Abstract

Programme-controlled washing machine or dishwasher with an ion exchanger (15) for water softening and with a salt-supply container (14) for regenerating the ion-exchanger mass, the ion exchanger (15) being connected to the fresh-water feedline (10) via a water inflow (10') which is controlled by a valve (V2) switched by the programme control unit of the machine. The quantity of fresh water conveyed through the ion exchanger (15) is recorded by means of a water-consumption counter (20). Jeder Einspülkammern ist ein Wasserzulauf mit einem Ventil V 3, V 4, V 5 (Magnetventil) zugeordnet. Eine weitere Abzweigleitung 13 mit Ventil V 1 der Frischwasserzuleitung 10 führt zu einem Salzvorratsbehälter 14, der einem Ionenaustauscher 15 (Wasser-Ent­ härter) vorgeschaltet ist. Beide Teile (14, 15) sind durch eine Leitung 16 miteinander verbunden, in der sich ein die Leitung 16 in Richtung zum Salz­ vorratsbehälter 14 hin verschließendes Rückschlagventil 17 befindet. Der Ionenaustauscher 15 ist wiederum dem Waschmitteleinspülbehälter 12 vorge­ schaltet, wobei von dessen Verbindungsleitung 18 eine zur Entleerungspumpe führende Ausspülleitung 19 mit Ventil V 6 abgeht. Die Frischwasserzuleitung 10 endet am Ionenaustauscher 15, wobei ein Ventil V 2 den Weg zum Ionen­ austauscher 15 beherrscht.With 10 a fresh water supply line is designated, which is part of a household washing machine of the usual type, not shown, with an additional water softening device. Die vom Zähler 10 erfaßte Wassermenge wird als Maß zur Einleitung des Regenerierungsvorganges für den Ionenaustauscher 15 herangezogen. Der Wasserverbrauchszähler 20 ist ein Zähler mit elekronischer Aufaddierung der zum Ionenaustauscher ge­ förderten Frischwassermenge (Hartwasser). Die Ankopplung kann dabei induktiv, magnetisch oder kapazitiv vorgenommen werden. Ist beim Wasser­ verbrauchszähler 20 ein vorgegebener Verbrauchswert erreicht, der der durch den Ionenaustauscher 15 geflossenen Wassermenge (Hartwasser) entspricht, wird ein Steuerbefehl an das Programmschaltwerk der betreffenden Waschmaschine zum Einleiten des Regenerierungsvorganges für den Ionenaus­ tauscher 15 gegeben.In the leading to the ion exchanger 15 lead portion 10 of the fresh water supply pipe 10 is a water consumption counter 20 (Wasseruhr) connected which detects the conveyed to the ion exchanger 15 water quantity. Programmgesteuerte Wasch- oder Geschirrspülmaschine mit einem Ionen­ austauscher zur Wasserenthärtung und einem Salzvorratsbehälter zum Regenerieren der Ionenaustauschermasse, und der Ionenaustauscher über einen Wasserzulauf, der durch ein vom Programmsteuergerät der Maschine ge­ schaltetes Ventil beherrscht wird, mit der Frischwasserzuleitung in Verbindung gebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch den Ionenaustauscher (15) geförderte Frischwassermenge mittels eines Wasserverbrauchszählers (20) erfaßt und die erfaßte Frischwassermenge als Maß zur Einleitung des Regenerierungsvorganges für den Ionenaustauscher herangezogen wird.1.
