After opening the lock, the arm 27 can then be folded down, the finger 43 sliding in the light 44 until it stops against its lower end. The device is then in the position shown in FIG. 1 in which it is possible to rotate the cremones 38 whose bent lower ends 39 are no longer retained by the closing arm 27.
