Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brausegarnitur mit einer Halterung, welche eine Aufnahme für eine Handbrause und einen die Halterung tragenden Brauseschieber aufweist, der höhenverstellbar mit einer an einer Wand befestigten Führungsstange verbunden ist, wobei die Aufnahme einem schwenkbeweglich an der Halterung befestigten Haltekopf zugeordnet ist, dessen Schwenkstellung mittels eines der Halterung zugeordneten Bremselementes einstellbar ist.
Brausegarnituren der vorstehend genannten Art ermöglichen es bei öffentlichen oder privaten Duschen die Handbrause an einer Halterung zu befestigen, die selbst wiederum an einer an einer Wand befestigten Führungsstange höhenverstellbar gehalten ist. Bei einer aus der DE-A1-40 00 621 bekannten Brausegarnitur ist die Halterung schwenkbeweglich an einem Brauseschieber gehalten. Aufgrund der Schwenkbeweglichkeit der Halterung kann die Stellung der Handbrause leicht an den jeweiligen Verwendungszweck angepaßt werden. Nachteilig erweist sich bei der bekannten Garnitur jedoch, daß das zwischen Halterung und Brauseschieber angeordnete Schwenkgelenk sich aufgrund der notwendigen genauen Positionierung meist nur ruckartig und mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand betätigen läßt. Aus der DE-U-87 03 949 sind die Merkmale das Oberbegriffes des Anspruchs 1 bekannt. Insbesondere offenbart dieses Dokuments eine schwenkbewegliche Ausbildung der Halterung, bei der eine gleichzeitig den Brauseschieber arretierende Druckfeder auch auf den Kugelkopf der Halterung als Bremselement einwirkt. Über den Kugelkopf wird eine Beweglichkeit der Halterung in alle Richtungen ermöglicht. Nachteilig ist, daß die eine Fixierung des Brauseschiebers an der Führungsstange bewirkende starke Druckfeder auch die schwere Handbrause bzw. die Halterung halten muß. Von daher ist ein gewolltes Verschwenken nur mit hohem Kraftaufwand möglich.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Brausegarnitur der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, daß ihre Handhabung verbessert und insbesondere das Einstellen der Halterung mit der Handbrause ohne großen Kraftaufwand und jeweils ruckfrei möglich ist.
Die Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das Bremselement einen gegenüber dem Haltekopf angewinkelten Hebelabschnitt aufweist, über den das Bremselement insgesamt von dem Haltekopf durch Druckbeaufschlagung abschwenkbar ist. Diese Lösung ermöglicht es, die an der Halterung befestigte Handbrause beliebig zu verschwenken und dabei in der gewünschten Stellung zu arretieren ohne Gefahr zu laufen, daß die Handbrause aufgrund des in dem entsprechenden Schwenkgelenk nach längerer Gebrauchsdauer stets entstehenden Verschleißes sich selbsttätig aus der gewünschten Stellung hinausbewegt.
Die Handhabung und Vielseitigkeit bezüglich der Schwenkbewegung können zusätzlich dadurch verbessert werden, daß zwischen der Halterung und dem Brauseschieber ein Schwenkgelenk für die Halterung ausgebildet ist und daß das Gelenk durch ein zwischen dem Brauseschieber und der Halterung angeordnetes Dichtelement gegenüber der Umgebung abgedichtet ist. Dabei sollte im Hinblick auf eine verlängerte Lebensdauer der Garnitur das Dichtelement ein in einer die Halterung oder in dem Brauseschieber eingeformten Nut einliegender O-Ring sein. Das Bremselement ist zweckmäßig als Rastkörper und damit als Feststellelement ausgebildet, dessen Rastfläche mit am Haltekopf ausgebildeten Rastflächen korrespondierend ausgebildet und verrastbar ist. Auf diese Weise erhält man eine besonders robuste Feststellvorrichtung für die Aufnahme der Handbrause. Dabei ist das Bremselement von einem federelastischen, mit der Halterung verbundenen Haltestück getragen, so daß ein selbsttätiges Anschwenken dieses Bremselements an den Haltekopf und damit seine selbsttätige Verriegelung in der gewünschten Stellung sichergestellt ist. Ergänzend oder alternativ kann dieses selbsttätige Verriegeln dadurch erreicht werden, daß das Bremselement über ein zwischen Gelenkkörper mit Schwenkgelenk und Hebelabschnitt angeordnetes, elastisches Element in Form einer Spiralfeder druckbelastet ist. In diesem Zusammenhang ebenso sinnvoll ist es, wenn die Halterung ein die zum Feststellen des Haltekopfes benötigenden Elemente aufnehmendes Gehäuse bildet.
