Das den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Rohrventil für Ausgüsse, Waschvorrichtungen u. dgl. ist in einem besonderen Abteil des Behälters untergebracht und gestattet im geschlossenen Zustande ein Überlaufen des Wassers über den Rand des Rohrventils zwecks Aufrechterhaltung eines Höchstwasserstandes in dem betreifenden Behälter.
