Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sicherheits-Faßcontainer für die aktive Lagerung von gefährlichen Flüssigkeiten. Dieser Container umfaßt einen Behälter, dessen Boden eine Palette bildet, derart, daß der Behälter nach unten flüssigkeitsdicht verschlossen ist und mit der Palette einstückig ist. Am oberen Ende wird der Behälter durch einen Deckel verschlossen. In den Behälter ist ein Faß für die Aufnahme von gefährlichen Flüssigkeiten eingesetzt und gegen unbeabsichtigtes Herausnehmen oder Herausfallen verriegelt. Neben dem Transport kann dieser Container auch dem Sammeln oder Aufnehmen gefährlicher Flüssigkeiten und dem Lagern derselben bis zum An- oder Abtransport dienen.The invention relates to a safety barrel container for the active storage of dangerous liquids. Container dieser Art sind z.B. bekannt aus der DE-PS 39 35 152 und der in dieser als Stand der Technik gewürdigten DE-U 87 10 974. Nachteilig an diesen bekannten Containern für gefährliche Flüssigkeiten ist einmal, daß zwischen der Behälterwand und der Faßwand zuviel Totraum ist, in dem sich gefährliche Dämpfe ansammeln können, die sich bei Funkenflug entzünden und verpuffen können. Ferner befriedigt die Art der Verriegelung des Fasses in dem Behälter nicht. Zum einen ist die Verriegelung von außen zugänglich und muß daher mehrfach gegen unbefugtes Handhaben gesichert werden. Zum weiteren sind zum Einschub der Verriegelungen Ausnehmungen in der Behälterwand von beträchtlichem Umfang notwendig. Nachteilig bei dem Container gemäß DE-U 87 10 974 ist, daß der Behälter nicht verschlossen ist, wie es die einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften erfordern.Containers of this type are known, for example, from DE-PS 39 35 152 and DE-U 87 10 974, which is acknowledged in this as prior art. Durch die erfindungsgemäß gewählte Querschnittsform des Behälters, die annähernd tropfenförmig ist, kann der Ringspalt zwischen Behälterwand und Faßwand im kreisrunden Abschnitt sehr knapp bemessen werden. Der Hohlraum im im spitz zulaufenden Abschnitt des Behälters ermöglicht einen Blick bis zum Boden des Behälters und damit eine Prüfung, ob das Faß dicht ist und sich keine Flüssigkeit am Behälterboden angesammelt hat.To solve this problem, it is proposed according to the invention in the generic container that the cross section of the container is circular on about three quarters of its circumference and tapered to the last quarter.
