Abstract

Полинуклеотид, аналог мишеневой нуклеиновой кислоты и краситель объединяют для образования смеси. Оптическая характеристика красителя сравнивается с эталонным значением скорости изменения оптической характеристики красителя в подобной смеси, содержащей известное количество гибрида мишеневый полинуклеотид/аналог нуклеиновой кислоты, для определения относительной скорости изменения оптической характеристики. Относительная скорость изменения оптической характеристики красителя в смеси коррелируется с присутствием или количеством определённого мишеневого полинуклеотида в образце.
