Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport container for textiles Packs, in particular of sliver, the transport vessel a rectangular base and a vertical one has displaceable base element.
- a transport container for textiles Packs, in particular of sliver, the transport vessel a rectangular base and a vertical one has displaceable base element.
- Such a transport container is known from EP-A-0 344 484.
- DE-GM 88 12 622 and DE 40 15 938 A and DE 40 18 088 A is the use of such flattened Spinning cans in the transport network stretch / OE spinning machine described.
- Spinning cans are the same width as the spinning station concerned spinning machine so that all with Original material loaded spinning cans next to each other be positioned and thereby a second, rear Row of sliver cans can be avoided.
- the use of flattened, spinning station-wide spinning cans has one Simplification of the can changing process in the area of Spinning stations led; however, it has been shown that such Spinning cans have certain disadvantages. So could for example the handling of these transport facilities in the Do not satisfy the area of the route or card.
- the invention is based on the aforementioned state of the Technology based the task of creating an inexpensive spinning can create that is suitable for transport automation and good is to be handled.
- this object is achieved by a transport vessel solved according to claim 1.
- the Switch on wall parts upper and lower spacers so that a guide gap is formed between these spacers.
- the Spacers are either unsolvable, for example through a Adhesive connection, or detachable via bolts with the Wall parts connected.
- At least one of the a sliver receiving device in the two upper spacers in which the sliver end after the filling process of the transport container on the route and inserted if necessary can be secured.
- At least one of the bottom two points Spacers an intervention possibility for a manipulator or the like, so that the transport vessel during the Can filling process, transport or changing the can is easy to handle at all times.
- the base element a lattice-like structure with an outer frame and intermediate struts.
- Such a structure is stable and light.
- the frame of the floor element molded lateral pins that the bottom element in the Guide gaps in the transport vessel wall.
- the cones are round in the area of the leadership columns and end in an essentially angular molded part.
- Such Training has the advantage, for example, that on the one hand it is possible to pivot the floor element about its longitudinal axis and emptying sliver residues downwards; on the other hand can the bottom element on the molded parts by a suitable Device, for example by the pressure fork of the Linear unit of the route, securely fixed and defined be lowered.
- thermoplastics are known to be very resistant, resulting in a high Life of the transport containers leads. Also are Thermoplastics very suitable for series production.
- a suitable manufacturing process is, for example so-called injection molding process.
- Ribs and ridges are made using this procedure manufactured wall parts relatively light and yet extremely stable. It is also very beneficial on the wall parts all necessary guide sections at the same time, To include support edges and the like. So are for example in the area of the upper and lower edge of the Wall parts facing outwards and on the longitudinal guides Lower edge additionally an inward-facing contact edge arranged for the floor element.
- the Foam wall parts made of polyurethane. With this procedure arises between two hard, relatively thin wall layers and a soft core layer. Even those using these procedures manufactured wall parts are characterized by low weight, high rigidity and long service life.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a transport vessel according to the invention 8 during its loading or filling on a route shown.
- Line 1 has, as usual, a turntable (Keuler) 2 for the loop-like placement of sliver 9.
- a linear unit 3 Before the Line 1 is a linear unit 3 is arranged, the Recording platform 4 oscillating in via a drive 5 Direction R and L can be moved. Is on the recording platform 4 also a guide unit 7 with vertically displaceable Pressure forks arranged.
- These pressure forks 6 summarize how shown during the filling process of the transport vessel 8 under the pin 24 of the bottom member 23 and put through defined lowering of the bottom element 23 a gentle Sliver storage in the transport container 8 safely.
- Fig. 2 shows the transport vessel 8, which is preferably an in has a substantially rectangular base, also in perspective view.
- Two identical wall parts 10 are about spacers 11 to 14 and bolts 16 so put together that between the wall parts 10 guide column 15 with a width B arise in which with pin 24 of Bottom element 23 is guided.
- Wall parts 10 are made of a thermoplastic. Here are, as indicated in FIGS. 2 and 6, for stiffening the relatively large wall sections of beads 20 and ribs 21 molded. Furthermore, in the area of the upper edge 17 or the lower edge 18 longitudinal guides 19 are provided. In the area of the lower edge 18 there is also an inside directed support edge 22 arranged for the bottom element 23.
- the longitudinal guides can also be designed so that they are arranged side by side Interlock the transport containers.
- the Base element 23 has a grid-like structure.
- a frame 29 is braced with struts 30, so that a light but stable component is created.
- Lateral pins are on the frame 29 24 arranged, which are arranged between the wall parts 10 Pass through guide column 15.
- These pins 24 have, as in Fig. 4, a round section 27 and a itself adjoining essentially angular molded part 28.
- the round section 27 is in the guide gaps 15 guided and enables pivoting of the bottom element 23rd about its longitudinal axis, so that, for example, thread tape remnants after can be emptied below.
- the molded part 28 serves on the one hand as a connection element for the on route 1 or the linear unit 3 arranged pressure forks 6, so that Bottom element 23 is guided securely during the filling process, on the other hand, the molded part 28 locks the bottom element 23 while rotating about the longitudinal axis in the guide columns 15.
- At least one of the upper spacers 11 and 12 a Sliver receiving device 26, for example in the form of a Notch in which the sliver end after completing the Filling process stored and defined for the subsequent Processing process can be kept ready.
- At least one of the lower spacers 13 and 14 a device 25 for the intervention a manipulator or the like arranged so that the Transport vessel 8 at any time, be it during the filling process the route, during the transport from the route to OE spinning machine or during can change on the OE spinning machine can be handled optimally.
- coded or encodable data carrier 31 for example is arranged on one of the two wall parts 10 is one Identification of the transport vessel 8 or the Transport container contents possible. Such coding enables an independent assignment of the transport container through an automatic transport and handling device.
- the transport vessel 8 adjusts overall inexpensive to manufacture transport vessel that both in Range of lines (cards) as well as in the range of OE spinning machines is easy to handle and therefore optimal suitable for transport automation.
