Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zur Regelung der Schließfolge von zweiflügeligen Türen mit einem mit einem obenliegenden Schließer (2a) zusammenwirkenden Standflügel (1a) und einem mit einem obenliegenden Schließer (2b) und einer Blockiereinrichtung zusammenwirkenden Gangflügel (1b), mit einer die Blockiereinrichtung steuernden Steuereinrichtung, mit einem mit dem Standflügel oder einem verbundenen Teil zusammenwirkenden Stellglied (52) und einem das Stellglied mit der Steuereinrichtung verbindenden Übertragungsglied
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungsglied (5) im Bereich des Türrahmens (11) zwischen
zwei Schaltstellungen beweglich angeordnet ist,
und daß die von dem Übertragungsglied (5) betätigte Steuereinrichtung (6) am Türschließer (2b) des Gangflügels (1b) angeordnet ist und ein Steuerglied (61) aufweist, welches erst im Laufe des Schließvorgangs des Gangflügels (61) in Wirkkontakt mit dem Übertragungsglied (5) kommt, wobei das Steuerglied (61) abhängig von der Schaltstellung des Übertragungsglieds (5) betätigt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerglied (61) bei relativ kleinen Türöffnungswinkeln im Bereich des Übertragungsglieds (5) und bei relativ großen Türöffnungswinkeln mit Abstand vom Übertragungsglied (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei einer ersten Schaltstellung des Übertragungsglieds (5) um eine Sperrstellung handelt, in welcher das Steuerglied (61) beim Schließen des Gangflügels (1b) auf das Übertragungsglied (5) oder ein damit verbundenes Teil aufläuft, wobei das Übertragungsglied (5) betätigend auf das Steuerglied (61) einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungsglied (5) eine Ausnehmung (55) zur Aufnahme des Steuerglieds (61) aufweist und in einer zweiten Schaltstellung des Übertragungsgliedes (5), welche als Freigabestellung bezeichnet wird, beim Schlieβen des Gangflügels (1b) die Ausnehmung (55) mit dem Steuerglied (61) fluchtet, ohne betätigend auf dieses einzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungsglied (5) durch eine Rückstellfeder (54) in Richtung der Sperrstellung beaufschlagt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Betätigung des Stellglieds (52) das Übertragungsglied (5) aus seiner Sperrstellung in seine Freigabestellung bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellglied (52) im Bereich einer Schiene (4b) oder an diese anschließend angeordnet ist, in welcher ein vom Schließer (2a) des Standflügels (1a) angetriebener Schließerarm (31a) mit einem Gleiter (41a) oder dergleichen geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleiter (41a) des vom Schließer (2a) des Standflügels (1a) angetriebenen Schließerarms (31a), oder ein damit verbundenes Teil (43), in Schließlage des Standflügels (1a) mit dem Stellglied (52) in Anschlag kommt und betätigend mit diesem zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Betätigung des Stellglieds (52) das Übertragungsglied (5) in axialer oder vertikaler Richtung verschoben oder um eine Achse gedreht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Übertragungsglied um ein Profil, vorzugsweise Deckprofil (5) handelt, welches am oberen horizontalen Türrahmen (11) angeordnet ist und sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Türbreite erstreckt und/oder im Bereich der Schiene (4a, 4b), in welcher ein vom Schließer (2a, 2b) des Standflügels (1a) bzw. des Gangflügels (1b) angetriebener Schließerarm (31 a, 31 b) mit einem Gleiter (41 a, 41 b) oder dergleichen geführt ist, angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche insbesondere nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil, vorzugsweise Deckprofil (5), zwischen zwei seitlichen Abdeckkappen (51) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdasSteuergliedalsvorzugsweise schwenkbarer Steuerhebel (61) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche insbesondere nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerhebel (61) um eine zur Längsachse des Gangflügeltürschließers (2b) parallele Achse schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerhebel (61) eine durch eine Feder oder dergleichen beaufschlagte Ausgangsstellung aufweist, in der er vertikal oder nahezu vertikal über das Gehäuse (21) des Gangflügeltürschließers (2b) hinausragt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiereinrichtung im Bereich des Gangflügeltürschließers (2b) angeordnet ist, wobei sie vorzugsweise mit dem Gangflügeltürschließer (2b) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der Blockiereinrichtung um ein Ventil im Hydraulikkreislauf des Türschließers (2b) handelt, wobei das Ventil im Türschließergehäuse integriert ist.
