Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for double-sided weaving a two-shot double piece fabric according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- a method of this kind is known (FR-A-790942).
- the the two wefts in the upper and lower fabrics, respectively devices entering simultaneously are arranged in a fixed position. Accordingly all warp threads including the tension warp threads and the respective dead pile warp threads of the upper fabric or the lower fabric change position after each double shot.
- the invention has for its object the method of to simplify the type mentioned at the beginning.
- the measure of the dead is correspondingly advantageous To keep pile warp threads at a constant height.
- Warp threads Two basic fabrics - called the upper fabric and the lower fabric - are called woven on top of each other by extending side by side on two levels Warp threads are interwoven with weft threads oriented perpendicularly thereto.
- a weft the insertion or insertion of a weft thread between the warp threads
- Warp thread at the point where the weft should take place, either over the Shot height or pulled below the shot height.
- Warp threads - in the compartment - a weft thread is inserted. This extends eventually spread across the entire width of the fabric.
- the desired one Preserve the bond between the warp and weft threads.
- the existing weaving machines are z. B. with a weft insertion device provided, which consists of two grippers - namely one Encoder and a taker - those on both sides of the warp threads in the same Height are arranged.
- the two grippers are placed in the compartment at the same time introduced, while the one gripper - the encoder - took a weft becomes.
- the two grippers and the weft meet in the compartment one gripper is handed over to the other gripper - the slave.
- the well-known double piece weaving machines are up with a number and downwardly movable loom, each with a number of warp threads to take with you during these movements.
- This weaving frame are the correct positions regarding the different warp threads the weft height determines the base fabric in the desired weave would be woven.
- the movement of these looms happens for. B. by means of cams.
- the active pile threads are bound one after the other in the upper fabric and lower fabric in such a way that their position with respect to the successive weft threads is repeated every time after two wefts (one repeat).
- a known two-weft binding is shown schematically as a cross section in FIG. 1.
- the weft threads are perpendicular to the surface of the leaf and can be seen in cross section.
- the warp threads lie in the leaf surface and you can see them as solid lines.
- the binding warp threads - which are interwoven with the weft threads - and the tension warp threads are not shown.
- pile warp threads P 1 , P 2 .
- This weave is woven with double weft insertion.
- the successive, double shots are numbered vertically below in the figure.
- the pile thread (P 2 ) is active during the first six (double) shots and is tied into the lower fabric from the weft (7) to become active again from the weft (13).
- the pile thread (P 1 ) is bound in the upper fabric during the first six shots and is active during the following six shots (7 to 12), in order to then be bound again in the upper fabric from the weft (13).
- This weave can be woven by using two different ones on each weft Positions of the pile warp threads with respect to the grippers are made possible, namely the positions for incorporating a pile warp thread in the upper fabric (of the two grippers) "above” and (between the two grippers) “middle” and the positions “bottom” and “middle” as well as for integration in the lower fabric the “top” and “bottom” positions for pole formation. By using a jacquard machine these positions are combined one after the other, the tissue of Figure 1 obtained.
- a mixed contour arises at the transition between two different color fields, if a weave repeat (weft 5 - 6) with a figure-forming pole (P 2 ), which is integrated in the lower fabric for repeats in which this pile thread (P 2 ) is not a figure (e.g. weft 9-10), a weave repeat (weft 7-8) follows with a figure-forming pole (P 1 ), which is incorporated in the upper fabric in repeats in which this pile thread (P 1 ) is not a figure (e.g. weft 1 - 2), then at a transition between these repeats (in FIG.
- a weft 5 - 6 is followed by a weft 7 - 8) a mixed contour occurs.
- the clear dividing line between these two color fields is disturbed by the fact that a piece of the last pole loop of the pile thread (P 2 ) within the color field of the pile thread (P 1 ) and a piece of the first pile loop of the pile thread (P 1 ) within the color field of the pile thread (P 1 ) P 2 ) runs obliquely. This unclean transition between two color fields is called a mixed contour.
- EP-A-0 460 756 Another known solution is described in EP-A-0 460 756 described, which is based on the principle that the overlay of the pile warp threads over three Gunshot stretches, while the work report of the basic tie is only two Shots included.
