Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Parksperrenvorrichtung für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem drehbaren Kulissenelement, das dazu vorgesehen ist, eine Drehbewegung in eine axiale Bewegung von wenigstens einem Teil eines Parksperrenbetätigungsmittels umzusetzen, mit einer Regelbetätigungseinheit, die dazu vorgesehen ist, das Kulissenelement mit einer Drehbewegung zu beaufschlagen, und mit einer Notbetätigungseinheit zur Betätigung des Parksperrenbetätigungsmittels in einem Notlaufbetrieb, die dazu vorgesehen ist, das Kulissenelement mit einem Drehmoment zu beaufschlagen, vorgeschlagen. Dadurch kann eine einfache Notbetätigungseinheit mit einer vorteilhaften Bauraumausgestaltung realisiert werden, die dazu vorgesehen ist, eine Parksperre einzulegen, wenn die Regelbetätigungseinheit funktionsunfähig ist. Unter einer „Regelbetätigungseinheit” soll dabei insbesondere eine Einheit verstanden werden, die dazu vorgesehen ist, in einem Regelbetriebsmodus die Parksperre ein- und auszulegen. Unter einer „Notbetätigungseinheit” soll insbesondere eine Einheit verstanden werden, die dazu vorgesehen ist, bei einem teilweisen oder vollständigen Ausfall der Regelbetätigungseinheit die Parksperre wenigstens einzulegen. Vorzugsweise ist dann die Regelbetätigungseinheit dazu vorgesehen, die Parksperre wieder auszulegen, sobald die Regelbetätigungseinheit, beispielsweise durch eine Reparatur, wieder funktionsfähig ist. Unter einem „Kulissenelement” soll insbesondere ein Bauteil mit einer Kulissenbahn verstanden werden, die dazu vorgesehen ist, einen Kulissenstein beidseitig zu führen. Vorzugsweise ist die Kulissenbahn dazu vorgesehen, eine Drehbewegung des Kulissenelements in eine lineare Bewegung des Kulissensteins umzuwandeln, wobei der Kulissenstein vorzugsweise fest mit dem Parksperrenbetätigungsmittel verbunden ist. Unter einer „Kulisse” soll insbesondere ein Schlitz, ein Steg oder eine Nut verstanden werden, in/auf der/dem ein Kulissenstein beidseitig zwangsgeführt ist. Unter „direkt wirkend” soll in diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere verstanden werden, dass das Federelement sich direkt an dem Kulissenelement abstützt, insbesondere um ein Drehmoment auf das Kulissenelement zu übertragen.
