Abstract

技术领域

背景技术

按照本发明,提供了一种一种装置,包括:
a.防溢出饮用装置,所述防溢出饮用装置供使用者饮用液体,并防止使用者意外地使液体溢出;
b.所述防溢出饮用装置包括一帽盖,所述帽盖还包括一管口,所述帽盖供使用者从所述管口饮用液体,并且当使用者未从所述管口进行饮用时,防止液体从所述管口溢出;

具体实施方式
结合附图,将公开一种新颖的杯子组件,以可防止液体的意外溢出。图1(a)和图1(b)分别是按照本发明的杯子组件的一个实施例的主视图和立体图。可依需要调整杯子或组件容纳液体部分的容积。在一个实施例中,如图1所述,提供了一个7盎司的饮用杯。另外,图2所述的是一个9盎司的饮用杯,当然也可以提供一个6.5盎可或其他所需尺寸的杯子。
为了使用者可握住杯子,杯子的边侧可不设置手柄、设置一个手柄、两个手柄或其他数目的手柄。该手柄的尺寸较佳地适应儿童的手。此外,杯子的外表和/或杯子可以是一种单色,或者印有任何所需的图形。

在本发明的一个实施例中,杯子是用聚碳酸酯制造的。在另一实施例中,杯子是用聚丙烯制造的。如果需要,可以利用纯净的聚丙烯。另外,可使用其他任何合适材料来制造防溢出杯子的构件。杯子的构件都是用耐用材料制造的,可以防断裂、在洗盘机中使用安全且较佳地不易退色。
按照本发明,杯子7具有防溢出的帽盖或盖子11、一阀座或组件31和杯体22。防溢出的帽盖11具有一个管口14,以从杯子中饮用液体。管口的尺寸设置成可使人能够将嘴放置在管口上,以从那儿饮用。在该较佳实施例中,该管口的尺寸设定成适应儿童的嘴巴,特别是幼年儿童。
防溢出的帽盖11形成了可放置在杯体22上的一个盖子。当固定在杯体22上时,就形成了一牢固的密封,因此不会有液体从帽盖11和杯体22之间溢出。在使用中,帽盖11足够牢固地固定在杯体22上,所以摇晃杯子组件,杯子掉在地板上,或者杯子组件的剧烈运动,或者对其施加冲击力,都不足以使帽盖从杯体上分离。
在一实施例中,防溢出的帽盖11和杯体22具有相匹配的阴阳螺纹,因此帽盖11是一个螺纹式帽盖,它可以容易地旋在杯体22之上,如图2所示。在另一实施例中,如图1所示,使用了一个揿锁式帽盖。在该实施例中,帽盖11的弹性环部分可牢固地固定在杯体22的凸缘10上,这在本领域中是众所周知的。尽管示出了螺纹式和揿锁式帽盖作为两个较佳实施例,但是,另外也可以使用其他任何可将帽盖固定在杯体上的合适机构。
不论螺纹式帽盖还是揿锁式帽盖都可在杯体和帽盖之间再设置一个垫圈110,以进一步密封杯体和帽盖之间的连接。该垫圈可以是杯体22或帽盖11的一部分,或者是插在帽盖和杯体之间的一个单独构件。在一较佳实施例中,如图11(a)-(c)所示,垫圈110是帽盖11的一部分。
另一方案是,在帽盖内侧可设置一个较小的环形内凸缘,该凸缘起到垫圈的作用。如图12(a)-(c)所示,当帽盖拧在或放置在杯体上时,该凸缘就楔入杯体内部。该凸缘可进一步防止液体从杯体和帽盖之间的接触处流出。
在一较佳实施例中,帽盖的外侧设置有手指握持部分,例如凹槽或类似物。这些握持部分方便了帽盖的拆下和使用,特别是在需要将帽盖拧在杯体上和取下的实施例中。
该帽盖也较佳地通用于各种不同尺寸的杯体。在该实施例中,尽管各杯体本身是不同的容积,但各杯体的轮缘具有相同的直径。例如,相同尺寸的帽盖可使用在6.5盎司、7盎司和/或9盎司等的杯体上。
在帽盖的另一实施例中,如图13所示,帽盖具有一个柔软管口130。较佳地,管口是用热弹性材料制造的。管口130可以模制嵌入在一聚丙烯帽盖上,以提供一种具有用以连接在杯体上的一坚硬部分和一柔软管口部分的组合帽盖。较佳地,管口具有从那儿延伸的较小的通道,以减小滞留在管口部分中的液体容量。
在帽盖的另一实施例中,帽盖具有一个如图14所示容积减小的管口。容积减小的管口140被设计为可减小滞留在管口中的液体容量。容积减小的管口140具有一个插入其内的减容积件144,以减小管口的内部容积,且提供一个供液体流通的通道148。较佳地,亚阀门组件单元142向上延伸进入管口140中,以进一步减小可滞留在管口140中的液体量。例如亚阀门组件单元142可延伸进入减容积件144中。因此,该实施例减小了阀门和饮用管口的开口之间的空间,以减小有可能滞留在该区域的液体量。
