Description
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zu Befestigung eines um 90° abgewinkelten, aus einer Kontaktleiste (1) und einem Kontaktelementeträger (2) mit einzelnen, zueinander parallelen Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) bestehenden Steckverbinders an einer Leiterplatte (9) in Einpreßtechnik,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jede Unterbaugruppe (2a, 2b) einzeln für sich in die Leiterplatte (9) eingepreßt wird, bis der aus einer Anzahl von Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) bestehende Kontaktelementeträger (2) vollständig gebildet ist, und daß die Kontaktleiste (1) nach dem Einpreßen der einzelnen Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) auf den vollständigen Kontaktelementeträger (2) aufgeschoben und lösbar mit diesem verbunden wird. - Steckverbinder zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einer aus Isoliermaterial bestehenden, in zueinander parallelen Reihen und Spalten Kontaktelemente (5) aufnehmenden Kontaktleiste (1) mit einer Steckseite und einer hierzu gegenüberliegenden Anschlußseite für einen aus Isoliermaterial bestehenden Kontaktelementeträger (2), der von einzelnen, zueinander parallelen Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) gebildet ist, die die Kontaktelemente (5) jeweils einer Spalte aufnehmen, wobei die Kontaktelemente (5) mit ihrem Steckbereich (4) in die Kontaktleiste (1) ragen und an ihrem rechtwinklig zur Steckrichtung verlaufenden Anschlußbereich als Einpreßstifte (6) ausgebildet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zur lösbaren Verbindung der Kontaktleiste (1) und des Kontaktelementeträgers (2) im Bereich der Anschlußseite der Kontaktleiste (1) und an den einzelnen Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) zusammenwirkende Rastorgane (13, 14) vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rastorgane (13, 14) zumindest an der Oberseite (11 bzw. 12) der Kontaktleiste (1) und der Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rastorgane aus in der Kontaktleiste (1) vorgesehenen Rastlöchern (13) und an den Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) angeordneten Rastnasen (14) bestehen. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jede Unterbaugruppe (2a, 2b) mit jeweils mindestens einem Rastorgan (14) und die Kontaktleiste (1) für jedes Rastorgan (14) der Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) mit jeweils einem korrespondierenden Rastorgan (13) ausgebildet ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rastorgane (13) im Bereich der Anschlußseite der Kontaktleiste (1) in einem dünnen, federnden Wandbereich (10) vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rastorgane (14) der Unterbaugruppen (2a, 2b) an der der Kontaktleiste (1) zugewandten Seite abgeschrägt sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Unterbaugruppen (2a) jeweils ein sich in Richtung einer Spalte erstreckendes Isolierteil (7) aufweisen, das die in einer Spalte übereinander angeordneten Kontaktelemente (5) nur in einem schmalen, sich an den Steckbereich anschließenden Bereich aufnimmt, so daß die Kontaktelemente (5) nur partiell von Isoliermaterial umgeben sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Unterbaugruppen (2b) jeweils ein sich in Richtung einer Spalte erstreckendes plattenförmiges Isolierteil (8) aufweisen, das die in einer Spalte übereinander angeordneten Kontaktelemente (59 bis auf den Steck- und den Anschlußbereich vollständig umgibt. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das plattenförmige Isolierteil (8) aus zwei lösbar miteinander verbundenen, die Kontaktelemente (1) zwischen sich einschließenden Einzelteilen (8a, 8b) besteht. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Isolierteil (7, 8) aus einem einteiligen Spritzteil besteht.