- each pole loop can have a different color without the Disadvantages mentioned above occur, is known from the above-mentioned FR-A-790 942.
- the binding described here can be created using a Weaving machine can be realized, the two vertically up and down movable Has weft insertion devices.
- the use of such a weaving machine associated with additional benefits that continue in this description are presented.
- EP-A-0 362 433 describes a weaving machine, which with a single up and down movable device to pass the weft threads through the compartment.
- This weft insertion device is one of known tools Movement that is coordinated with the movement cycle of the weaving frames, with the weft thread alternately on one of two in each subsequent compartment Heights is introduced and each time a loom just moving moves towards it.
- the problems that are solved by this invention exist in that the pole length no longer depends on the movement amplitude of the loom depends on the cams that give the loom the movement with less steep flanks can be provided and that a fabric is preserved whose pole is flatter.
- the weaving machine that can be used according to the inventive method has two or more vertically movable, stacked weft insertion devices, the move up and down together in a well-coordinated cycle.
- This weaving machine has the following additional advantage: the tension warp threads and the dead pile warp threads always remain in the same Height. As a result, the looms of the tension warp threads do not need to be raised will. Because there is no lifting for the integration of the dead pile warp thread needs to be executed, it is possible to bind this with a To realize single-stroke jacquard machine (two possible for each pile thread Positions per shot: either above or below the gripper devices). This jacquard machine can then e.g. B. from two parts, namely a part for work above and a part for work below.
- the middle position of the invention (at the level of the tension warp threads) when working at the top, the jacquard hook is at rest.
- Another advantage of this weaving machine that can be used according to the method according to the invention is that that the looms of the binding warp threads to cross twice as much time as in the well-known weaving machines because there is no lifting of these weaving frames needs to be carried out. The moment the grabs shots insert the weaving frame of the binding warp threads of the Upper tissue vertically and vice versa.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a cross section through a double piece fabric, that is woven in a two-weft weave with a double weft insertion is to clarify the problem of mixed contours.
- Figure 2 shows schematically a cross section through a double piece fabric in a two-weft binding with double weft insertion, one Mixed contour is avoided in that during the choice of the new, effective pole is postponed.
- FIG. 3a schematically shows a cross section through a double piece fabric, that in two-shot binding with double weft insertion is woven, with possible different color transitions occurring.
- Figure 3b shows schematically a cross section through the double piece fabric 3a after the pile warp threads have been cut are.
- Figures 4a and 4b show schematically when manufacturing a double piece fabric according to the invention the positions of the shot and warp threads with respect to these weft threads in two successive ones Cross-section shots.
- the weave is formed by two successive, superimposed weft threads both in the upper fabric and in the lower fabric; these wefts are identified by the sequential number of the weft at which they are inserted (1 to 23), each weft being referred to as the top or bottom.
- a repeat is formed by two successive shots and is also denoted by consecutive numbers of those successive shots, e.g. B. Shot 3-4 (see above).
- the dead pile warp threads are bound between the upper and lower weft threads, which are two on top of each other.
- the active pile warp threads are located one after the other in the upper fabric above an upper weft thread and in the lower fabric below a lower weft thread of the following weft. If a repeat (e.g.
- each pole piece after cutting the active pile threads extends almost perpendicular to the surface of the tissue between the two tissues and remains within its own color field, none occur Mixed contours. There is a clean line demarcation between the two color fields receive.
- This movement is with known tools, for. B. a cam system realized, so that the two institutions together an upward and perform downward movement while designing their movement cycle is that a double shot occurs when the weft insertion devices have reached a top position and a double shot is fired, when the weft insertion devices are brought into a lower position are, etc.
- the movements of the jacquard device and the weaving frame so influenced that they each time the pile warp threads or the binding warp threads and tension warp threads in the correct position with regard to the weft heights bring so that the two weft threads together each time in the upper fabric or bottom fabric, and thus the pile warp threads, the binding warp threads and the tension warp threads in agreement with the weft threads with the binding described.
