Claims (7)
- Dispositif de pliage de découpe basé sur une paire de courroies d'entraínement : une (40) comprenant une partie supérieure vrillée de pliage (a) et une (50) comprenant, en correspondance, une partie inférieure plane (a'), ce dispositif étant prévu pour être installé à la place d'un dispositif d'encollage comprenant une roue encolleuse entraínée en rotation par un arbre (34), caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous la forme d'un module amovible (100) intégrant des moyens d'accrochage (24) au bâti (10) de la machine, deux séries de poulies définissant avec un (30) ou deux tambours d'entraínement respectivement le trajet de la courroie à partie vrillée et de la courroie à partie en correspondance plane, et des organes de liaison (32) du ou des tambours (30) à l'arbre d'entraínement (34) de la roue encolleuse.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module comprend un support principal plan vertical (20) dont la face externe (23) comprend les moyens d'accrochage (24) au bâti (10) de la machine, et dont la face interne (22) comprend les deux séries de poulies et le (30) ou les tambours d'entraínement des deux courroies (40, 50).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la face interne (22) du support principal (20) du module ne porte qu'un tambour unique (30) d'entraínement côte-à-côte des deux courroies (40, 50), ce support principal présentant un passage de l'arbre d'entraínement (34) de la roue encolleuse pour liaison directe avec le moyeu du tambour (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le support principal (20) présente un prolongement (21) amont d'extension du trajet de la partie vrillée (a) de la courroie (40).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le module (100) comprend un support secondaire plan (28) vertical parallèle au support principal (20) et disposé en vis-à-vis du trajet de la courroie à partie plane (50) dont il porte les poulies de guidage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le support principal (20) comprend en son bord supérieur des moyens de préhension et/ou de levage (26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage au bâti appartenant à la face externe (23) du support principal (20) du module (100) se présentent sous la forme d'une plaque horizontale (24) venant s'appliquer sur la face supérieure d'une pièce (10) du bâti, cette plaque présentant une ou plusieurs encoches ou lumières (25) traversées par des moyens de fixation de la plaque contre la pièce, la longueur des encoches et lumières autorisant un ajustement de la position du module (100) avant serrage des moyens de fixation.
