Abstract

Der Verschluß zu einem Behälter, beispielsweise Dosenverschlußkappe, für Pulver oder körnige Produkte besitzt eine verschließbare Öffnung zum wahlweisen Abgeben und gezielten Aufbringen des Behälterinhaltes durch auf den Behälter ausgeübten Druck. Bisherige Verpackungen waren mit Verschlüssen ausgestattet, die ein gezieltes Aufbringen des Pulvers nicht ermöglichten. Durch die Erfindung wurde ein Verschluß geschaffen, mit dem ein gezielt gerichteter Pulverstrahl erzeugbar ist und der eine störungsfreie Entnahme des Behälterinhaltes gewährleistet. Die Öffnung des Verschlusses ist als abgestufter Austrittskanal (7) ausgebildet. Der innenliegende Öffnungsquerschnitt (8) des Austrittskanals (7) ist kleiner als der nach außen weisende (9), wodurch ein Verstopfen bei der Entnahme vermieden wird. Durch diese Dimensionierung des Austrittskanals (7) wird beim Zusammendrücken des Behälters ein Pulverstrahl bewirkt, der den gewünschten gezielten Produktauftrag ermöglicht. Der Schieber soll weiterhin in einem an der Außenseite des Außenkanals vorgesehenen Schieberlager verfahrbar gelagert sein. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn am Schieber, insbesondere an einem oder beiden seiner Längsenden, mindestens eine Nocke als Sicherung gegen Verlust als Mittel zum Betätigen des Schiebers vorgesehen ist. Claims (8)

1. Verschluß zu einem Behälter, beispielsweise Dosenverschlußkappe, für Pulver oder körnige Produkte mit einer verschließbaren Öffnung zum wahlweisen Abgeben des pulvrigen oder körnigen Behälterinhalts, insbesondere durch auf den Behälter ausgeübten Druck, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung als abgestufter Austrittskanal (7) mit einem dem Behälterinnenraum (10) zugewandten Innenkanal (8) und einem an diesen nach außen hin anschließenden Außenkanal (9) ausgebildet ist und daß der Öffnungsquerschnitt des Innenkanals (8) klein gegen den Öffnungsquerschnitt des Außenkanals (9) ist.1.
