As shown in fig. 4, the auxiliary taking and placing device for a sample of a culture flask for medical examination further comprises a position transmission assembly, wherein the position transmission assembly comprises a transmission motor 101, a left screw rod 102, a left transmission wheel 103, a right screw rod 104, a right transmission wheel 105, a first limit slide bar 106, a left slide rail 107 and a right slide rail 108; the conveying motor 101 is fixedly connected with the lower part of the inner side of the underframe 7; the left screw rod 102 is rotatably connected with the left rear part of the inner side of the underframe 7; an output shaft of the transmission motor 101 is fixedly connected with the left screw rod 102; the left driving wheel 103 is fixedly connected with the lower side of the left screw rod 102; the right screw rod 104 is rotatably connected with the right rear part of the inner side of the underframe 7; the right driving wheel 105 is fixedly connected with the lower side of the right screw rod 104; the left driving wheel 103 is in transmission connection with the right driving wheel 105 through a belt; one end of the left slide rail 107 is screwed with the left screw rod 102 through a bushing; one end of the right slide rail 108 is screwed with the right screw rod 104 through a bushing; two groups of first limiting slide bars 106 are respectively fixedly connected with the left front part of the inner side of the bottom frame 7 and the right front part of the inner side of the bottom frame 7; the other ends of the left slide rail 107 and the right slide rail 108 are respectively connected with a group of first limiting slide bars 106 in a sliding manner; the left slide rail 107 and the right slide rail 108 are both connected with the rotational movement assembly.

After the transverse plate clamping assembly is matched with the sealing plug pulling assembly to pull out the whole sealing plug from the culture bottle and clamp the middle part of the transverse plate, the output shaft of the rotary motor 202 drives the group of first rotating shafts 203 connected with the first rotating shafts 203 to rotate, the first rotating shafts 203 drive the second rotating shafts 207 and the parts connected with the second rotating shafts to drive the sliding brackets 206 to slide downwards along the arc-shaped sliding rails 205 through the group of transmission rods 204 connected with the first rotating shafts, so that the rotating and moving assembly drives the transverse plate clamping assembly to pry the transverse plate at the end position of the inclined plate downwards, one end of the inclined plate close to the inner wall of the culture bottle is upwards rotated, and the tissue body deposited at the bottom of the inclined plate can be supported by the inclined plate without leakage, when the part of the inclined plate positioned in the culture bottle is upwards screwed up and is in a horizontal state, the two groups of first electric sliding blocks 201 drive the connected components to respectively move along the left sliding rail 107 and the right sliding rail 108 so as to pull out the inclined plate from the culture bottle; the assembly completes the upward screwing of the end of the inclined plate close to the inner wall of the culture bottle by utilizing the vacant space of the original sealing plug of the culture bottle, and completes the pulling of the inclined plate and the tissue body carried by the inclined plate out of the culture bottle.
As shown in fig. 7-8, the horizontal plate positioning assembly includes a second fixing frame 301, a left spring slider 302, a right spring slider 303, a first electric rotating shaft 304, a positioning clamping rod 305 and a positioning baffle 306; the second fixing frame 301 is fixedly connected with the first fixing frame 208; the rear end of the second fixing frame 301 is connected with the sealing plug removing component; the left spring sliding block 302 is connected with the second fixing frame 301; the right spring sliding block 303 is connected with one side of the second fixing frame 301, which is far away from the sealing plug removing assembly; two ends of the first electric rotating shaft 304 are respectively in rotating connection with the left spring slide block 302 and the right spring slide block 303; the positioning clamping rod 305 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first electric rotating shaft 304; the positioning baffle 306 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the first electric rotating shaft 304; a group of left spring sliding blocks 302, a group of right spring sliding blocks 303, a first electric rotating shaft 304, a positioning clamping rod 305 and a positioning baffle 306 are symmetrically arranged above and below the rear end of the second fixing frame 301 respectively.