如图1(b)所示,防溢出帽盖11具有阀门组件支座16和18。在该较佳实施例中,阀门组件支座16和18是设置在帽盖下侧的锥形孔。阀门组件支座18或锥形孔18通向一开放的管口14,给液体流动提供了一通道。因此,阀门组件支座或孔18在其两侧是完全开放的,它的顶面通向管口14,它的底面与杯体22相对,以使液体可从杯体22中流出,通过孔18和管口14进入到使用者的嘴中。
相对而言,阀门组件支座或锥形孔16提供了在使用中空气进入杯体的通道,以使液体可通过相对的孔18和管口14流出。孔16在其一侧、即相对杯体22的下表面是开放的。在相反一侧,孔16汇合于帽盖11的内表面。帽盖11的内表面还可以设置一个或多个较佳地是较小的供空气流动的通气口或孔,以使空气可在使用中通过帽盖11的通气口和孔16进入到杯子组件中。
如图1和2所示,防溢出杯子7还具有阀座或组件31。阀座31较佳地用耐高温的ABS材料制造,且其尺寸可使其紧密地装配在帽盖11中。在该较佳实施例中,阀座是装配在帽盖11中的一单独组件。另外,阀座也可以设置成与帽盖11和/或杯子7成为一体的一部分。例如,阀座31可模制成帽盖11的一部分,所以该阀座与帽盖是不可分的。
在该较佳实施例中,阀座31是通过桥接部分34连接的两亚单元组件。两亚单元组件的每一亚单元的尺寸可使其摩擦地装配进入且支承在各个锥形孔16和18中的一个之中。锥形孔16和18之间的距离与阀座31的各亚单元之间的距离相等,因此可容易地将阀座固定在帽盖11中。孔16和18的大小和锥度和阀座31的大小被设定成合适的尺寸,以提供阀门组件和锥形孔之间的一个牢固、紧密的匹配。在一较佳实施例中,阀座的顶部(即面向管口的一侧)和阀门的底部(即面向杯体的一侧)具有不同的直径。顶部的大小可使其紧密地装配在锥形孔中,底部的大小则使其不能够插入到孔16或18中。以此方式,提供了一种可防止阀座以错误的定位、即上下倒置地插入到孔中的机构。
图3是本发明的阀座的放大分解立体图。阀座31由通过桥接部分34连接在一起的两个阀座亚单元37和39组成。每一个阀座亚单元在其内支承了一单个阀门。如图所示,阀门或阀门件42适于放置在亚单元37中,阀门或阀门件45适于放置在亚单元39中。阀门42和45都具有供液体流通的一个狭缝。该狭缝较佳地通过阀门的中部,且其尺寸按需要被设定为可使液体以预定的流速通过。
阀座亚单元37和39打开后方分别为密封单元37a和39(a)和阀门护圈或端盖37b和39(b)。将亚单元37作为每个亚单元功能的一个例子,如图3所示,亚单元最初处在一开启位置,其中密封单元和气门盘已被拉开或铰接分开。在一个实施例中,密封单元和气门盘具有连接它们的一个小片60,以防止构件因意外永久地分开。另外,如图4和图7所示,气门盘可通过焊接定位(例如通过声波焊接(sonic welding))。密封单元各具有至少一个畅开部分58,所以,在阀门组件的拆开状态,流体可以无阻碍地流过密封单元,因为阀门不在其位。相似地,气门盘在两侧都是开放的,当阀门不在其位时,在拆开状态使流体无阻碍地通过气门盘。
为了装配阀门组件,通过将阀门42放置在密封单元37a和气门盘37b之间,将阀门插入到阀座中。当一个阀门已经放置到一个或两个亚单元中后,气门盘可围绕小片60折回或铰接返回,在密封单元37之上(或在密封单元39之下,如图所示的位置)且闭合在其位置中,以闭合亚单元,如图5所示。密封单元的弹性使得可在气门盘和密封单元之间建立紧密的密封。当关闭时,每一个亚单元牢固地密封或封装了其内的一个阀门,将该阀门保持在阀座中的适当位置。清楚起见,主要叙述亚单元37,不过除了阀门开口的尺寸之外,亚单元37、39较佳地具有相同的特征。为了目前讨论的目的,假定亚单元37是打算最初放置在孔18中的亚单元。
