Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Anfahren / Wiederanfahren des Fortdruckes einer Bogen verarbeitenden Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit über eine Kupplung schaltbare Anleger und schaltbaren Abnahmeelementen für die Bogen, bei welchem das Hochfahren der Drehzahl der Druckmaschine von einer Grunddrehzahl (VG) auf eine Produktionsdrehzahl (VD) erfolgt, der Anleger bei einer niedrigen Drehzahl (V') der Druckmaschine zugeschaltet wird, und die Abnahmeelemente erst bei Erreichen einer Zwischendrehzahl (V") zum Bogenlauf zugeschaltet werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitpunkt zum Starten des Hochfahrens der Druckmaschine mit einer Rampe vorgegebener Drehzahl / Zeitverhaltens von der Grunddrehzahl (VG) auf die Produktionsdrehzahl (VD) in Abhängigkeit von der Anzahl der zum Fördern eines ersten Bogens vom Anlegerstapel bis zu einer vorbestimmten Position, nämlich der Anlage der Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine oder der ersten Druckzone eines ersten Druckwerkes, innerhalb der Maschine nötigen Maschinenumdrehungen derartig festgelegt wird, so dass nach dem Zuschalten der Abnahmeelemente bei der Zwischendrehzahl (V") ein erster Bogen erst bei oder nach Erreichen der Produktionsdrehzahl (VD) die vorbestimmte Position innerhalb der Maschine erreicht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anleger und die Abnahmeelemente gleichzeitig zugeschaltet werden.
