Claims (8)
- Einrichtung zum Klebebinden von Druckereiprodukten, mit einer Vielzahl entlang einer geschlossenen Umlaufbahn (18') in Umlaufrichtung (U) angetriebenen und hintereinander angeordneten, je ein quer zur Umlaufbahn (18') angeordnetes Auflageelement (16) und ein mit diesem zusammenwirkendes, steuerbares Klemmorgan (20) aufweisenden Aufnahmeteilen (18), einer Zuführstelle (24) bei der mehrteilige Druckereiprodukte (22) in die Aufnahmeteile (18) zwischen das Auflageelement (16), an dem sie während der Bearbeitung flächig anliegen, und das Klemmorgan (20) einführbar sind, mehreren der Zuführstelle (24) in Umlaufrichtung (U) nachgeschalteten und hintereinander angeordneten, für das Klebebinden erforderlichen Bearbeitungsstationen, wie beispielsweise Richt- (30), Fräs- (40), Feinbearbeitungs- (42), Klebstoffauftrag- (44), Klebrückenanlege- (46), Klebrückenandrück- (50), Trocknungsstationen (56), und einer Ausgabestelle (58) bei der die gebundenen Fertigprodukte (60) aus den Aufnahmeteilen (18) ausgegeben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeteile (18) kontinuierlich angetrieben sind, bei der Zuführstelle (24) in jedes vorbeilaufende Aufnahmeteil (18) ein Druckereiprodukt (22) einführbar ist, die Bearbeitungsstationen (30,40,42,44, 46,50,56) dazu bestimmt sind, auf jedes an ihnen vorbeitransportierte Druckereiprodukt (22) einzuwirken, und Bearbeitungsstationen (30,40,42,50) Werkzeuge (34,38,52,82,84) aufweisen, die mit den Druckereiprodukten (22) in Umlaufrichtung (U) wenigstens abschnittweise mitlaufen und während des Mitlaufens diese bearbeiten.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Richtstation (30) mit zum Eingreifen in die Aufnahmeteile (18) und mit diesen mitzulaufen bestimmten Richtorganen (34), und eine Steuereinrichtung (76,80, 80',80'') die dazu bestimmt ist, die Klemmorgane (20) beim Vorbeilaufen an der Zuführstelle (24) und an der Ausgabestelle (58) sowie an der Richtstation (30) zum Richten der Druckereiprodukte in einer von der Klemmstellung (20'') entfernten Stellung zu halten und nach dem Richten in die Klemmstellung (20'') zu verbringen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Klebstoffauftragstation (44), eine dieser nachgeschaltete Klebrückenanlegestation (46) und eine Andrückstation (50) mit Andrückelementen (52), die mit den Druckereiprodukten (22) zum Andrücken der Kleberücken (48) mitlaufen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeteile (18) an einem um voneinander beabstandete, vorzugsweise um Horizontalachsen (12) drehende Umlenkmittel (14) herumgeführten, endlosen Zugorgan (10) angeordnet sind, die Umlaufbahn (18') zwischen den Umlenkmitteln (14) im wesentlichen geradlinig verläuft, und die Verarbeitungsstationen (30,50) mit mitlaufenden Werkzeugen (34,52) vorzugsweise zwischen den Umlenkmitteln (14) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeteile (18) um eine gemeinsame, vorzugsweise horizontale Drehachse (94) herum mit etwa in radialer und zur Drehachse (94) paralleler Richtung verlaufenden Auflageelementen (16) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bearbeitungsstationen (30,40,42,44, 46,50,56) bezüglich der Umlaufbahn (18') innen- oder aussenliegend angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeteile (18) auf einer Stirnseite (112) offen sind, und die Bearbeitungsstationen (30,40,42,44,46,50,56) bezüglich der Umlaufbahn (18') stirnseitig angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch Antriebsmittel (98,98',100) zum Bewegen der Auflageelemente (16) und der sich in Klemmstellung (20'') befindlichen Klemmorgane (20) in einer quer zur Umlaufrichtung (U) verlaufenden Verschieberichtung (V), und in Verschieberichtung (V) stillstehende Werkzeuge (82,84) von Bearbeitungsstationen (40,42) zum Bearbeiten der zwischen den Auflageelementen (16) und Klemmorganen (20) eingeklemmten Druckereiprodukte (22) während ihres Transports in Verschieberichtung (V).
