Claims (12)

1. Articulation à charnière pour portes (trappes ou objets semblables), avec une pièce charnière (1 ) formant une butée dans le mur porteur et une une pièce charnière (3) pivotante qui sont reliées de manière articulée par deux guides (5, 6) en un système articulé quadruple, et comportant une pièce de pression (15) pourvue d'un guidage (20), qui agit au niveau d'une articulation (7) sur une saillie (13) d'un guide (6) formant un levier, un ressort (18) exerçant une pression sur la pièce de pression (15) étant tendu entre ladite pièce de pression (15) et la pièce charnière (1 ) comportant l'articulation (7) caractérisée par le fait qu'au moyen d'un guidage (20) pour un coulisseau (14) disposé sur la saillie (13) la pièce de pression (15) est déplacée en fonction de la position angulaire du guide (6) transversalement au boulon articulé (7) logé à l'extrémité du guidage pourvu de la saillie (13) et sur laquelle le guidage (20) repose dans la zone de la fermeture, et qui est pourvue d'une arrête frontale (23) en forme de came s'appuyant au niveau de la fermeture sur le boulon articulé (7).
2. Dispositif selon revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de pression (15) est pourvue en sa face frontale d'une butée (24) qui entre en contact avec le boulon articulé (7) que lorsque la position fermée est atteinte.
3. Dispositif selon revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'une transition en forme de courbe est prévue entre la face frontale en forme de came (23) et la butée (24).
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le guidage est constitué par une rainure (20) et le coulisseau par un te-non (14) s'engageant dans la rainure.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le guidage ou la rainure (20) partant de la position du coulisseau ou du tenon (14) dans la position de fermeture est disposé au-dessus de l'arrête frontale en forme de came (23) obliquement en direction sur l'extrémité arrière de l'arrête frontale (25).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le guidage ou la rainure (20) au niveau de la face frontale de la pièce de pression (15) est disposé substantiellement en parallèle par rapport à la ligne médiane de celle-ci.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le guidage ou la rainure (20) est composé de deux branches (21, 22) disposées angulairement l'une par rapport à l'autre.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le guidage ou la rainure est courbé en forme d'arc.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité côté avant du guidage ou de la rainure (20) est ouverte.
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de pression (15) est pourvue des deux côtés de guidages ou de rainures (20) et est encadrée en forme de fourche de l'extrémité du guide (6) pourvue de l'ergot (13).
11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort consiste en un ressort de pression (18) hélicoïdal qui est tenu dans la pièce de pression (15) formée comme douille.
