Claims (6)
- Zweibettige Flachstrickmaschine mit in ihren Nadelbetten (12, 13) längsverschiebbaren Nadeln (16/17) und zwischen den Nadeln verschwenkbar angeordneten und durch den Maschinenschlitten (14/1, 14/2) betätigbaren Platinen (19) mit einem in den Kammspalt zwischen den Nadelbetten (12, 13) hineinbewegbaren Vorsprung (19.1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung der Platinen (19) durch gesonderte, an dem Maschinenschlitten (14/1, 14/2) seitlich lösbar befestigbare Vorrichtungen (10) erfolgt, deren Länge jeweils die wirksame Länge eines Schloßsystems (S) nicht überschreitet, die Steuerschloßteile (20, 21) für Steuerfüße (19.2) der Platinen (19) aufweisen und von denen wahlweise jedem Schloßsystem (S) des Maschinenschlittens (14) eine zuordenbar ist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platinensteuervorrichtung (10) eine Führungsbahn (31) für Steuerfüße (19.2) der Platinen (19) aufweist, die einerseits durch zwei in Durchlaufrichtung aufeinanderfolgende und zur Ausführung entgegengesetzt zueinander und senkrecht zur Durchlaufrichtung des Maschinenschlittens (14) gerichteter Verstellbewegungen miteinander gekoppelten Schloßstegen (20, 21) und anderseits durch zwei ebenfalls senkrecht zur Durchlaufrichtung bewegbare, einseitig federbelastete Führungsbleche (29, 30) begrenzt ist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schloßstege (20, 21) der Platinensteuervorrichtung (10) beide über Doppellenker (22, 23) parallelverstellbar an dem Vorrichtungskörper (11) angelenkt und zusätzlich mittels eines Lenkers (24) miteinander gekoppelt sind.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schloßstege (20, 21) durch von den Nadelbetten (12, 13) und/oder den Steuerfüßen (19.2) der Platinen (19) ausgehende Reibungskräfte bei einer Schlittenhubumkehr automatisch umsteuerbar sind.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maximalverstellweg mindestens eines der Schloßstege (20, 21) senkrecht zur Durchlaufrichtung mittels mindestens eines Exzenterkörpers (26) einstellbar ist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die beiden Schloßstege (20, 21) als auch die beiden einseitig federbelasteten Führungsbleche (29, 30) an ihren Enden Auflauf-Abschrägungen (20.1, 21.1; 29.1, 30.1) für die Steuerfüße (19.2) der Platinen (19) aufweisen.