Firstly, the two ends of a sealing plug arranged on a transverse plate of an end position of the inclined plate are pulled out from a culture bottle by a sealing plug pulling-out component, meanwhile, the middle part of the sealing plug is blocked and limited by a positioning baffle 306, so that the two ends of the transverse plate are exposed out of the sealing plug, then a first electric rotating shaft 304 drives a positioning clamping rod 305 and the positioning baffle 306 to rotate ninety degrees, so that the positioning clamping rod 305 clamps the exposed end position of the transverse plate, then the transverse plate clamping component is matched with the sealing plug pulling-out component to pull out the whole sealing plug from the culture bottle, the pulled-out sealing plug is still inserted into the end part of the transverse plate, then the middle part of the transverse plate is clamped by the transverse plate clamping component to finish the pulling-out work of the sealing plug, the rotary moving component drives a part connected with the rotary moving component to pull out the inclined plate, and after the sampling work is finished, the rotary moving component drives the part connected with the rotary moving component to push the inclined plate back to reset, meanwhile, the first fixing frame 208 moving towards the direction of the culture bottle pushes the second fixing frame 301, meanwhile, the first electric rotating shaft 304 drives the positioning clamping rod 305 and the positioning baffle 306 to rotate and reset, when the positioning baffle 306 is blocked by the sealing plug, the left spring slide block 302 and the right spring slide block 303 are driven to compress inwards, and the compressed left spring slide block 302 and the compressed right spring slide block 303 drive the positioning baffle 306 to push the sealing plug back into the culture bottle through reset elastic force; this subassembly has accomplished and has carried out the centre gripping work to the end position that the diaphragm exposes, has still accomplished to push the sealing plug back in the blake bottle.
As shown in fig. 9-11, the sealing plug removing assembly includes an electric telescopic rod 401, a third fixing frame 402, a small motor 403, a third rotating shaft 404, a first spur gear 405, a second spur gear 406, a second electric sliding block 407, a fourth rotating shaft 408, a plug board 409, a third spur gear 410, a push plate 411, a rack bar 412 and a second limiting sliding rod 413; two groups of electric telescopic rods 401 are fixedly connected with the rear end of the second fixing frame 301; each group of electric telescopic rods 401 is fixedly connected with the front end of the third fixing frame 402; the small motor 403 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the third fixing frame 402; the third rotating shaft 404 is rotatably connected with the rear end of the third fixing frame 402; the third rotating shaft 404 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the small motor 403; two groups of first straight gears 405 are respectively fixedly connected with two sides of the third rotating shaft 404; the second spur gear 406 is fixedly connected with the middle part of the third rotating shaft 404; on one side of the second spur gear 406 close to the electric telescopic rod 401, two groups of second electric sliding blocks 407 are in sliding connection with the inside of the third fixing frame 402; both sides of the fourth rotating shaft 408 are respectively connected with a group of second electric sliders 407 in a rotating manner; the plug board 409 is fixedly connected with the middle part of the fourth rotating shaft 408; the third spur gear 410 is fixedly connected with the lower part of the fourth rotating shaft 408; on one side of the first straight gear 405 close to the electric telescopic rod 401, a second limiting slide rod 413 is fixedly connected with a third fixing frame 402; the push plate 411 is connected with a second limiting slide rod 413 in a sliding manner; the toothed bar 412 is fixedly connected with the push plate 411; a group of push plates 411, a rack bar 412 and a second limiting slide bar 413 are respectively and symmetrically arranged above and below the third fixing frame 402; each set of toothed bars 412 is in mesh with a corresponding set of first straight toothed wheels 405.
Firstly, the plug plate 409 is positioned at one side of a contact surface between a sealing plug and the outer surface of a culture bottle, then the second electric slide block 407 drives the plug plate 409 to move and insert between the sealing plug and the culture bottle along the third fixing frame 402 through the fourth rotating shaft 408, and enables the third straight gear 410 to be meshed with the second straight gear 406, then the output shaft of the small motor 403 drives the third rotating shaft 404 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 404 simultaneously drives the first straight gear 405 and the second straight gear 406 to rotate, the second straight gear 406 is meshed with the third straight gear 410 to drive the fourth rotating shaft 408 to rotate, the fourth rotating shaft 408 drives the plug plate 409 to rotate and pry one end of the sealing plug out of the culture bottle, simultaneously the first straight gear 405 is meshed with the toothed bar 412 to drive the push plate 411 to insert between the pried sealing plug and the culture bottle along the second limiting slide bar 413, and finally the third fixing frame 402 and the connected parts thereof are driven by the electric telescopic rod 401 to move towards the transverse plate positioning assembly, the push plate 411 and the transverse plate clamping assembly are used for pulling the whole sealing plug out of the culture bottle; this assembly completes prying one end of the sealing plug out of the culture bottle.
