Abstract
1.- Un método para enlazar un ligando, el método caracterizado porque comprende:proporcionar un aptámero que comprende por lo menos dos secuencias que contienen nucleobases heteropoliméricas paralelas o antiparalelas unidas conjuntamente por la interacción de bases complementarias de Watson-Crick o por la interacción de bases homólogas, en donde: (a) el aptámero comprende un dúplex, y las dos por lo menos dos secuencias están unidas conjuntamente por la interacción de bases complementarias de Waton-Crick con direccionalidad paralela; (b) el aptámero comprende un dúplex, y las por lo menos dos secuencias están unidas conjuntamente por la interacción de bases homólogas con la direccionalidad paralela o antiparalela; (c) el aptámero comprende un tríplex y las por lo menos dos secuencias están unidas conjuntamente por la interacción de bases complementarias de Watson-Crick con direccionalidad paralela o antiparalela; (d) el aptámero comprende un tríplex, y las por lo menos dos secuencias están unidas conjuntamente por la interacción de bases homólogas con direccionalidad paralela o antiparalela, (c) el aptámero comprende un cuadrúplex y las por lo menos dos secuencias están unidas conjuntamente por la interacción de bases complementarias de Watson-Crick con direccionalidad paralela o antiparalela; o (f) el aptámero comprende un cuadrúplex, y las por lo menos dos secuencias están unidas conjuntamente por la interacción de bases homólogas con direccionalidad paralela o antiparalela, yponer en contacto el aptámero con el ligando para enlazar el ligando al aptámero mediante la interacción diferente por el emparejamiento de bases de Watson-Crick de nucleobase a nucleobase.
