Abstract

Da die Rahmenteile aus Profilen gebogen oder aus Metallguß hergestellt werden, haben sie in ihren Abmessungen einen relativ großen Toleranzbereich. Das bedeutet in der Praxis, daß Vorschraubrahmen und Rahmen aufeinandergelegt und dann miteinander verbohrt werden müssen. Eine Austauschbarkeit der Teile ist dann aber nicht mehr gegeben.
  • 2. Wenn Glasscheiben nach einigen Jahren ausgewechselt werden müssen, lassen sich die Schrauben, be- dingt durch Korrosion und Farbreste häufig nur sehr schwer und manchmal überhaupt nicht mehr herausdrehen. Teilweise müssen sogar neue Vorschraubrahmen angefertigt werden, wobei es sehr schwierig ist, die übereinstimmende Lochteilung mit den Rahmen zu erreichen.

Es verbleibt in dieser Lage ein Zwischenraum zwischen dem Rahmen und der Zarge, und in diesem Zwischenraum befindet sich die zuvor eingesetzte Glasscheibe und zu beiden Seiten der Glasscheibe eine Dichtung. Vorrichtung zur Halterung einer Glasscheibe eines Fensters, vorzugsweise an seegehenden Schiffen, bestehend aus einer Zarge und einem mit der Zarge verbindbaren Rahmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zarge (10) mit einer Hinterschneidung (11) und einem sich an diese anschließenden Vorsprung (12) ausgebildet ist, der Rahmen (13) mit einem hinter den Vorsprung (12) und in die Hinterschneidung (11) einführbaren Steg (14) ausgebildet ist, und daß das lichte Maß (L1) zwischen einander gegenüberliegenden Vorsprüngen (12) etwas kleiner als der entsprechende Abstand ( L2) der Stegenden zwecks Einsetzens des Rahmens (13) in die Zarge (10) ausgebildet ist.1.
