Abstract
The biochar organic fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of charcoal, 120 parts of pig manure 110-containing materials, 15-19 parts of domestic sludge, 10-15 parts of fermentation bacteria agent and 7-10 parts of brown sugar. The fermentation microbial inoculum is compounded by photosynthetic bacteria, rhizobium and saccharomycetes, and the weight ratio of the compounding is 2:1: 1. The preparation method of the organic fertilizer sequentially comprises the following steps: the biochar, the pig manure, the domestic sludge, the fermentation microbial inoculum and the brown sugar are blended and fermented at the fermentation temperature of 60-65 ℃ for 10-15 days, the fermentation time is stirred for 5-10 times, and the organic fertilizer is prepared by granulation and screening.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of organic fertilizer preparation, and particularly relates to a biochar organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Biochar is a charcoal used as a soil conditioner, can help plant growth, can be applied to agricultural use and carbon collection and storage, and is different from the traditional charcoal generally used as fuel.
The biochar is a product of thermal cracking of biomass energy raw materials like common charcoal, and the main component of the biochar is carbon molecules. As a result of the amazon black soil research, scientists were interested in biochar. There has also been a long history of agricultural use of biochar in japan.
The decay of plants naturally causes the soil to contain a large amount of carbon elements. However, these carbons are relatively unstable and are greatly affected by weather. Upon encountering a change such as farming, the soil will release carbon dioxide. Therefore, the idea of using soil to lock carbon elements is not very attractive to climatists.
Biochar can also be manufactured from a variety of materials, such as agricultural large quantities of animal and plant wastes-straw, seed hulls, manure, etc.; the biochar produced by using the garbage waste also has the double carbon reduction effect. If any waste manure decays, it will produce methane. Methane is also a greenhouse gas, and its effect on the greenhouse effect is more than twenty times that of carbon dioxide.
Therefore, it is necessary to research the biochar, expand the application of the biochar and realize waste utilization.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a biochar organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
The biochar organic fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of charcoal, 120 parts of pig manure 110-containing materials, 15-19 parts of domestic sludge, 10-15 parts of fermentation bacteria agent and 7-10 parts of brown sugar.
The fermentation microbial inoculum is compounded by photosynthetic bacteria, rhizobium and saccharomycetes, and the weight ratio of the compounding is 2:1: 1.
The preparation method of the organic fertilizer sequentially comprises the following steps: mixing and fermenting the biochar, the pig manure, the domestic sludge, the fermentation microbial inoculum and the brown sugar at the fermentation temperature of 60-65 ℃ for 10-15 days, stirring for 5-10 times during the fermentation, granulating, screening and drying to prepare the organic fertilizer.
The biochar organic fertilizer can also be prepared by the following preparation method, which sequentially comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and fermenting the biochar, the pig manure, the domestic sludge, the fermentation microbial inoculum and the brown sugar at the fermentation temperature of 60-65 ℃ for 10-15 days, stirring for 5-10 times during the fermentation, granulating and then screening;
(2) and finally, adding 10 parts of non-drying agent, granulating by a disc machine, and screening to prepare the organic fertilizer.
The baking-free essence is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of calcium sulfate, 10 parts of magnesium sulfate, 7 parts of calcium chloride and 10 parts of humic acid.
The free water in the granules is changed into bound water by adding the drying-free agent, so that the free water in the granules after granulation is reduced, the drying-free granulation preparation process is realized, the traditional drying equipment is not needed, the flow is simplified, the equipment investment is reduced, and the production cost and the labor cost are reduced.
Compared with the single composting of pig manure, the biological carbon organic fertilizer can reduce about 50 percent of nitrogen loss
The biochar organic fertilizer is prepared by biological fermentation, so that nitrogen emission during fermentation of pig manure can be reduced, nitrogen loss is reduced, and waste utilization of domestic sludge is realized.