Die Erfindung zeichnet sich insbesondere dadurch aus, daß ein einfach und sicher ein- und nachstellbarer Aufnahmekopf geschaffen sind. Die beim Gebrauch derartiger Brausen auftretenden Einflüsse können geschickt ausgeschaltet werden. Die Einzelteile des Bremselementes und bzw. des Rastkörpers sind in einem Gehäuse sicher und formschön untergebracht. Die Handhabung ist einfach, wobei sich auch insgesamt eine den ästetischen Bedingungen optimal genügende Brausegarnitur ergibt.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile des Erfindungsgegenstands ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung der zugehörigen Zeichnung, in der ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel mit den dazu notwendigen Einzelheiten und Einzelteilen dargestellt ist. Es zeigen:

Die Brausegarnitur weist einen auf einer Führungsstange 1 mit ovalem Querschnitt verschiebbaren Brauseschieber 2 und eine von diesem getragene Halterung 3 auf. Die Halterung 3 und der Brauseschieber 2 sind jeweils als Gehäuse ausgebildet und über ein Schwenkgelenk 4 derart miteinander verbunden, daß die Halterung 3 gegenüber dem Brauseschieber 2 um eine parallel zur Führungsstange 1 ausgerichtete Schwenkachse X verschwenkbar ist. Dabei ist das Schwenkgelenk 4 durch den in eine Gehäuseöffnung 2a des Brauseschiebers 2 eingreifenden Zapfen 5a eines in der Halterung 3 einsitzenden Gelenkkörpers 5 gebildet, der durch ein auf ihn aufgepreßtes, scheibenförmiges Verriegelungselement 6 in dem Brauseschieber 2 gehalten wird (Fig. 2). Die im Bereich des Schwenkgelenks 4 angeordneten Oberflächen 2b, 5b des Gelenkkörpers 5 und des Brauseschiebers 2 sind eben ausgebildet, wobei in die Oberfläche 2b des Brauseschiebers 2 eine Kreisnut 2c eingeformt ist. In der Kreisnut 2c ist ein O-Ring 7 eingelegt, der an der Oberfläche 5b des Gelenkkörpers 5 anliegt und das Schwenkgelenk 4 gegenüber der Feuchtigkeit der Umgebung abdichtet, ohne dessen Drehbeweglichkeit zu behindern.
In dem der Rückseite der Führungsstange 1 zugeordneten Bereich des Brauseschiebers 2 ist ein Feststellelement 8 angeordnet. Das Feststellelement 8 ist rohrförmig ausgebildet und weist hinsichtlich seiner Durchgangsbohrung in Längsrichtung einen doppelkonischen Querschnitt auf, wobei sich der Querschnitt jeweils zu den stirnseitigen Flächen des Feststellelements 8 erweitert. Zusätzlich weist das Feststellelement 8 eine quer zu dessen Längsachse ausgerichtete Aufnahme 8a für eine Mutter 9 auf. In die Mutter 9 ist eine Spannschraube 10 eingeschraubt, die in die Durchgangsbohrung des Feststellelements 8 eingeführt ist. Die Spannschraube 10 ist in dem Brauseschieber 2 frei drehbar gelagert, da ihr Schraubenkopf 10a mit seiner Unterseite an den Rändern einer Durchgangsbohrung 2d des Brauseschiebers 2 für den Schraubenhals 10b der Spannschraube 10 abgestützt ist. Seine Oberseite ist an einem Einsatzstück 11 abgestützt, welches in einer Einsenkung 2e des Brauseschiebers 2 eingepreßt ist, die auch den Schraubenkopf 10a der Spannschraube 10 aufnimmt.
Oberhalb des rohrförmigen Feststellelements 8 ist in dem Brauseschieber 2 ein Einsatzstück 12 angeordnet. Dieses Einsatzstück 12 bildet zum einen mit seiner der Führungsstange 1 zugeordneten Fläche eine Führung für den Brauseschieber 2 an der Führungsstange 1. Zum anderen bildet das Einsatzstück 12 mit seiner dem Feststellelement 8 zugeordneten Fläche einen Anschlag für das Feststellelement 8.
Zwischen dem Feststellelement 8 und der Führungsstange 1 ist ein erstes, an der Führungsstange 1 anliegendes Gleitstück 13 angeordnet. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, das elastische Material des Feststellelements 8 ohne Rücksicht auf die Gefahr eines Anhaftens des Feststellelements 8 an der Führungsstange 1 auszuwählen. Ein zweites Gleitstück 14 ist auf der dem ersten Gleitstück 13 gegenüber liegenden Seite der Führungsstange 1 angeordnet und mit seiner von der Führungsstange 1 abgewandten Frontfläche an den Gehäusewänden des Brauseschiebers 2 so abgestützt, daß es ebenfalls eine Führung für den Brauseschieber 2 an der Führungsstange 1 bildet.
Zur Montage der Brausegarnitur ist die rückwärtige Gehäusewand des Brauseschiebers 2 als mit dem übrigen Gehäuse des Brauseschiebers 2 verrastbarer Deckel 15 ausgebildet.
