Abstract

A leveling machine for steel sheet and strip includes changing cartridges between sets of leveler rolls including support rollers and adjustable crossheads. Each changing cartridge includes three cartridge portions which are connected to each other by means of two intermediate joints. "Kippjochanstellung". Richtmaschinen dieser Bauart weisen obere und untere Querjoche bzw. Querhäupter sowie Wechselkassetten auf, die in der mittleren senk­rechten Querebene der Richtwalzen geteilt und durch Gelenk­verbindungen derart miteinander verbunden sind, daß die Querhaupt- und Kassettenteile samt den von ihnen getragenen Gruppen von Stützrollen für die Richtwalzen unter Leerlauf­bedingungen leicht V-förmig gekippt bzw. angestellt werden können. Unter der Richtkraft sollen sich die Querhäupter und Wechselkassetten so weit durchbiegen, daß die vorein­gestellte V-Form verschwindet, die Gruppen von Stützrollen axial fluchten und demgemäß die Richtwalzen gerade sind. Hierdurch soll die Durchbiegung der Querhäupter kompensiert werden. Um eine derartige Vorbiegung der Richtwalzen einzustellen, werden die Lagergehäuse 4 an ihren inneren, den Richtwalzen 3 zugewandten Enden durch vorge­spannte zweite Zugglieder 26 in Richtung der Seitenteile 7b und 7c gezogen und an ihren äußeren Enden durch vorge­spannte Druckglieder 27 gedrückt, wobei die Zugglieder 26 und die Druckglieder 27 sich beide an den Seitenteilen 7b und 7c der Kassette 7 abstützen. Wie für das vorge­spannte Zugglied 24 im einzelnen dargestellt, sind die Zug­glieder 23, 24 und 25 als Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten ausge­bildet, deren Kolben 30 in Zugrichtung durch Tellerfedern 31 federbelastet und in entgegengesetzter Richtung von einem Druckmittel beaufschlagbar sind. Die Kolbenstangen 32 (Fig.3) durchgreifen die äußere Wandung der kastenförmigen Kassetten­teile in Langlöchern 33 und sind an den freien Enden mit die Zugkraft übertragenden Bunden 34 versehen. Die Lang­löcher 33 sind entgegen der Ausbaurichtung A der Kassette auf einen Durchmesser B erweitert, der größer ist als der Durchmesser des Bundes 34. Richtmaschine für Bleche und Bänder mit versetzt zueinander angeordneten oberen und unteren Richtwalzen, die über ihre Länge durch in Lagerböcken gelagerte Stützrollen abgestützt sind, die ihrerseits an Querhäuptern abgestützt sind, von denen mindestens das obere Querhaupt zur Positionierung der Richtwalzen anstellbar ist, mit Wechselkassetten zwischen den Querhäuptern und den Richtwalzen zum Wechseln je eines Satzes von Richtwalzen und Stützrollen, wobei die Stütz­rollen durch gelenkige Ausbildung der Wechselkassetten der­art in beiderseits der mittleren senkrechten Querebene der Querhäupter und Richtwalzen gelegenen Gruppen voreinstellbar sind, daß unter Berücksichtigung der Durchbiegung der Quer­häupter unter der Richtkraft die Richtwalzen-Durchbiegung kompensiert ist, d. h. die Richtwalzen beim Richten gerade sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer einstückigen Aus­führung der Querhäupter (2) die Wechselkassetten (7) aus drei, durch jeweils zwei Zwischengelenke (8, 9) miteinander verbundenen Teilen (7a, 7b, 7c) bestehen, die die Lager­böcke (12, 14, 16) der Gruppen von Stützrollen (13, 15, 17) tragen, daß das Mittelteil (7a) einer jeden Kassette im Be­reich seiner Enden symmetrisch zur mittleren Querebene (Q) der Querhäupter und Richtwalzen über zwei im Abstand von­einander angeordnete starre Auflagen (20) an dem zugehörigen Querhaupt abgestützt ist, und daß jedem äußeren, über ein Zwischengelenk mit dem Mittelteil verbundenen Seitenteil (7b, 7c) im Bereich der äußersten Stützrollen (15, 17) eine die Schwenklage des Seitenteils gegenüber dem zuge­hörigen Querhaupt begrenzende Stellvorrichtung (21, 22) zugeordnet ist.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellvorrichtungen aus sich quer zu den Richtwalzen (3) erstreckenden Verstell­keilen (21a, 22a) bestehen, die sich in jeder Verstell­position über die Länge der Kassette (7) - in Vorschub­richtung des Richtgutes gesehen - erstrecken, und daß die Kassetten durch an dem zugehörigen Querhaupt (2) fest­gelegte vorgespannte erste Zugglieder (23, 24, 25) gegen die starren Auflagen (20) und die Verstellkeile (21a, 22a) angedrückt sind.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagergehäuse (4) der Richtwalzen (3) an ihren inneren, den Richtwalzen zuge­wandten Enden durch an den gelenkbeweglichen Seitenteilen (7b, 7c) der Kassette (7) festgelegte vorgespannte zweite Zugglieder (26) in Richtung der Seitenteile gezogen sind und an ihren äußeren Enden unter dem Einfluß von vorge­spannten Druckgliedern(27) stehen, die sich an den Seiten­teilen abstützen und eine Druckkraft auf die Lagergehäuse ausüben, so daß an den Lagergehäusen Drehmomente angreifen, die die Richtwalzen auch unter Leerlaufbedingungen an ihren Enden bis zur Anlage an den äußeren, an den Seiten­teilen fixierten Stützrollen (15, 17) vorbiegen.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgespannten ersten Zug­glieder (23, 24, 25) aus Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten be­stehen, deren Kolben (30) in Zugrichtung federbelastet (31) und in entgegengesetzter Richtung von einem Druck­mittel beaufschlagbar sind, daß die die äußeren Wandungen der kastenförmigen Kassettenteile (7a, 7b, 7c) in Lang­löchern (33) durchgreifenden Kolbenstangen (32) an den freien Enden mit die Zugkraft übertragenden Bunden (34) versehen sind, und daß alle Langlöcher entgegen der Aus­baurichtung (A) der Kassette (7) auf einen Durchmesser (B) erweitert sind, der größer ist als der Durchmesser der Bunde der Kolbenstangen.