如图5、6、8和9所示,闭合一亚单元时(例如图3中的亚单元37),阀门42牢固地停靠在密封单元37a中的中央密封止动部分或中央止动部分52上,阀门42中的开口70与中央密封止动部分52平齐。阀门42具有一个顶部、面向帽盖管口的近侧和当阀门放置在阀座31中时停靠在中央密封止动部分上的一远端侧。
中央止动部分52的功能是作为阀门组件的密封部分或阻挡部件,它可以密封或阻挡流过阀门的流体。在一较佳实施例中,中央止动部分52包括一实心的中心区域或部分56,流动的液体不能穿过该部分。环绕中心区域或部分56的是周边区域58,它具有开放的区域,例如沟槽等等,以使液体能够从中穿过,例如,如图8(a)所示。中心区域56或中央止动部分52还具有杆74。如图9所示,杆74还加固有拉条(brace)72,拉条72是加固部分,它提供了杆和阀座之间连接的额外的材料强度。
当处在正常的停靠位置时,如图8(d)所示,阀门42放松地紧密停靠在中央止动部分52上。在该停靠位置,阀门42的开口或孔70牢固地压在中央止动部分52的中心区域56上,防止液体流过阀门,将阀门保持在关闭的形态。
为了从杯子中饮用,使用者将杯子举到他或她的嘴旁并通过管口14吮吸液体。在该过程中,使用者在亚单元37中相对阀门42的顶部产生了负压力或一局部真空。阀门42是用弹性材料构造的,因相对阀门42的顶部产生了一局部真空,阀门42可完全反向且使内部向外,或者开始反向且使内部向外,如图8(e)所示。例如,阀门42全部或部分是一个隔膜。较佳地,阀门是用(Kraton)或硅酮制造的。如果使用硅酮,硬度计测量值为45的硅酮、例如Lims 6045是较佳的,它可从通用电气公司或德国的韦克(Wacker)(拜恩(Bayer)的一个分支)得到。用作阀门组件及其构件的材料是很耐用且耐高温,所以整个阀门组件可放置在洗盘机中或进行煮沸。
在较佳实施例中,阀门材料是用单一材料构制的,密封在中央止动部分上的中心区域材料厚度较大,在侧壁上是材料的较薄部分。提供一较薄的侧壁部分有利于阀门在其边缘的弹性,这进一步有助于阀门的反向,在那儿施加负压时致使阀门首先在侧壁处弯曲。阀门厚度的较佳尺寸在侧壁大约是0.4mm,在中心区域大约是0.9mm。
因阀门42的反向,开口或孔70从中央止动部分52的中心区域56处移开。阀门的反向打通了开口70,使液体流过该亚单元。如负压施加在邻近管口的阀门42的顶部一样,负压相似地施加在另一亚单元中的相邻阀门的底部,该亚单元位于杯盖的另一锥形孔中。因此,通过使另一阀门中的开口从其中央止动部分处移开,该负压也开启了第二阀门。阀门42的反向使流体可流过组件的两个亚单元。液体将会流过阀门组件的一个连接到管口的亚单元,同时空气流过组件的另一个连接在通气口的亚单元。以此方式,液体平稳且容易地流过阀门组件、管口,并从杯体中流出。
在一较佳实施例中,阀门组件还设置有一个流通桥84。流通桥84阻挡阀门42的运动或伸展超过某个最大距离,以防止阀门自身过于伸展,或者防止它承受太大的应力或膨胀,如图8(e)所示。因此,流通桥可防止阀门的反向超过某个位置,超过此位置它不再能够容易地返回到其初始位置。此外,流通桥提供了一种屏障或护罩,可防止阀门受到伤害。因此,在洗盘机中或其他地方,它能够阻挡勺子等物体轻易地损伤阀门。
当在管口取消或移开了负压时,阀门返回到其停靠位置,流体不能够流过阀门中闭合的狭缝。在停靠位置,将不会有液体溢出或溅出杯体。
阀座和组件的其他实施例示出在图4和图7-9中。如图4所示,不是图3所示的气门盘,而是提供一种可拆卸的揿锁式气门盘81。或者,如图7所示,也可以提供一种气门盘94。气门盘81和94具有同气门盘37b和39(b)相同的功能,将阀门支承且固定在阀门组件中。不论利用了那一个实施例,较佳的是用声波焊接的气门盘,以确保阀门不会从阀座上移位或脱离。
