Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vorprodukts, das geeignet zur Herstellung von granularen Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln mit einer Schüttdichte oberhalb 600 g/l ist. dessen Gehalt an Tensiden 0 bis weniger als 35 Gew.-% beträgt und welches eine Schüttdichte von mindestens 760 g/l aufweist, durch Extrusion eines Vorgemischs. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es frei von Strukturbrecher und nichttensidischem organischem Plastifiziermittel ist und man in ihm enthaltenes anorganisches Neutralsalz in Mengen von, jeweils bezogen auf den Neutral salzgehalt im Vorprodukt, 10 Gew.-% bis 65 Gew.-% durch separates Zumischen und auf 100 Gew.-% als Bestandteil granularer Komponenten, die sonstige Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, dem zu extrudierenden Vorgemisch zuführt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorprodukt eine Schüttdichte im Bereich von 770 g/l bis 870 g/l, insbesondere im Bereich von 790 g/l bis 850 g/l aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im Vorprodukt enthaltene anorganische Neutralsalz in Mengen von 30 Gew.-% bis 65 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf den Neutralsalzgehalt im extrudierten Produkt, durch separates Zumischen dem Vorgemisch zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein turmpulverhaltiges Vorgemisch extrudiert.
- Granulares Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel mit einer Schüttdichte oberhalb 600 g/l, enthaltend eine extrudierte Komponente sowie anionische und/oder nichtionische Tenside in Mengen von mindestens 15 Gew.-%, wobei mindestens zwei verschiedene granulare Komponenten in dem Mittel enthalten sind, von denen mindestens eine extrudiert und mindestens eine nicht extrudiert ist, wobei die extrudierte(n) Komponente(n) in Mengen von 30 bis 85 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel, in dem Mittel enthalten ist (sind) und mindestens eine nicht-extrudierte granulare und tensidhaltige Komponente in den Mengen im Mittel enthalten ist, daß durch diese Komponente mindestens 1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel, an Tensiden bereitgestellt wird, wobei der Gehalt der extrudierten Komponente(n) an Tensiden 0 bis weniger als 35 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die jeweilige extrudierte Komponente, beträgt, und mindestens ein nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 hergestelltes Vorprodukt enthalten ist.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine Schüttdichte bei mindestens 725 g/l, insbesondere im Bereich von 745 g/l bis 950 g/l liegt.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nicht-extrudierte granulare und tensidhaltige Komponenten in den Mengen in dem Mittel enthalten sind, daß dadurch 2 Gew.-% bis 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 Gew.-% bis 25 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel, an Tensiden bereitgestellt werden.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel tensidhaltige extrudierte Komponenten in den Mengen enthalten, daß dadurch 0,5 Gew.-% bis 30 Gew.-%, insbesondere 6 Gew.-% bis 25 Gew.-% bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel, an Tensiden bereitgestellt werden.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die extrudierten Komponenten, vorzugsweise tensidhaltige extrudierte Komponenten, zu 50 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-% in dem gesamten Mittel enthalten sind.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewichtsverhältnis von tensidhaltiger extrudierter Komponente zu nicht-extrudierter tensidhaltiger granularer Komponente 6:1 bis 2:1, insbesondere 5:1 bis 3:1 beträgt.