As shown in fig. 12-13, the horizontal plate clamping assembly includes a second electric rotating shaft 501, a left fixing rod 502, a right fixing rod 503, a left electric sliding block 504, a right electric sliding block 505, a fixing shaft 506 and a clamping plate 507; the second electric rotating shaft 501 is rotatably connected with the middle part of the first fixing frame 208; the left fixing rod 502 is fixedly connected with the left side of the second electric rotating shaft 501; the right fixing rod 503 is fixedly connected with the right side of the second electric rotating shaft 501; the left electric slider 504 is connected with the inside of the left fixing rod 502 in a sliding way; the right electric slider 505 is slidably connected with the inside of the right fixing rod 503; two ends of the fixed shaft 506 are fixedly connected with the left electric sliding block 504 and the right electric sliding block 505 respectively; the clamping plate 507 is fixedly connected with the fixed shaft 506; a set of second electric rotating shaft 501, a left fixing rod 502, a right fixing rod 503, a left electric sliding block 504, a right electric sliding block 505, a fixing shaft 506 and a clamping plate 507 are respectively and symmetrically arranged above and below the middle part of the first fixing frame 208.
When the plug board 409 prys one end of the sealing plug out of the culture bottle and the exposed end position of the transverse plate is clamped by the positioning clamping rod 305, the second electric rotating shaft 501 simultaneously drives the left fixing rod 502 and the right fixing rod 503 to rotate towards the first fixing frame 208, so that the clamping plate 507 presses the surface of the middle part of the sealing plug, then the left electric sliding block 504 and the right electric sliding block 505 simultaneously drive the clamping plate 507 to move towards the second electric rotating shaft 501 along the left fixing rod 502 and the right fixing rod 503 respectively, so that the clamping plate 507 presses the middle part of the sealing plug and is pulled out of the culture bottle, then the second electric rotating shaft 501 simultaneously drives the left fixing rod 502 and the right fixing rod 503 to reversely rotate so that the clamping plate 507 is lifted, simultaneously the left electric sliding block 504 and the right electric sliding block 505 simultaneously drive the clamping plate 507 to reset along the left fixing rod 502 and the right fixing rod 503 respectively, and then the second electric rotating shaft 501 simultaneously drives the left fixing rod 502 and the right fixing rod 503 to rotate towards the first fixing frame 208, the clamping plate 507 presses the sealing plug and the exposed surface of the transverse plate at the end position of the inclined plate to clamp the sealing plug and the exposed surface of the transverse plate; this subassembly has been accomplished the cooperation sealing plug and has been pulled out the subassembly and pull out the whole culture flask of following of sealing plug and carry out the centre gripping to diaphragm middle part.

Firstly, the third electric slider 602 drives the connected components to move upwards along the double-slide-rail fixing frame 601, and simultaneously the electric turntable 604 drives the connected components to rotate, so that the sampling pen 9 moves to the upper part of the inclined plate and samples the tissue on the inclined plate, then the third electric slider 602 drives the connected components to move downwards along the double-slide-rail fixing frame 601, simultaneously the electric turntable 604 drives the connected components to rotate reversely, so that the sampling pen 9 places the taken sample and the detector 10 to perform detection work, finally the third electric slider 602 drives the connected components to move downwards along the double-slide-rail fixing frame 601, simultaneously the electric turntable 604 drives the connected components to rotate, and the sampling pen 9 moves into the cleaning and drying table 8 to perform cleaning and drying treatment work.
The rack bar 412 and the push plate 411 are designed to be narrow at one side close to the transverse plate clamping assembly and wide at one side far away from the transverse plate clamping assembly.
