Durch den neuerungsgemäß ausgebildeten Halter, der am Gitter- oder dem Siebboden des Spülguteinsatzes für den Spülautomaten einfach lagesicher festsetzbar ist, wobei pro Instrument auch mehrere Halter am Gitterboden vorgesehen werden können, ergibt sich eine einfache und vorteilhafte Möglichkeit zur Instrumenten-Lagesicherung bei Reinigen und Spülen. Die besondere Kontur des elastisch ausgebildeten Klemmteils des Halters realisiert minimale Berührungsflächen am Instrument, so dass eine optimale Flächenreinigung ohne Restwassertropfen erzielt wird. Der neuerungsgemäße Halter ist vorzugsweise vollständig aus Silikon gefertigt, so dass Schädigungen an den festzusetzenden Instrumenten ausgeschlossen sind. Zur zusätzlichen Instrumentenarretierung können auch Halter jeweils endseitig vor einem abgelegten Instrument am Gitterboden lösbar angeordnet werden. Hierdurch ist auch ein sehr kleines vom Klemmteil des Halters ggf. nicht ausreichend lagegesichertes Instrument zusätzlich gegen ein Verschieben in Längsrichtung blockiert.
