Abstract
Способ обогащения раствора аденовируса предусматривает нанесение смешанного раствора, содержащего аденовирус и, по меньшей мере, один нежелательный тип биомолекулы, на анионообменную хроматографическую смолу, содержащую связывающую структуру, выбранную из группы, состоящей из диметиламинопропила, диметиламинобутила диметиламиноизобутила и диметиламинопентила, и элюцию аденовируса с хроматографической смолы. Представлен также способ очистки аденовируса из инфицированных аденовирусом клеток, который включает лизирование данных клеток, нанесение лизата на одну хроматографическую смолу, элюцию аденовируса с хроматографической смолы и сбор фракции, содержащей аденовирус, который является практически таким же чистым, как аденовирус, трижды очищенный в градиенте плотности CsCl.
