The main raw materials in the invention are ceramide, amino acid, squalane and lysate of fermentation product of yeast schizosaccharomyces. The 3+1 barrier relieving formula is creatively adopted by the applicant, components (ceramide, amino acid and squalane) are selected from a skin lipid membrane, keratinocytes and lipid of a barrier system to form a bionic barrier system, probiotics are matched to regulate the microecological balance of skin, the immunity of the skin is enhanced, the skin is mild, and sensitive red itch is relieved.
The skin of a human body contains a natural protective barrier formed by a sebum membrane, keratinocytes, lipid and skin microecology, and a makeup removing product can damage the skin protective barrier to a certain extent in a makeup removing process, and the 3+1 composition disclosed by the invention can promote the generation of the original protective barrier of the skin of people through the fusion of a certain technology, balance the skin surface ecology and further reduce the damage of makeup removal to the skin of people.
Ceramide is a lipid naturally present in the skin, which forms a water barrier on the skin surface, better protecting the skin, and making it moist and tender. Ceramides are composed of a number of components, 1, 3, 6, which play different roles: ceramide 1 mainly plays a role in repairing a sebum membrane, can improve the barrier function of the skin surface layer, reduces the loss of water and finally achieves the moisturizing effect; ceramide 3 can maintain the water retention degree of the skin, repair dry and damaged skin and help the renewal of a natural protective layer of the skin; ceramide 6 helps the stratum corneum of the skin to metabolize rapidly, making the skin smoother. The invention adopts three kinds of ceramide (ceramide 1, ceramide 3 and ceramide 6 II) and triple ceramide composite essence which has the same structure with the ceramide (intercellular lipid) of a human body, supplements the intercellular lipid in the stratum corneum, can form a barrier effect firstly, avoids the damage of harmful factors to the skin and better protects the skin; secondly, the adhesive has an adhesive effect, and can increase the adhesive force between keratinocytes, thereby improving the symptoms of dry skin and desquamation; thirdly, the skin moisturizing cream has good moisturizing effect, and can prevent and relieve the phenomena of dry, chapped and peeled skin; fourthly, the skin care product has good anti-aging effect, can prevent the formation of wrinkles, can also fade fine lines, densely repairs natural skin lipid membranes of the skin and promotes the regeneration of the skin lipid membranes.
Amino acids: as a component of keratinocytes, the composition promotes the generation of keratinocytes and enhances barrier immunity. It can be well absorbed by skin, and has good effects of moisturizing, softening skin, removing wrinkle, whitening, refreshing, etc. The amino acid can help activate cells, promote metabolism of skin and blood circulation, has the efficacy of high-efficiency moisture retention, and helps the skin to effectively retain moisture and replenish water. It has better transparent effect than common hyaluronic acid, can smooth dry lines and fine lines, and helps skin resist wrinkles and effectively resist aging.
Squalane/squalene, is mainly present in the unsaponifiable fraction of shark liver oil, and is present in minor amounts in olive oil, rice bran oil, wheat germ oil, yeast and human fats. The squalane adopted in the invention is pure natural squalane extracted from olive oil (olive), has high affinity, is easily integrated with sebum of skin, and balances lipid.
Squalane is a component existing in the skin, has particularly good skin-friendly property, can be highly compatible with sebum secreted by the skin, forms a breathable protective film on the surface layer of the skin, and plays a role in moisturizing and moistening the skin; the skin dryness can be effectively relieved, and the elasticity and the fullness of the skin can be maintained; the squalane has good permeability, and can enter the skin, supplement cell lipid, and nourish the skin. After the skin is massaged by squalane, the skin becomes soft, moist and elastic, which is the result of squalane penetrating into the skin to play a role.
