Abstract
1.- Un método para la preparación de una mirtazapina enantioméricamente pura, dicho método comprende un paso de cierre de anillo de un compuesto de acuerdo con la formula (II) Donde X es un grupo saliente, tal paso comprende el tratamiento con un ácido, caracterizado en que mirtazapina con un exceso enantiomérico es formada por el cierre del anillo del compuesto de la formula (II) con un exceso enantiomérico por el tratamiento con un ácido adecuado en la ausencia de un solvente o de una combinación adecuada de un ácido y un solvente orgánico.2.- El método de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que el cierre del anillo ocurre usando un ácido adecuado en la ausencia de un solvente.3.- El método de la reivindicación 2, caracterizado en que el ácido es un ácido prótico o un derivado de un ácido prótico.4.- El método de la reivindicación 3, caracterizado en que el ácido es ácido polifosfórico o pentóxido fosforoso en ácido fosfórico.5.- El método de la reivindicación 4, caracterizado en que la relación de peso entre el ácido polifosfórico y el compuesto de acuerdo a la formula II es menor de 5 a 1.6.- El método de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que el cierre del anillo ocurre usando una combinación ácido y solvente orgánico adecuada.7.- El método de la reivindicación 6, caracterizado en que la combinación de ácido y solvente orgánico adecuada es un ácido prótico o un derivado de ácido prótico en combinación con un solvente de coordinación polar.