Der Gelenkkörper 5 sitzt formschlüssig eingerastet in der als Gehäuse ausgebildeten Halterung 3 ein. Diese weist in ihrem vorderen Bereich parallel zueinander ausgerichtete, vorstehende Abschnitte 3a auf, die gegenüber dem übrigen Gehäuse der Halterung 3 vorstehen und gabelförmig einen annähernd zylinderförmigen Aufnahmekopf 16 umgreifen. Der Aufnahmekopf 16 ist dabei in Gelenken 17 der vorstehenden Abschnitte 3a um eine weitere Schwenkachse Y drehbar gelagert.
Der Schwenkkopf 16 weist eine konisch ausgeformte Aufnahmeöffnung 16a für eine nicht gezeigte Handbrause auf. An seinem der Halterung 3 zugeordneten Rücken 16b ist zusätzlich durch parallel zueinander sich erstreckende Einkerbungen eine Rastfläche 16c ausgebildet. Bei dem in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellten Zustand greifen in die Einkerbungen der Rastfläche 16c entsprechend ausgebildete Vorsprünge 18a eines Rastkörpers 18 und verhindern eine Schwenkbewegung des Aufnahmekopfes 16.
Der Rastkörper 18 weist einen einstückig an ihm angeformten Hebelabschnitt 18b auf, der in eine entsprechend geformte Gehäuseausnehmung 3b der Halterung 3 hineinreicht. Auf der rückwärtigen Fläche 18c des Rastkörpers 18 ist eine Einsenkung 18d eingeformt, in der das eine Ende einer zwischen dem Rastkörper 18 und dem Gelenkkörper 5 eingespannten Spiralfeder 19 einsitzt. Mit ihrem anderen Ende sitzt die Spiralfeder 19 in einer entsprechenden Einsenkung 5c des Gelenkkörpers 5 ein.
Durch die Kraft der Spiralfeder 19 wird der Rastkörper 18 gegen den Aufnahmekopf 16 gedrückt. Sobald in Richtung des Pfeils P manuell Druck auf den Hebelabschnitt 18b des Rastkörpers 18 ausgeübt wird, wird dieser gegen die Kraft der Spiralfeder 19 verschwenkt und hebt dabei von der Rastfläche 16c des Aufnahmekopfes 16 ab. Dieser ist nun frei beweglich und kann in die gewünschte Position gebracht werden. Anschließend wird der Hebelabschnitt 18b kraftentlastet, so daß der Rastkörper 18 aufgrund der von der Spriralfeder 19 auf ihn ausgeübten Kraft selbsttätig in Richtung des Aufnahmekopfes 16 zurückschwenkt und diesen gegen ein weiteres Verschwenken sicher arretiert.

Claims (6)

  1. Brausegarnitur mit einer Halterung (3), welche eine Aufnahme (16a) für eine Handbrause und einen die Halterung (3) tragenden Brauseschieber (2) aufweist, der höhenverstellbar mit einer an einer Wand befestigten Führungsstange (1) verbunden ist, wobei die Aufnahme (16a) einem schwenkbeweglich an der Halterung (3) befestigten Haltekopf (16) zugeordnet ist, dessen Schwenkstellung mittels eines der Halterung (3) zugeordneten Bremselements (18) einstellbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Bremselement (18) einen gegenüber dem Haltekopf (16) abgewinkelten Hebelabschnitt (18b) aufweist, über den das Bremselement (18) insgesamt von dem Haltekopf (16) durch Druckbeaufschlagung abschwenkbar ist.
  2. Brausegarnitur nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    zwischen der Halterung (3) und dem Brauseschieber (2) ein Schwenkgelenk (4) für die Halterung (3) ausgebildet ist, und daß das Schwenkgelenk (4) durch ein zwischen dem Brauseschieber (2) und der Halterung (3) angeordnetes Dichtelement (7) gegenüber der Umgebung abgedichtet ist.
  3. Brausegarnitur nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Bremselement (18) mit Hebelabschnitt (18b) als Rastkörper und damit als Feststellelement ausgebildet ist, dessen Rastfläche mit am Haltekopf (16) ausgebildeten Rastflächen (16c) korrespondierend ausgebildet und verrastbar ist.
  4. Brausegarnitur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Bremselement (18) über ein zwischen Gelenkkörper (5) mit Schwenkgelenk (4) und Hebelabschnitt (18b) angeordnetes elastisches Element in Form einer Spiralfeder (19) druckbelastet ist.
  5. Brausegarnitur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Halterung (3) ein die zum Feststellen des Haltekopfes (16) benötigten Elemente (5, 18, 19) aufnehmendes Gehäuse bildet.
  6. Brausegarnitur nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Dichtelement (7) ein in einer in der Halterung (3) oder in dem Brauseschieber (2) eingeformten Nut (2c) einliegender O-Ring ist.
