Description
- daß die Anstoßringfläche (51) einen Außendurchmesser (54) aufweist, der kleiner als der Außendurchmesser (41) des Gerüstrohres (21) ist,
- daß sich daran nach außen eine sich nach vom erweiternde Konusfläche anschließt,
- daß sich an die Konusfläche eine Zylinderfläche anschließt, deren Durchmesser dem Außendurchmesser des Gerüstrohres gleich ist oder geringfügig größer als dieser ist, und
- daß die obere Zylinderteilfläche im oberen Bereich der Mitte von dem hinteren Schwenkbereich der Keilöffnung ganz etwas angeschnitten ist.
Dadurch, daß sich an die Konusfläche eine Zylinderfläche anschließt, deren Durchmesser dem Außendurchmesser des Gerüstrohres gleich ist oder geringfügig größer als dieser ist und dadurch, daß die obere Zylinderteilfläche im oberen Bereich der Mitte von dem hinteren Schwenkbereich der Keilöffnung angeschnitten ist, werden bei dem konstuktiv durch das Baukastensystem vorgegebenen Rahmen die Schweißbedingungen verbessert.

Claims (4)
- Gerüstrohr
mit einem Rohr (21) und mindestens einem Anschlußkopf (25),der Außenbegrenzungsflächen aufweist, die keilartig auf ein Zentrum zusammenlaufend gestaltet sind,der eine Keilöffnung (33.1) aufweist, der aus Stahlguß, Temperguß oder geschmiedetem Stahl besteht undder am Rohr (21) zentriert angeschweißt ist,
das rohrseitige Ende des Anschlußkopfes (25) eine für das Verschweißen geeignete Ausbildung seines Verbindungsbereiches (30) aufweist und dafür in das Rohr (21) ragende, passende Zentrierhilfsteile hat und am Anschlußkopf (25) eine Anstoßringfläche (51) für das Rohr (21) gebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Anstoßringfläche (51) einen Außendurchmesser (54) aufweist, der kleiner als der Außendurchmesser (41) des Gerüstrohres (21) ist,daß sich daran nach außen eine sich nach vorn erweiternde Konusfläche (55) anschließt,daß sich an die Konusfläche (55) eine Zylinderfläche (45) anschließt, deren Durchmesser dem Außendurchmesser (41) des Gerüstrohres (21) gleich ist oder geringfügig größer als dieser ist, unddaß die obere Zylinderteilfläche (45) im oberen Bereich der Mitte von dem hinteren Schwenkbereich (33.3) der Keilöffnung (33.1) ganz etwas angeschnitten ist. - Gerüstrohr nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß,
die Konusfläche (55) in den im wesentlichen vertikalen Randbereichen des Anschlußkopfes (25) in etwa gleich geneigte Keilflächenteile (47.1, 47.2) übergeht. - Gerüstrohr nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß,
die Zylinderfläche (45) in den vertikalen Randbereichen in die Keilflächenteile (47.1, 47.2) übergeht. - Gerüstrohr nach wenigstens einem der übrigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß,
der Anschlußkopf (25) in seinen über den Außendurchmesser (41) des Rohres (21) hinausragenden Teilen mit einer rückseitigen Abschlußfläche (40) aus nach vorn geneigten Kugelteiflächen versehen ist, die sich aus den Zylinderteilflächen (45) erheben.
