Claims (6)
- Kontaktorgan für elektrische Steckverbindungen, bestehend aus einem Stanzbiegeteil mit einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen Zwischenbereich (2) mit zwei Seitenwänden (3, 4) und einer diese verbindenden Basiswand (5), einem Leitungsanschlußelement (6) an einem Ende des Kontaktorgans (1) und einem von dem Zwischenbereich (2) einstückig abragenden Kontaktstift (8) am anderen Ende des Kontaktorgans, wobei die Wandstärke des Kontaktstifts dicker ist als die Wandstärke der übrigen Bereiche des Kontaktorgans,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Basiswand (5) und/oder die Seitenwände (3, 4) des U-förmigen Zwischenbereiches (2) kontaktseitig mit Verbindungselementen, z. B. mit Verlängerungen (10, 15) und/oder Ansätzen (11, 16, 21, 22) ausgebildet sind, die durch Formstanzen und/oder Abbiegen formschlüssig im Bereich der von dem Zwischenbereich (2) abragenden Basis des Kontaktstiftes (8) mit diesem verbunden sind,und daß die formschlüssige Verbindung der Verbindungselemente (9, 10, 15 bzw. 11, 16, 21, 22) mit dem Kontaktstift (8) von der Anbindung des Kontaktstiftes an dem Zwischenbereich (2) etwas zum freien Ende des Kontaktstiftes (8) hin abgesetzt ist. - Kontaktorgan nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Seitenwand (3) des Zwischenbereiches (2) eine Verlängerung (9) aufweist, die den Kontaktstift (8) trägt, daß die andere Seitenwand (4) des Zwischenbereiches (2) eine Verlängerung (10) aufweist, welche zum Kontaktstift (8) hin abgebogen ist und an diesem seitlich anliegt, und daß die den Kontaktstift (8) tragende Verlängerung (9) der einen Seitenwand (3) oder eine Verlängerung (15) der Basiswand (5) einen quer zum Kontaktstift (8) verlaufenden lappenartigen Ansatz (11 bzw. 16) aufweist, welcher durch Abbiegen den Kontaktstift (8) und die Verlängerung (10) der anderen Seitenwand (4) krallenartig umfaßt. - Kontaktorgan nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basiswand (5) des Zwischenbereiches (2) eine Verlängerung (15) aufweist, welche mit abgebogenen Führungsschenkeln (21, 22), die zwischen sich einen Führungsschlitz (23) für den Kontaktstift (8) bilden, seitlich an dem Kontaktstift anliegt. - Kontaktorgan nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Kontaktstift (8) durch Prägungen am freien Ende (30, 31) der Führungsschenkel (21, 22) gebildet ist. - Kontaktorgan nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Kontaktstift (8) durch Verkippung oder Tordierung am freien Ende (30c, 31c) der Führungsschenkel (21c, 22c) gebildet ist. - Kontaktorgan nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Seitenwand (3) des Zwischenbereiches (2) eine gekröpfte Verlängerung (9f) aufweist, die den Kontaktstift (8) trägt, daß diese Verlängerung (9f) mit einer Ausnehmung (41) versehen ist, und daß die andere Seitenwand (4) des Zwischenbereiches (2) eine gerade Verlängerung (10f) aufweist, die an ihrem freien Ende in einen schmalen Steg (42) übergeht, der in Richtung auf die gekröpfte Verlängerung (9f) der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand (3) abgebogen ist und in die Ausnehmung (41) dieser Verlängerung eingreift.
