Abstract

技术领域
本发明的目的是将球阀组装进泵体内。
背景技术
这类阀包括与座一起工作的球,座的形状通常为圆锥形,布置在泵体底部内。为了完全实现它的止回阀功能,球必须能在抽吸制品之后快速堵塞座,因此,它必须具有位于初始位置和第二位置之间的限制活动范围,在初始位置上打开阀,而在第二位置上堵塞阀。
公知的解决方案包括将球封闭在布置到泵体内部的空间内。通常在泵体上形成底切,底切位于球的上方,其限定出直径小于球的直径的大致圆形开口,从而防止球从这个空间脱出。因此,在一侧通过阀座而在另一侧通过所述底切来限制球活动。
底切越大,它们定义的开口直径就越小,球的保持就越好。可是,通常用来制造泵体的模制工艺,例如喷射模制法,禁止在所述泵体上直接生成过大的底切。实际上,后者在脱模阶段显得相当笨重。
因此,为了避免生成球保持力不足的低安全底切或太大而妨碍脱模的底切,通常求助于使用附加部件。
这个附加部件设置在球的上方,通过对使球可进行受限制的移动的腔体加以密封,来代替底切。然而,制造这样的部件需要附加生产成本,并且将它插入泵体底部的操作会很棘手。
发明内容
本发明提出解决目前工艺的不便,并且目的是将球阀组装进泵体内,其特征在于:
a)通过在阀座的附近将径向肋排列在内表面上来模制泵体,每个径向肋具有纵向边缘和与内表面分开的端部,在所述阀座的附近,纵向边缘在它们之间限定出一个用于插入球的空间;
b)将球插入由所述肋定义的空间内;以及
c)所述肋的端部向所述泵体内部塑性变形,使所述球被限制在所述空间内。
这样的工艺使容易执行泵体的模制和脱模成为可能。优选地,通过注射模制所述泵体。另外,不再需要必须求助于使用附加部件,这使得更容易装配阀和减少生产成本。
有利地,所述径向肋的纵向边缘构成带有圆底的柱面,所述圆底的直径稍大于所述球的直径。因此,将球的径向活动范围限制在所限定的转筒内,以便促进球的轴向活动,因此优化阀操作。
根据本发明的优选实施方案,在方法的c)阶段将一个工具轴向插入泵体内。这个工具可以具有平端,由于这个简单形状使得可能容易弯曲肋的端部。而且,可以使用加热工具,在这种情况下,发出的热量将促进所述部分的弯曲。
本发明的第二目的是一种模制泵体,主要是在应用上述方法期间。
这样的泵体在它的内表面上具有径向肋,这些径向肋形成在所述泵体底部内,它们各自具有纵向边缘和与内表面分开的端部。
优选地,所述端部具有与所述内表面分开的上平边缘,所述上平边缘和端部形成锐角。在所述泵体的内表面和所述端部上平边缘的中间平面之间测量上述角度。
有利地,每个端部在它的纵向边缘和它的上平边缘之间形成锐角。
在上述弯曲端部的阶段c)期间使用这样的形状。实际上,由于上平边缘倾斜,当轴向插入泵体内的工具与所述边缘接触时,由所述工具施加的压力有助于使所述端部向所述泵体内弯曲。
一旦将球插入所述泵体内,并且一旦所述端部已经弯曲,这些凹槽限定出一种笼,在所述笼中球可移动但被限制。这样获得由泵体和球阀构成的装置,其中,所述泵体在其位于阀座附近的内表面上具有径向肋,每个径向肋具有纵向边缘和与内表面分开的端部,所述端部向所述泵体内部弯曲,在所述阀座的附近,纵向边缘限定出用于将球插入它们之间的空间;优选地,这个空间应该大致是具有圆底的圆柱形,所述圆底的直径稍大于所述球的直径。

如图1中所述的模制泵体1在它的内表面3上包括径向肋7,所述径向肋7位于旨在被球堵塞的阀座5之上。
这些肋7各自具有纵向边缘9和与内表面3分开的端部11,其中与内表面3分开的端部11的上平边缘12与纵向边缘9形成锐角。
另外,在内表面3的相对侧面上,所述端部11具有锐角。这个角度由它的纵向边缘9和它的上平边缘12来定义。在描述的实例中,上述锐角与所述角度互余。
在图2A中,将球13插入泵体1的内部。因此,将这个球13收藏在由肋11的纵向边缘9在阀座附近定义的插入空间内。优选地,这些边缘构成带有圆底的柱面,所述圆底的直径稍大于球13的直径,如图2B中所示。然后,将平端工具15轴向插入泵体1的内部。
在图3中,平端工具15和与内表面3分开的端部11接触,并且在它们上施加压力,所述压力迫使它们弯向泵体1的内部。端部11由于它们的上平边缘12倾斜而以这种方式弯曲,工具15的压力施加在端部11的上平边缘12上。

Claims (11)
1.一种将球阀组装到泵体(1)内的方法,包括:
a)通过在阀座(5)的附近将径向肋(7)排列在泵体(1)的内表面(3)上来模制泵体(1),每个径向肋(7)具有纵向边缘(9)和与内表面(3)分开的端部(11),在所述阀座(5)的附近,所述径向肋(7)纵向边缘(9)之间限定出一个用于插入球(13)的空间;
b)将球(13)插入由所述肋(7)的纵向边缘(9)限定的空间内;以及
c)所述肋(7)的端部(11)向所述泵体内部塑性变形,从而使得所述球被限制在所述空间内,其特征在于,每一端部由下述特征而实现:
d)与内表面(3)分开的上平边缘(12),所述上平边缘(12)和该内表面形成锐角,从而所述端部的变形使得所述上平边缘朝向所述泵体内部弯曲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:每一端部(11)具有一个锐角。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:每个纵向边缘(9)是带有圆底的柱面的一部分,所述圆底的直径稍大于所述球(13)的直径。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:通过注射模制所述泵体(1)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:使用轴向插入所述泵体(1)内的平端工具(15)来使所述端部(11)变形。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:使用轴向插入所述泵体(1)内的加热工具变形所述端部(11)。