因此按照本发明,提供了在不使用杯子时可保持紧密密封流体流动的系统。提供了一种特别可靠的密封,所以剧烈的摇动也不会使流体流出杯子。显著地,所公开的阀门结构比已有技术中的防溢出杯子组件具有更紧密的密封。按照本发明,除非使用者通过管口吮吸,液体不会流过阀门。
在该较佳实施例中,除了阀门42中的孔或狭缝以及阀门45中的狭缝的尺寸,亚单元37和39较佳地在各个方面是相同的。一个阀门比另一阀门较佳地设置有较大的开口,例如一阀门中比另一阀门更长的狭缝。在一个实施例中,一阀门设置有狭缝形式的开口,该狭缝的长度大约为一英寸的干分之二百(200/1000),第二阀门设置有大约千分之五十英尺的狭缝。另外,按照本发明,当然也可以使用其他的长度。
通过改变阀门中开口的尺寸和/或形状,本发明人还提供了一种新颖的用以调节流体流动的双重作用流动系统。在该系统中,在使用中可容易地调节从杯子中流出液体的流动程度。简单地转动阀门组件就可进行调节,使杯子可在一较快或较高的液体流动和一较慢或较低的流动系统之间转换。
如图5所示,阀座31可以两种结构中的任一结构插入到帽盖11中。在第一结构中,具有较大开口或狭缝的阀门45放置在与管口14相通的孔18中。在该结构中,当使用者通过管口吮吸液体时,因使用了其内具有较大开口的阀门,这就建立了流过阀门的液体的第一较高流动程度。通过从孔16和18移开阀座31,并将阀座31翻转一百八十度(180°),可将具有较小开口的另一阀门42插入到孔18中。该阀门42提供了第二较低的流动状态,其中液体仍然可以流出管口,但比流过第一阀门的流速低。以此方式,可由父母调节液体流出杯子的流速。尽管公开了两种流动程度的系统,通过改变其内具有阀门的所连接的亚单元的数目,或者通过调换其内具有不同尺寸开口70的阀座,可提供较高或较低的流动程度。但是,在所有的结构中,如以上所公开的,只有当使用者通过管口吮吸时,液体才能流过阀门。
在阀门中可利用适合于所需液体流动程度的通道的所需任何形式的开口。开口70可以是例如一个狭缝、一槽口、一小孔、一个孔等等。同样地,对于“开口”一词,也可以设置多个这些类型的开口或其他形式的开口。
在一个实施例中,如图7所示,开口70是一个“X”形的槽口78。在另一较佳实施例中,也如图7所示,开口是一个“T”形槽口76。使用图7所示的X形槽口78,将会提供比所示的T形槽口76更高的流速。当然,流速取决于槽口的总长度,总之,取决于开口的尺寸。因此,X形槽和T形槽都可使用在单个阀门组件中,各放置在其各个亚单元中。在该较佳实施例中,如上述的讨论,提供了一个具有两种流动程度的系统。
在另一实施例中,两开口都是X形的,一个开口比另一个大。一7mm(“X”的每个横臂端至端的长度)的开口可用在较快侧,而一6mm的开口用在较慢侧。
阀座较佳地具有标识,以指示哪一个亚单元适于较高的流速,哪一个适于液体较慢地流过。因此,各阀座可清楚地分别标有图7和图9所示的“快”和“慢”。另外,或者此外,亚单元或阀座可标上野兔来表示流动较快,标上乌龟来表示流动较慢,分别如图7和图9所示。当然,连接在管口的亚单元控制液体的流速。阀座可以被标示在例如单元本身上,或者标在直接邻近亚单元的区域中的桥接部分上,如图中所示。在一个实施例中,阀座被标示在顶部和底部(即分别面向管口和杯体的边侧),所以,当正插入阀座时可从顶部看到图形和/或文字,而一旦已经插入阀座后从底部又可以看得到图形或文字,就可确定哪一速度的阀门放置在了管口中。在另一实施例中,只在阀门的底部具有文字和/或图形,所以当插入阀座时使用者可从底部看到它们,插入后也可以从底部看到阀座。
通过具体的实施例已描述了本发明,应理解到这些描述并不意味着对本发明进行限制,因为可以对它们提出进一步的修改,或者对本技术领域中的技术人员是显而易见的。本申请应当涵盖所有这样的修改和改进。
Claims (14)
1.一种装置,包括:
a.防溢出饮用装置,所述防溢出饮用装置供使用者饮用液体,并防止使用者意外地使液体溢出;
b.所述防溢出饮用装置包括一帽盖,所述帽盖还包括一管口,所述帽盖供使用者从所述管口饮用液体,并且当使用者未从所述管口进行饮用时,防止液体从所述管口溢出;