The invention also has a microbial film of probiotic composition: and probiotics are added to adjust the flora balance on the surface of the skin and the microecological balance of the skin. The invention adopts the cell lysate of the German CLR binary fission yeast, has the activity of resisting immunosuppression, can promote DNA repair and adjust the microecological balance of skin. The yeast schizolysis is obtained by decomposing active bacteria cells, and has a structure similar to biology naturally, such as cytoplasm, cell wall and polysaccharide complex, which means that the yeast schizosaccharomyces contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids for nourishing cells, and has the functions of preventing aging due to the fact that the yeast schizosaccharomyces contains beneficial skin care molecules required by biological cells, is beneficial to permeating skin barriers, deeply repairs muscle base injuries and protects against injuries caused by ultraviolet rays. The lysate of the yeast fermentation product has strong anti-immunosuppression activity, can effectively protect the skin, is not damaged by ultraviolet rays, can promote DNA repair, and helps to prevent the aging of epidermis and dermis. The yeast fermentation product lysate can generate micromolecules which comprise vitamin B group, mineral substances, amino acids and the like and are beneficial to skin care, is high-quality yeast essence which is very suitable for skin care, can strengthen the metabolism of cuticle, capture free radicals, inhibit the peroxidation of lipid, and has the functions of whitening and resisting aging. The product is rich in nutrients, and has skin nourishing effect.

The skin-care soft and moist cleansing milk provided by the invention has better moisturizing and cleansing effects.
Test of moisturizing Effect
In order to evaluate the moisturizing effect of the skin-care soft-moistening cleansing milk, according to the light industry standard QB/T4256-2011 "cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guideline" of the people's republic of China, a capacitance method skin moisture tester is adopted by the inventor to compare the finished products obtained in the examples 1-3 with the finished products obtained in the comparative examples 1-2.
The principle is as follows: the capacitance method is used for measuring the moisture content of the human skin stratum corneum, and is based on the obvious difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances, the capacitance values of the measured skin are different according to the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum, and the parameters can represent the moisture content of the skin.
And (3) testing environmental conditions:
the temperature is 20-22 ℃, and the humidity is 40-60%.
Test objects: 40 volunteers aged 20-50 years were divided into 4 groups of 10 persons each.
The test method comprises the following steps:
1. firstly, all people are smeared with the same whitening cosmetics, and then the group 1 people only use the skin-regulating soft and moist cleansing cream obtained in the embodiment 6 of the invention before washing hands; the skin-care soft makeup removing milks obtained in comparative examples 1 and 2 were used for makeup removal before washing hands in groups 2 and 3, respectively, and the cleansing milks were used for washing hands in group 4 without using any makeup removing products. The skin on the back of the hand was tested for moisture.
2. And comparing the measured values before and after use, performing statistical analysis on the measured values, including quantity, mean value, standard deviation, minimum value, median value and maximum value, observing the change of the moisture content through the average moisture content before testing and the average moisture content after use, and judging the moisturizing effect of the makeup removing cream.
3. Effect determination criteria:
the effect is achieved, the moisture is improved, and the statistical test shows that the effect is obvious;
no effect, no significant improvement in moisture was obtained.
4. The results of the tests are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 test results
As can be seen from Table 1, the skin moisture of the volunteers is obviously improved and remarkably improved by using the skin-care soft makeup removing cream. The moisturizing effect of the product using the comparative example is far less than that of the skin-care soft makeup removing lotion disclosed by the invention, which shows that the raw materials of the skin-care soft makeup removing lotion disclosed by the invention have a synergistic effect, and the moisturizing effect is obviously improved; the reasonable compatibility of the raw materials gives play to the complementary effect of the raw materials, and can obviously improve the moisturizing effect.

Subject: 70 sensitive skin volunteers are selected for testing by adopting a lactic acid stabbing pain test, wherein 35 men and 35 women are divided into 7 groups with the age of 20-49 years, 10 persons, 5 men and 5 women are respectively selected in each group, 1-6 groups respectively use the makeup removing milk of the invention 1-6, and the 7 th group is a negative control group;
lactic acid sting test method: 50 μ l of 10% lactic acid solution was dropped on a single-layer nonwoven fabric having a diameter of 0.8cm, and the nonwoven fabric was applied to the nasolabial sulcus on either side of the subject, and the other side was controlled with distilled water. The investigator asked the subjects for a tingling sensation at 0.5min, 2.5min, 5min, and 8min, respectively, and scored as "4 point method" in Table 2. If the cumulative sum of the stinging sensation on the lactic acid side relative to the distilled water side is more than or equal to 5 points, the patient is judged to be lactic acid stabbed, and the sensitive muscle can be judged. The results of the lactic acid side sting test on volunteers are shown in table 3:
TABLE 2 lactic acid sting rating scale
TABLE 3 volunteer lactic acid stinging test results
The test results in table 3 show that 70 volunteers were all sensitive muscles.