- the pile warp thread (P 10 ) is active, and the pile warp thread (P 9 ) must be further bound in the upper fabric.
- the weft (1) was introduced into the lower fabric, so that the next weft (I B1 , I B2 ) must be inserted into the upper fabric.
- the weft insertion device is brought into its uppermost position in the subsequent weft - weft threads I B1 and I B2 .
- the dead pile thread (P 9 ) and the tension warp thread (S 1 ) must extend in height h R.
- the binding warp threads (B 1 ) and (B 2 ) cross each other and are attached in height (h 1 ) and (h 2 ).
- the active pile thread (P 10 ) is brought up (h 3 ).
- These different positions are selected such that the binding warp thread (B 1 ) and the pile warp thread (P 10 ) extend above the weft height (h B1 ) of the uppermost weft thread (I B1 ) such that the dead pile warp thread (P 9 ) and the tension warp thread ( S 1 ) run between the weft heights (h B1 and h B2 ) of the weft threads (l B1 ) and (I B2 ) and that the binding warp thread (B 2 ) is below the weft height (h B2 ) of the lowest weft thread (I B2 ).
- the shot is fired (I B1 and I B2 ).
- the wefts (I 01 ) and (I 02 ) must be inserted in the lower fabric.
- the weft insertion device is brought into its lowest position, so that the upper weft thread (I 01 ) reaches a height (h 01 ) which corresponds to the height (h B2 ) of the lower weft thread (I B2 ) when the weft insertion Device occupies its uppermost position.
- the tension warp thread (S 2 ) Before the weft is fired, the tension warp thread (S 2 ) must extend in height (h R ' ).
- the binding warp threads (B 3 ) and (B 4 ) overlap and are each brought to the height (h 2 ' ) and (h 1' ).
- the active pile thread (P 10 ) reaches the height (h 3 ' ).
- binding warp thread (B 4 ) extends above the weft height (h 01 ) of the uppermost weft thread (I 01 ), that the tension warp thread (S2) between the weft heights (h 01 ) and (h 02 ) of the Weft threads (I 01 ) and (I 02 ) run, and that the binding warp thread (B 3 ) and the active pile thread (P 10 ) are below the weft height (h 02 ) of the lowest weft thread (I 02 ).
- the binding warp threads (B 3 , B 4 ) of the lower fabric can already be brought into their position for the next weft in the lower fabric, while the weft in the Upper fabric with the weft threads (I B1 and I B2 ) is realized.
- the binding warp threads (B 1 , B 2 ) of the upper fabric can already be brought into their position for the next weft in the upper fabric, while the weft in the Bottom fabric with the weft threads (I 01 and I 02 ) is realized.
- the weaving frame of the binding warp threads therefore takes twice as much time available for an overlap compared to a bond where after each shot a weft thread in the upper fabric and in the lower fabric must be involved.
- tension warp threads (S 1 ) and (S 2 ) always remain in their same location (h R or h R ' ); these weaving frames therefore do not raise.
- the tension warp threads are used here to pull two pieces apart.
- the dead pile warp threads can always remain in the same position (h R or h R ' ) - at the height of the tension warp threads - to bind the upper or lower fabric.
- a single jacquard lifting machine (jacquard machine with two positions).
- it can consist of two parts, one for work above and one for work below.
- the position in which the warp threads are raised (h R ) is the quiescent state of the jacquard hooks.
- the invention relates to a working method for the two-spool manufacture of a double piece fabric with a two-weft weave for the active pile threads (P 9 or P 10 ) and with bound, dead pile threads (P 10 or P 9 ), the weft insertion aids alternating in height (h B1 , h B2 ) of the upper fabric and the height (h 01 , h 02 ) of the lower fabric; each time two superimposed weft threads (I B1 and I B2 ) or (I 01 and I 02 ) are inserted into that upper fabric or lower fabric, while with each repeat the active pile thread (P 9 or P 10 ) with regard to the two double wefts (I B1 , I B2 ) and (I 01
- Double piece fabric (with two-shot pile weave) can also can be called jacquard double plush fabrics.
