Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne les appareils de traction agissant sur un câble par deux pinces auto-serreuses à mouvements alternatifs inverses pour assurer le halage et le déhalage du câble. Elle concerne plus particulièrement la réalisation du mécanisme de débrayage qui assure l'ouverture simultanée des deux pinces pour permettre l'introduction du câble dans l'appareil ou son retrait.
- Un appareil de ce type est décrit par exemple au brevet français N° 914 400 du 5 septembre 1945. Dans ce genre d'appareil, l'opération de débrayage s'obtient en agissant sur le point milieu du levier dit de déhalage ou de marche-arrière, ce levier étant relié à l'extrémité des biellettes de chaque pince. L'action sur le levier de déhalage peut s'opérer, suivant les modes de réalisation, en poussant, en tirant, ou même en tournant un organe appelé levier de débrayage dont le mouvement initial, convenablement transformé en translation dans la direction voulue, aboutira à l'ouverture simultanée des deux pinces.
- L'invention a pour objet de rendre impossible la manoeuvre involontaire du levier de débrayage et, à cet effet, elle propose un mécanisme dont l'actionnement, au moins dans la phase initiale du mouvement, requiert l'usage simultané des deux mains de l'utilisateur. En effet, le mécanisme selon l'invention comprend d'une part un levier de débrayage solidaire à une extrémité d'une poignée de commande de débrayage et coopérant à son autre extrémité avec le point milieu du levier de déhalage de façon, en effectuant un mouvement longitudinal de translation consécutif à une poussée d'une main de l'utilisateur sur la poignée, à déplacer le point milieu du levier de déhalage dans la direction assurant l'ouverture simultanée des pinces et, d'autre part, un verrou rappelé par ressort dans une position dans laquelle il s'oppose audit déplacement longitudinal du levier de débrayage et destiné à être actionné par l'autre main de l'utilisateur pour autoriser le déplacement longitudinal du levier de débrayage.
- La poignée de commande de débrayage présente une forme particulièrement étudiée en vue d'obtenir le résultat suivant :
- a) permettre, par la forme de sa partie postérieure, d'exercer commodément, avec la paume de la main, la poussée nécessaire pour débrayer, et ce suivant une trajectoire adéquate,
- b) permettre, par le profilage de sa partie antérieure, de placer commodément les doigts en vue du portage de l'appareil ; de plus la poignée est orientée de manière que le centre de gravité de l'appareil s'aligne naturellement dans le prolongement du bras de l'utilisateur.
- Pour bien faire comprendre le mécanisme, objet de la présente invention, on en décrira ci-après une forme d'exécution préférée en référence au dessin schématique annexé dans lequel :
- la figure 1 est une vue de côté partielle d'un appareil de traction équipé d'un mécanisme de débrayage selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue transversale montrant le verrou équipé de ses organes d'actionnement latéraux ;
- la figure 3 montre le verrou dans sa position interdisant le débrayage ; et
- la figure 4 est une vue analogue à la figure 39 montrant le verrou contraint dans sa position autorisant le débrayage.
- A la figure 1 on a représenté, à l'intérieur du carter 1 d'un appareil de traction, le levier de déhalage 2 présentant un axe 3 pour sa liaison aux biellettes de commande d'une pince (non représentée) et un axe 4 pour sa liaison aux biellettes de commande de l'autre pince (non représentée). A mi-distance entre les axes 3 et 4, le levier de déhalage 2 comporte un axe 5 logé dans une ouverture oblongue 6 de l'extrémité avant d'un levier de débrayage monté pour pouvoir coulisser longitudinalement à l'intérieur du carter 1. L'extrémité arrière du levier de débrayage ? est solidaire d'une poignée de commande de débrayage 8 destinée, par poussée d'une main de l'utilisateur, à coulisser longitudinalement entre les flasques du carter 1 en entraînant le levier de débrayage 7 dans la direction de la flèche A de façon que l'extrémité arrière de la fente oblongue 6 engage l'axe 5 du levier de déhalage 2 en déplaçant cet axe 5 vers la gauche et en assurant ainsi l'ouverture simultanée des deux pinces de l'appareil.
- Dans le carter 1 est monté transversalement un verrou 9 conçu pour pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal et qui présente extérieurement, voir figure 2, de chaque côté du carter 1, une pièce d'actionnement 10. Ce verrou 9 est disposé à l'intérieur de l'extrémité avant d'une autre ouverture oblongue longitudinale 11 du levier de débrayage 7, laquelle se poursuit, après un épaulement 12, par une partie 13 de largeur réduite qui est légèrement supérieure toutefois à la hauteur du verrou 9. A ce verrou 9 est associé un ressort 14 qui contraint celui-ci vers sa position haute, représentée aux figures 1 et 3, dans laquelle ce verrou retient l'épaulement 12 en empêchant le déplacement du levier de débrayage 7 dans la direction de la flèche A de la figure 1 et en interdisant alors le débrayage de l'appareil.
- On comprend que, pour pouvoir effectuer le débrayage de l'appareil, l'utilisateur devra avec une main appliquer une pression, dans la direction de la flèche B de la figure 4, sur l'une des pièces d'actionnement 10 du verrou 9 pour faire pivoter celui-ci dans le sens horaire en le dégageant de l'épaulement 12 et en l'amenant, contre l'action du ressort 14, dans l'axe de la partie 13 de la fente 11 et, simultanément avec l'autre main, appliquer la poussée sur la poignée 8 qui permettra alors le déplacement du levier de débrayage 7 assurant l'ouverture simultanée des pinces.
- Le mécanisme selon l'invention, en nécessitant pour son actionnement des actions simultanées des deux mains de l'utilisateur, écarte pratiquement ainsi le risque d'un débrayage accidentel qui,dans ce type d'appareil, pourrait avoir des conséquences graves.
- Comme on le voit, la poignée de commande de débrayage 8 présente une partie postérieure dont la forme est conçue pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'exercer commodément, avec la paume de la main et suivant une trajectoire adéquate, la poussée nécessaire pour débrayer. La partie antérieure de cette poignée 8 est profilée pour permettre un placement commode des doigts de l'utilisateur pour le portage de l'appareil, l'orientation de cette poignée étant d'ailleurs prévue pour que, dans la position de portage, le centre de gravité de l'appareil s'aligne naturellement dans le prolongement du bras de l'utilisateur.
- On comprendra que la description ci-dessus a été donnée à simple titre d'exemple, sans aucun caractère limitatif, et que des adjonctions ou des modifications constructives pourraient y être apportées sans sortir du cadre de l'invention définie par les revendications annexées.
