Abstract
一种装饰型的宽频带平面接收天线,它由天线阵板、支架和馈线组成,天线阵板是在一块电绝缘的非金属薄板的两个面上覆有由金属箔构成的天线阵元件,这些天线元件包括二个三角形或准三角形元件,二个梯形或准梯形元件,以及与它们相连接的蛇形带线和微带阻抗变换器。还可在三角形或准三角形、梯形或准梯形元件上刻有具有极化选择功能的水平方向的槽。该天线适用于黑白和彩色电视接收兼容,并具有消除重影的功能。
Description
本实用新型属于天线,是一种宽频带的平面接收天线。
国内外目前在电视机、收音机、步话机或其它无线电通讯器材中所使用的接收天线都是拉杆天线和八木天线,当它们用在电视接收上时,由于天线接收的频道依赖于天线的尺寸,因此天线尺寸固定之后,它们不能在较宽频带上工作,即使天线尺寸可调,调整也十分麻烦。所以它们实际上不可能在电视的全频道接收中都获得满意的接收效果。美国专利US3815141提出了一种平面接收天线,但它只能用于电视接收的UHF高频道范围。它实际上主要是由二块电绝缘介质薄板当中夹着一层由金属箔构成的天线元件,这天线元件是二个顶端相邻但不相接的三角形,它们通过馈线直接与接收设备相接,由于没有蛇形带线的补偿,所以不能把工作频带扩展到VHF波段,而无法实现全频道接收。由于没有阻抗变换器与天线阵集成在一起。因此不可能用良好的电缆馈线输出天线接收的信号,抗干扰性能很差,这种天线的实用价值有限。
本实用新型的目的在于向公众提供一种既能接收高频信号(UHF),也能接收低频信号(VHF),并具有消除重影功能的一种新颖的装饰型的全频道平面接收天线。
本实用新型由天线阵板、支架和馈线三部分组成。天线阵板是在一块电绝缘的非金属薄板的两个面上覆有由金属箔构成的宽频带天线阵元件而构成的。与拉杆天线不同,该宽频带天线阵元件的尺寸是固定不变的,它们在非金属薄板上的位置排列示意如图1和图2所示。图1是板的一个面,图2是板的另一个面。其中1-非金属薄板,2-天线元件,3-蛇形带线,4-蛇形带线,6-对称轴线。天线元件2由金属箔构成,三角形或准三角形,左右各一个,以对称轴线6作轴对称排列,它们顶端相邻但不相接,各自与一条蛇形带线相接,即左边的三角形或准三角形元件与带线3相接,右边的与带线4相接。带线3与4也以对称轴线6作轴对称排列。在薄板的另一面(见图2)覆有由金属箔构成的元件7,元件7是二个梯形的或准梯形的,左右各一,并以对称轴线11作轴对称排列,它们的顶边相邻而不相接,各自与一条蛇形带线相接,即左边的梯形或准梯形元件与带线8相接,右边的与带线9相接,带线8与9之间也以对称轴线11作轴对称排列。二个面上的带线3、4与8、9隔着薄板1垂直正交。蛇形带线的作用是使频带展宽,使天线不仅可以收到高频信号(UHF),也可收到低频信号(VHF)。微带阻抗变换器由二个面上的5M和5N两部分组成,5M和5N也是金属箔,它们隔着薄板而对应重叠。阻抗变换器使得天线的平衡阻抗转换为电缆馈线输出的非平衡阻抗,达到天线与电视机之间的宽带匹配的目的。这样,一方面可使接收设备得到最大的接收信号,另一方面减少了电缆馈线上的驻波比,从而消除了由于馈线上的驻波而造成的重影。天线阵与阻抗变换器之间的连接,是通过A与E点,B和D点的连接来实现的,C点是电缆馈线芯线的连接点,F是电缆馈线的接地点。
天线阵板的材料可以是双面覆铜箔板或双面覆铝箔板。天线阵板制成之后,表面可以喷塑或涂漆封装,外加照片或图片装饰,以保护天线元件。
天线阵板与电缆馈线焊装之后,安装在支架上,支架由底座和透明的镜框组成。天线阵板和照片(或图片)从镜框的底部插入,电缆馈线通过底座上的孔焊装电缆插头。天线阵板在支架上的位置保证了天线阵板平面与地面法线的夹角为12±2°。
图3和图4是本实用新型的天线阵板实施例图,它们是该实施的二个面。在天线元件2和元件7上刻有具有极化选择功能的槽12,这样减少了对极化方向改变了的反射波的接收,于是消除了由此而产生的重影。本实施例用的是双面覆铜箔板,腐蚀成型,表面喷塑保护天线元件,电缆馈线与电缆插头DTC-2T焊装。
本实用新型可以黑白、彩色电视接收兼容,具有消除重影,全频道接收的功能。天线阵板可用传统的印刷电路工艺方式来制造,适于大规模自动化生产,造价低廉。
本实用新型外形是一块薄板,表面便于进行美术或照片、图片装饰,所以还可兼作室内摆设。
Claims (5)
1、一种装饰型的宽频带平面接收天线,它由天线阵板、支架和馈线组成,其特征在于该天线阵板是在一块电绝缘的非金属薄板1的两个面上覆贴了由金属箔构成的宽频带天线阵元件,天线阵元件的尺寸是固定不变的,所述的天线阵元件实际上是在薄板1的一个面上覆有由金属箔构成的二个三角形的或准三角形的天线元件2,它们以对称轴线6作轴对称排列,它们的顶端相邻但不相接,它们各自与一条蛇形带线相接,蛇形带线3和4之间也以对称轴线6作轴对称排列;在薄板1的另一个面上覆有由金属箔构成的二个梯形的或准梯形的元件7,它们以对称轴线11作轴对称排列,梯形或准梯形元件7的顶边相邻但不相接,它们各自与一条蛇形带线相接,蛇形带线8和9之间也以对称轴线11作轴对称排列;二个面上的蛇形带线3、4与8、9隔着薄板1垂直而正交;在二个面上的对称轴线6和11的位置上有一个由5M和5N组成的微带阻抗变换器,微带阻抗变换器5M和5N隔着薄板1对应重叠。
2、如权利要求1所述的平面接收天线,其特征是在所述的三角形或准三角形天线元件2和梯形或准梯形元件7上都可刻有具有极化选择功能的水平方向的槽12。
3、如权利要求1所述的平面接收天线,其特征在于所述的天线阵板的材料可以是双面覆铜箔板或覆铝箔板。
4、如权利要求1所述的平面接收天线,其特征在于所述的天线阵板的表面可以喷塑或涂漆封装,外加照片或图片装饰。
5、如权利要求1所述的平面接收天线,其特征在于所述的天线阵板在支架上的位置使得天线阵板平面与地面法线的夹角成12+2°。
