- the systems mentioned for easy opening and reclosing work separately and are usually attached to the bag filling machine. In the case of Zipper sealing systems for expensive additional investments that each individual operator a bag filling machine if necessary.
- EP-A-0 541 093 discloses a bag packaging in which two packaging films are used over a circumferential sealing seam to form a closed Packaging are interconnected. On one of the edges of the bag the adhesive force between the foils sealed against each other is set so that they pull apart from each other by forming an opening separate. A zipper is sealed under this edge of the bag, which The bag can be reclosed.
- EP-A-0 661 154 discloses a container shell with a circumferential sealing edge, on which a two-layer cover film is sealed.
- This two-ply Lid film consists of a container-near first film, in which an openable Area is limited by a line of weakness.
- the one above second film is sealed against the first film with a peripheral edge, the adhesive force in this edge area between the first and the second Foil is adjusted so that the second film peel off the first film leaves.
- the remaining surface of the second film opposite the first film The film is coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive within the surrounding edge of the seal.
- the container After opening the container for the first time by pulling the second film from the first film remains the one delimited by the line of weakness Opening part of the first film over the pressure sensitive adhesive on the second film stick so that the opening is released.
- the container can be foil on the second foil by means of the between the two Foils arranged pressure sensitive adhesive are closed again.
- the one for the outer packaging The packaging film used comprises an integrated system for easy opening and reclosing two outside the range of the Opening and reclosing system with each other using a permanent adhesive connected foils.
- an inner film has a first perforation as an opening and an outer film, a second perforation to form a die first sealing flap covering the perforation.
- a pressure sensitive adhesive is arranged between the two foils.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a packaging container with a packaging film to create, in which the opening and resealing mechanism already during the production or finishing of the packaging film can be built into this.
- a packaging container with the features of claim 1 leads to the achievement of the object according to the invention.
- Preferred embodiments of the packaging container according to the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
- the packaging film with integrated opening and resealing system offers the advantage over known systems that no further measures during the later production and filling of the bags required to provide an opening and reclosing system are. In addition to the aforementioned loss of additional investments For example, productivity can be increased on bag packaging machines.
- a first opening guarantee can be achieved if the outer film only partially severed along the first perforation and / or the first Perforation is not continuous over the entire thickness of the outer film.
- the sealing flap can be an adhesive-free zone as a gripping and tearing aid exhibit.
- the inner film consists of a sealable plastic, in particular from an optionally modified polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, their copolymers or ionomer.
- the outer film can be a monofilm or a composite film, in particular a laminate with an outer partial film made of oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or oriented polypropylene (oPP) and an inner partial film made of oriented polyamide or aluminum.
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- oPP oriented polypropylene
- PSA pressure sensitive adhesive
- the packaging film is sealed against another film or after folding against yourself into a bag is shaped.
- the packaging film can also be used as a lid on the edge sealed or glued to a rigid or semi-rigid container his.
- a bag packaging 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a front wall film 12-im called the following packaging film - and a backing film 14 on the are connected to one another via a circumferential sealing seam 16.
- the packaging film 12 used in the front wall is an opening and reclosing system 18 with a locking tab 20 for reclosing an opening 22 arranged.
- the reclosability of the opening 22 is by means of a pressure sensitive adhesive applied to the back of the sealing flap 20 24 reached.
- the packaging film 12 is made of an inner film 28 from, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, their copolymers or ionomer and an outer film 30 composed.
- the outer film 30 is in the present case a composite with an outer partial film 30a, for example oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or oriented polypropylene (oPP) and an inner partial film 30b of, for example, oriented Polyamide or aluminum.
- the inner film 28 has a first perforation 32 to form the later one Provide opening 22.
- a second perforation 34 in the outer film 30 arranged to form the closure tab 20.
- This second perforation 34 is partly to provide a first opening guarantee with bridges or Provide webs 36, d. H. with places where the foil is not is completely severed.
- Such bridges or webs 36 can of course also be provided on the first perforation 32.
- the bridges or webs 36 can be perforated in this way that the film is not continuously separated over its thickness.
- a permanent adhesive 38 based on, for example Arranged polyurethane.
- This permanent adhesive 38 extends with one exception the area of the opening and reclosing system 18 to the entire film surface.
- the outer film 30 and the inner film 28 is located on the back the sealing tab 20 attached pressure sensitive adhesive 24, for example in the Form of an acrylic adhesive or other self-adhesive resin.
- the packaging film 12 is the one shown in FIG. 1 Bag packaging 10 to form the circumferential sealing seam 16 against the Back wall film 14 sealed.
- the back wall film 14 shows in the present example a structure identical to the packaging film 12, namely one inner film 40 made of, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, their copolymers or ionomer over the permanent adhesive 38 made of, for example, polyurethane is glued to the outer film 42.
- the outer film 42 also exists here from an outer partial film 42a made of, for example, oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or oriented polypropylene (oPP) and an inner Partial film 42b made of, for example, oriented polyamide or aluminum.
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- oPP oriented polypropylene
- the Backing film 14 can also have a different layer structure.
- the opening and closing mechanism of the opening and reclosing system 18 is briefly explained below with reference to FIG. 5.
- the foils shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 are in the form of foil strips continuous production of the composite film 12 before.
- a system shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 for the continuous production of a Packaging film 12 with integrated opening and reclosing system 18 has a first adhesive application station 44 with an adhesive application roller 46 for the partial application of the permanent adhesive 38 on the tape in the form outer film 30 on.
