Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к технологическим процессам производства полиуретанового материала, где (a) ди- и/или полиизоцианаты, (b) соединения, которые имеют химически активные по отношению к изоцианатной группе атомы водорода и которые не содержат соединения с углерод-углеродными двойными связями, (c) соединения, включающие минимум одну углерод-углеродную двойную связь, (d) необязательно катализатор, который ускоряет уретановую реакцию, и (e) при необходимости другие вспомогательные вещества и добавки смешиваются для получения реакционной смеси и данная смесь отверждается при температуре выше 120°C, где соединения b), имеющие химически активные по отношению к изоцианату атомы водорода, имеют, из расчета на молекулу, в среднем, минимум 1,5 химически активных водородных групп по отношению к изоцианату и соединения (c), имеющие углерод-углеродную двойную связь, включают соединения (c1) такого типа, которые имеют по меньшей мере одну углерод-углеродную двойную связь и по меньшей мере одну группу, выбранную из группы, реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианату или из изоцианатных групп и/или (c2), которые имеют минимум две углерод-углеродные двойные связи, и где данная реакционная смесь стабилизировалась до такой степени, что, когда компоненты (a)-(c), и, если присутствуют, (d) и (e) смешивают при комнатной температуре и смесь отливают в металлическую форму, размером 20 см30 см0,4 см с контролируемой температурой 80°C и затем извлекают из формы через 60 мин и охлаждают до комнатной температуры, температура тепловой деформации (трехточечный изгиб при напряжении в наружном волокне 0,45 МПа в соответствии со стандартом DIN EN ISO 75) полученного полиуретанового материала минимум на 15°C ниже, чем температура тепловой деформации аналогично полученного полиуретанового материала, который выдерживался при температуре 150°C дополнительно 120 мин в печи после прохождения технологического процесса производства, и затем охлаждался до комнатной температуры. Настоящее изобретение также относится к полиуретановому материалу, получаемому этим технологическим процессом, а также к использованию полиуретанового материала, в частности полиуретанового волокнистого композиционного материала, в качестве составных компонентов.
