Claims (5)

  1. Ressort de contact plat pour des fiches de connecteurs électriques à fiches, qui peut être réalisé à partir d'un tronçon de tôle plan, comportant une partie centrale et des pièces de sertissage réalisées à distance axiale de celle-ci, ainsi que des parties latérales, agencées des deux côtés de la partie centrale et pouvant être repliées sur celle-ci, présentant une largeur moitié par rapport à la partie centrale,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale (2) et les deux parties latérales (3) sont formées par des pattes, la partie centrale (2) présente deux empreintes (9) s'étendant parallèlement l'une à côté de l'autre en direction longitudinale de celle-ci et les deux parties latérales (3) présentent, à chaque fois, une empreinte identique unique (9), et en ce que les empreintes (9) des parties latérales (3) repliées sur la partie centrale (2) sont superposées aux empreintes (9) de la partie centrale (2) et forment, ensemble, des chambres périphériquement fermées.
  2. Ressort de contact plat selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale (2) et les deux parties latérales (3) présentent des tronçons de surface s'étendant de façon inclinée l'un par rapport à l'autre et extérieurement aux extrémités libres, et les extrémités libres de la partie centrale (2) et celles des parties latérales (3) sont solidarisées ensemble par soudage, brasage, ou collage.
  3. Ressort de contact plat selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la solidarisation des extrémités libres de la partie centrale (2) et de celles des parties latérales (3) est effectuée dans la zone du plan de séparation des deux parties latérales (3).
  4. Ressort de contact plat selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale (2) et les parties latérales (3) sont munies de découpes (18') se complétant en un évidement (18) recevant un organe d'encliquetage (20) solidaire du boîtier de connexion.
  5. Procédé pour fabriquer des ressorts de contact plats pour des fiches de connecteurs électriques à fiches, comportant une partie centrale et des pièces de sertissage réalisées axialement à celle-ci, ainsi que des parties latérales, agencées des deux côtés de la partie centrale et pouvant être repliées sur celle-ci, présentant une largeur moitié par rapport à la partie centrale, selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale avec les pièces de sertissage et les parties latérales sont découpées ensemble à partir d'une pièce de tôle plane, en ce que des empreintes sont réalisées dans la partie centrale et les parties latérales, et en ce que les empreintes de la partie centrale et celles des deux parties latérales, pour former des chambres périphériquement fermées, sont superposées par repliage des deux parties latérales sur la partie centrale.