c.所述帽盖包括一阀门,所述阀门包括弹性材料,在所述弹性材料中包括一开口;
d.所述装置包括位于所述弹性材料之下的一阻塞件;
e.其中,当使用者未从所述管口进行饮用时,所述弹性材料的开口抵靠所述阻塞件;
f.并且,当使用者通过所述管口进行吮吸、以便从所述管口进行饮用时,所述弹性材料升离所述阻塞件,从而使所述开口畅通;
g.所述装置被设计成允许空气进入到所述装置中,所述帽盖包括一通气孔,以便当使用者通过所述管口进行吮吸时,液体通过所述开口流到所述管口外,并且空气通过所述通气孔流入到所述装置中。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述开口是一孔口。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述开口是一槽口。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括一阀座,所述阀座与所述帽盖相分离,并且其尺寸被做成可与所述帽盖贴合地匹配。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述阀门的所述弹性材料包括具有第一厚度的材料部分,并且抵靠着所述阻塞件进行密封的所述弹性材料的区域设有其厚度大于所述第一厚度的材料。
6.如权利要求1、4和5中的任何一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述帽盖的所述管口是软性的,并且所述帽盖还包括用于连接到一杯子上的硬性部分。
7.如权利要求1、4或5中的任何一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括一杯子,并且所述杯子是坚硬的。
8.如权利要求1、4和5中的任何一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述弹性材料具有一顶部和一底部,当所述弹性材料抵靠在所述阻塞件上时,所述弹性材料的顶部具有一凸起的顶表面,所述开口位于所述底部中,当所述开口抵靠所述阻塞件时,所述弹性材料最初竖立着。
9.如权利要求1、4或5中的任何一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,当使用者通过所述管口进行吮吸时,所述弹性材料开始反向且使内部向外。
10.如权利要求1、4和5中的任何一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,当使用者通过所述管口进行吮吸时,所述弹性材料开始反向且使内部向外,以便所述弹性材料的所述底部朝着其顶部移动,此时位于所述底部中的所述开口朝着所述弹性材料的所述顶部移动,以使液体从所述开口流出。
11.如权利要求1、4和5中的任何一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通气孔包括一孔,所述孔在其一侧、即其下表面上开口,并在相对侧上汇合于所述帽盖的内表面。
12.如权利要求1、4和5中的任何一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括一流通桥。
13.如权利要求1、4和5中的任何一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,当使用者通过所述管口进行吮吸时,所述弹性材料开始反向且使内部向外,并且所述装置还包括一流通桥。
14.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括一阀座,所述阀座与所述帽盖相分离,并且其尺寸被做成可与所述帽盖贴合地匹配,所述阀门的所述弹性材料包括具有第一厚度的材料部分,并且抵靠着所述阻塞件进行密封的所述弹性材料的区域设有其厚度大于所述第一厚度的材料。
